We love ceviche but this version had really really soft, almost mushy scallops! No one was a fan of mushy scallops so we ate around them! We're not sure if this is how their scallops always are served, of if we just got a mushy order. Overall the food and service was great and we will be back!

From the start the staff at Ballyhoos showed poor communication skills, did not have the ability to own up to mistakes, and offered no compensation for the ridiculous amount of time I've wasted trying to get money back that I overpaid due to their incompetence.
