I came here for the first time today and it was a great experience! I came at around 6pm on a Thursday and was able to get helped immediately. I rarely go suit shopping, so I didn't have a whole lot of knowledge going in. Luckily the employees were extremely helpful, friendly, and patient, so I was able to get sized and find a perfect suit, tie, and shirt in less than 30 minutes. The price for my pieces and alterations was also WAY less than what I would have been charged at something like a Men's Wearhouse. I was even given a turnaround of a week and a half or less for all my tailoring. I'll definitely be coming back for all my future suit needs and I'd highly recommend this store to anyone. read more

Prom is around the corner. I came in today with my boyfriend and my mother in law and a few guy friends to try on some suits. My friend is a little over weight and was trying to see if you can find a blazer his size. He just wanted to see and try on a blazer to see how he would look and the employee with glasses said "if you aren't going to buy anything don't try in anything" I thought it was very rude because we were genuinely looking for a blazer and suit to buy for prom and he made up that comment. We ignored it and my boyfriend goes in to try on a suit. The suit fit him too big so the same employee that made the comment told him if he want him to fix it and my boyfriend said it was okay. That he was just looking to see what he wants for prom and the employee once again said "don't waste my time and if you aren't going to buy anything don't try on anything" very rude employee. Wais Guy is still the best! He always picks the right stuff for my husband. He just takes a look at him and somehow always gets his size on the first try. My husband has very thick thighs and a smaller waist so it is so hard to find him good pants. We always come to The District because we know we will always find something. We were surprised he closed his store in Buena Park Mall but, very glad we found him here while we were shopping for dress pants for my husband.
