So I told him that I had called a window shop on facebook marketplace located close by and they said my window was a special order and it wasn't Milgard he then said it would be ready in 2 days for $280 I then walked in to the Milgard shop I gave him the measurements and he pointed out a Milgard window in the show room that it would look like. I gave him the total amount he quoted me which was $60 dollars more than the other none Milgard brand. He said he could have done within one week because he does a lot of business with special orders and bulk amounts of windows. Two weeks later nothing no call nothing. I called him and he seriously for got to order my window. He called me back the next day and said the window will be ready in 2 days. I picked up the window without looking for the Milgard logo as it was wrapped up and I had my handy man waiting at my house ready to install it.. After my guy installed it, I then proceeded to notice it wasn't a Milgard window. I called him back and he said I never ordered a Milgard window..and to show him the receipt when he never gave me one. Why would I go through all that trouble to go to a Milgard window shop and pay more. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.. I see why him and his brother had a falling out and went their separate ways.. He lies, greed and and a good faith hand shake on a deal is worthless... As you can see this window doesn't have the Milgard logos or the made on date warranty numbers on it... Again check all your windows as he might sneak in a cheaper window.

Jason and his team helped me order the part in bronze (a special order, since it needed to be painted) and cut it down to size for me to pick up. The second time, the attachment to the wheel on top of my door needed replacing, and they were able to replace that whole corner and put on all new wheels. Now, the door runs so smoothly that it slides open with a light push. I was able to save some money by dropping off and picking up, since I live close by. They're also responsive and friendly. I'm sure I'll use them again when my next obscure problem needs fixing!

The difference was night and day. Unlike Simmons Glass, Shower Door Masters did not run away from complexity. My project included three bathrooms, all with frameless contemporary shower enclosures, and each required precision, experience, and attention to detail. They handled all three beautifully. Fast communication, precise measurements, clean installation, and excellent workmanship from start to finish. Their team was professional, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. What Simmons Glass treated as "too complicated," Shower Door Masters handled like true experts. That says everything. They also had my mailing address incorrect. I spoke with Max the day before my appointment to correct it, yet there were still multiple errors. Overall, the business seems very unorganized. The receptionist told me Max was in the office, so I was surprised when Max later claimed my appointment was with a different representative. This inconsistency felt very unprofessional and questionable. I took time out of my day for this appointment, and it is extremely rude and unprofessional that they never showed up. I do not recommend doing business with this company. There are many other businesses that provide much better customer service.
