I had been waiting to get my glasses and eyewear,so I decided to try this optometry store out based on a friend's recommendation. I came in after work one Saturday and they were more than happy to assist me since my insurance doesn't cover lenses. They had a great bundle to work out for me. They have a package deal that covers exam, frames and lenses. I came in and was greeted by an amazing front desk staff that assisted with my check in and pre-exam work. The team here is kind courteous and very funny. The Doctor was able to joke with me while doing my examination and I felt so at ease during the exam. The staff was very helpful in assessing what would be needed for my occupational needs. I highly recommend stopping by here if you need a new prescription or a new set of glasses. Went for my eye exam and glasses about a month ago and I highly recommend them! They were very welcoming and patient as I took some time deciding on the right frames. Yesterday my daughter accidentally scratched my glasses and they repaired them same day, free of charge! (Free when you get the anti glare on your glasses). I was so impressed with how quickly they fixed my glasses. Highly recommend! Update: I was there again last week and like last year, they were great! Eye exam was thorough! Please be honest with the price what your office did discussed on the phone with us, we did be honest that's his eyes got infection and asked really be careful a few times before we did visit and the employees did say $99, other one said $35 for the copayment in 5 times . shouldn't wait until the client came over and charged extra$50 it's kind shady . they did promise to us that's they wanna asked the Insuarace to get back for us, but we don't think they did ask ...We won't never come back. YES YOU ARE RIGHT that's i wasn't your patience but I was the one was so silly to make appointment for my friend to go to your office, than I got trip from him because you rip off. I came in with my husband and 2 kids. We all had appointments to get our eyes exam. Dr. Trang was professional and thorough during the entire process. The staff was patient and kind as well. Both the staff and Dr. Trang helped us pick out two frames. One for myself and one for my younger son. I also ordered 6 months worth of contacts. I have been to this place once, and I was kinda disappointed. There was no patients there, except myself, but the doctor was kinda rushed to finish the exam. I did not see clearly at all after 6 months wearing his contacts. After those 6 months, I had to go to a different place, and I saw my prescription has going up a lot. I also bought an eyeglasses there also, and I did not really like the lenses at all. The office looked very boring, and dark compared to other places. I do not want to complain about people, but I have to say that they need to change the way this office looks, and the way they treat their customers. Otherwise, I guess not many people will be impressed with this place's services. read more

Dr. Trang is the best! I've been going to her for over 3 years now and have driven all over Orange County to see her. I'm a particularly difficult case (dry eyes, high prescription, and a bad stigmatism) so I can't go to just anyone. Other doctors told me they couldn't do much to get me to 20/20 or fit my contacts so they didn't dry out because of my eye shape and stigmatism. Dr. Trang was able to fix all my problems in one visit. Recently I noticed I was having some issues because I spend a lot of time on my computer and phone (anywhere from 4-8 hours per day). I was told by my previous doctor to cut back on screen time but as a grad student that's pretty unrealistic. Dr. Trang told me about these new lenses that block out blue light from led screens to reduce eyestrain. I just ordered them today and can't wait to get them (my sister has them and loves them). I always recommend Dr. Trang to all my family and friends. Bonus: The selection of Asian fit glasses!!! read more
