Great guys. A pleasure to do business with. I showed up early for my appointment that was right at opening and they were already there with the door open. When I walked through the door, Caesar was at the desk and right away knew who I was and what I was there for. I had failed to arrange a ride home for myself but was offered a ride home without having to ask and I don't just live right up the street. Josh called when my truck was ready. When I showed up to pick up my truck, it was ready and parked out front. When I inspected the work done, it was top notch work. After I left the shop, I drove to Sacramento then realized that the technician had removed a small cart from the passenger side floorboard of my truck and forgot to put it back when he was done. When I called The Chop Shop to let them know what happened, they found my stuff in the shop and brought it to me in Sacramento. I am a civilen contrator oversea in afganistan. I had plan on have 3 different parts put on my jeep when i arrived back in the area. Sesar the present of the The Chop Shop, worked with me personally, to order just what i needed. Over the Phone and thought Emails. I was able to make payment over the internet through a invoice program. It was very easy, and hassle free. Unfortunately my contract was cut short so that means the money was cut short i was unable to fulfill my perches. Although I had money down Seser assured me, i would be fully refund and there would be no restock fee. Witch is unheard off in most cases. These guys really take care of the customer base. I am very thankful to The Chop Shop and they will defiantly be the first guys i go to in the future when I need anything done on my Jeep (Highly recommend for any one Jeep Truck or Utility Vehicle) read more

The Chop Shop is by far the best off road shop I've been to. The service is amazing! I'm fairly new to the Jeep world, but knew what I wanted the end result to be. Sesar at the Chop Shop has willingly walked me through the process. Advising me on the best parts, tips and tricks and warned me of common mistakes that people make (especially new to jeeps) that have saved me a lot of money. Whether it's advice on do it at home projects I wanted to take on myself or complete suspension upgrades (long arm) or tedious electrical and wiring (onboard ARB Compressor) that I bought though and had installed at the Chop Shop. We were driving from Sebastopol to Folsom to see my sick grandma and the tire on a Ford obs. 350, we limped it off the freeway to the Chop Shop and the called a local tire shop (Hahn's) who told us to come on over. The Chop Shop had an employee drive one of us with the blown tire to Hahn's, and waited for the tire to be done and took us back to our truck. The blown tire completely bent our exhaust upward, and closed and the CS guys helped me cut it off so I could get going. Ironically I own an auto body shop also called "Gios Chop Shop" in Sebastopol, and these dudes really helped me out. They are veteran owned, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me when I was no where near home and my truck was disabled. I highly recommend them. read more

Shawn was amazing from the start! He really knows his stuff when it comes to lifts, tires, rims, and everything in between. Within a week, our truck was completely finished--looking incredible and exactly how we envisioned it. We had also mentioned wanting a bed cover, and Shawn helped us choose the perfect style. Just a few days later, it was installed, and the quality of work was just as flawless. We're now even working with him on adding mudflaps. These guys are GREAT! I've got a 2008 Wrangler Rubicon had was suffering from the dreaded "death wobble" that you hear about.. several shops looked at it before and couldn't figure out the cause. I popped in one day and causally asked Sesar about the issue and his response was, "sure, I can fix that.." and HE DID! And for a lot less than I'd expected. Now, I've got an appointment to have them do a few more after market upgrades and will continue to use them in the future! read more

Great customer service! I told Cesar I would have my YJ towed in by AAA. On the day they came, the driver said he wouldn't be able to tow it because it was lifted and modified. Called Cesar and let him know what happened. He said his trailer was a couple of hours away, so he went and got it, stopped by my house to pick up my Jeep and took it to the shop. Everything the other reviewers said is true. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Sesar is very passionate about what he dones. He leads a very savvy and skilled team. Above all this, he takes care of his customers. He always has weekend BBQs at the shop. And I haven't been yet, but sesar invites his customers to these weekend Jeep adventure trips. only five stars for these guys ive called multiple times for knowledge and questions and always eager to help. I needed a SYE and new driveshaft installed on my 99 TJ and they sat down and looked for the best price possible so it didn't break the bank. they even picked up and dropped off my jeep for me while I was at work.
