I called Olson's the next morning and Paul was able to fit me in with his schedule. He even gave me an approximate price based on the description of the problem I provided. He and his assistant were easily able to identify the problem; fix the issue and honor the fair price he quoted. I learned my lesson, even if I have a plumbing issue on Sunday, I will wait until Monday and be calling Olson's for any future plumbing issues.

Whenever Andrew is on the job, I can relax knowing the work is being done correctly and built to last. One thing to expect: Andrew was upfront about this from the beginning, but Coastline typically doesn't patch drywall or plywood after plumbing work, so you may need to hire someone separately for that part. They took the time to explain exactly what was happening and even used a camera to show me the condition of the pipes, which made everything very clear. There was no vague explanations, just straightforward information and transparency. Sean was wonderful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was handled properly. Jorge and his teammate came out to resurface the pipe, and another technician completed the epoxy lining. He went above and beyond the call of duty and ran to the Home Depot to obtain two extra 3/8" to 1/2" adapters (which were unexpected but required to finish the job that day) as I was hosting a party at my house the next day.
