Once to take orders, once to drop the drinks off. The manager or other servers did everything else. Oh and she took the payment just fine, acting like she went above and beyond. I tried to mention this to the manager, Marcus. Now this was highly unprofessional, I was inquiring politely if it was normal to not see the server we started with for 30 minutes at a time. He looked at me bewildered, as if how dare I ask about the way he conducts the restaraunt. Like it was a personal insult. I forget exactly what he said but I gotta hand it to him, we are NEVER coming back here on account of this interaction. I'll order to-go, but will get it curbside. I dont want to see his face. also, curbside is convienient, though sometimes you still gotta call to let them know youre out there. Hopefully he was just having a bad day.

The first pitcher was dry before the waitress asked if we needed another. The person whose birthday we were celebrating ordered their meal first and got their food last (by quite a bit, half of the party was done eating already). And when they brought his food out, it was the wrong order. He went up to let us know it was wrong (because our waitress was missing) . He could see his order in the counter, but was told that order was a mistake and he received the right thing. We had two orders at the same table with one very small difference (an ingredient missing on one) and the two were blatantly different. Between slow service, wrong orders, and no accountability this place seriously disappointed tonight. It's a shame, in my opinion they were one of the best wing spots in the area, but they have obviously let their quality control drop.

For lunch, I ordered their Big 1/2 Burger w/ Fries because it's been a while since I've had a burger. The offer toppings but I'm a plain burger person, thus the photo with only cheese. It's a really solid burger with a great brioche bun. The fries were seasoned well but not super crispy so I didn't eat a lot of them. My wife ordered the BLT which should come as a shock to no one. I'm reasonably that anyone could look at the photo of the BLT and not need to read a review. She loved it. Her only mild critique was that she thought there was a bit too much tomato, but that's easy enough to dispense with so no biggie. I'm glad we ate here this time.

With sweet tea and the Friday special long island to dring. The food came out, what I would call, relatively quick for the number of people there on a Friday night. The food wasn't overly spectacular I would say it was ok. Expect Your typical bar food but the price was alright and it tasted good. This place has no standards at all. Absolutely disgusted.
