The 5th was such a great experience. We have been past the 5th for years and never knew it was there. But once we were there....wow! What a view! We really enjoyed this place! We were staying at the grand legacy at the park and decided to make a reservation one of the nights at the hotel. Our reservation was right at 5 so it was a bit warm and the sun was shining right in our faces so I would recommend getting a later reservation. Food was elevated bar food but very yummy just a bit pricy as to be expected being so close to Disneyland. Drinks were also great and enjoyed the variety, I would definitely come back but maybe just later in the evening. read more

Pasta was super chewy, bland no taste and barely any chorizo. Ended up with the loaded tots and they were just mid. Great food and novel drinks. Got the mushroom flatbread and while the mushrooms looked pretty basic (white and cremini), it was still pretty good. Portion is rather small for the price though so consider getting something else too if you're feeling hungry. I got the Name that Movie (twist on an espresso martini) and even though it was with whiskey, it was still quite sweet. This was basically a dessert and drink all in one! Heaters didn't quite reach all the way to my toes so dress warmly if you're coming in the winter. Perfect spot to watch the Disneyland fireworks! It doesn't seem like there's a bad seat in the house for them. It takes longer than you'd expect coming out of gardenwalk parking lot and walking to the Fifth so budget adequate time for that. They also only validated two hours of parking so we had to book it back to the parking lot to not get charged extra. read more

Take a quick elevator ride up and you'll reach a lookout point with views of the CA adventure Ferris wheel and nighttime Disney fireworks. Plenty of seats/tables, but fills up quickly during prime times. The cocktails were watered down and overly sweet. Come here for the views, less so the drinks. read more

Not going to lie, I was disappointed. Not sure if it was because my expectations were too high from their social media. I came here because the views looked amazing, but when I got here it was just okay. You can see a little bit of Disneyland but that's pretty much it. They do play good music, and they have a bunch of heaters to keep you warm. The service was fast, they were quick to refill your waters and ask if you needed anything. On to the food, the nachos were extremely disappointing. The nachos itself was stale, tasted extremely old. And the other ingredients wasnt the best as well. BLT sandwich was okay, better than the nachos but nothing amazing. I think the only way I would come back is to try out their drinks. But definitely wouldn't come back just for the views- and definitely not the food. read more

We celebrated a friend's bachelorette dinner here and boy was it a blast, quite literally too. Haha. We enjoyed the musical Disney fireworks and loved the DJ. Even though he was American and had no idea about Bollywood songs, he so willingly accepted our song requests. Took a picture of the song, looked it up and played it for us. He also played a few more popular Bollywood . My friends and I went crazy dancing to it. We got the flight of the villains, nachos, surf and turf tacos, chicken tenders, pasta and a veggie burger. Came here after a night out with no intention of getting a table, but we arrived and the staff was really nice about a last minute dining. We got a table in less than 10 minutes given the fact that it's super packed at night. All the food we ordered was GREAT, they all came in a really timely manner and I would get them all again. Everyone enjoyed the food, though I personally wouldn't recommend the Surf and Turf tacos. All of our party had wished that there was a definite appetizer page. If you're a Shirley Temple person like me, it did not have cherries and hardly any grenadine. Our server wasn't really attentive, though they had a major party going on. The FIFTH is Anaheim’s original rooftop restaurant and bar located on top of Grand Legacy At The Park hotel and directly across the street from the Disneyland® Resort. Valet parking is offered by the hotel at a reasonable rate, and self parking is also available nearby, but I don't know the exact details of the cross streets. I would recommend contacting the hotel in advance for information.

What time is good to make a reservation to be able to see fireworks?

The reservation time slots are for 2 hour periods, so a reservation for 7:40pm or after is your best option. You can also eat earlier then move over to the bar side of the rooftop which has a few tables but also standing room. That only works if…

They serve alchol up there, but I have seen families there. Especially since you can see the fireworks well.

Ive been trying to get reservation for Friday 2/2/24 for weeks now and have been checking everyday but no slots are available. Could I walk in?

I was able to do a walk-in back in September 2023, but it was just for a party of two so that may have helped me find an open slot. Definitely call them the day of to check, it may vary based on how busy it is.

The steak was a little pricey for the quality, but honestly, what isn't expensive anymore.... Service was good. My waitress was attentive, though to be fair I was the only customer there at the time. My only real complaint is that the place felt a little quiet. With the spooky theme, some music would really help set the mood and elevate the atmosphere. Overall, this ended up being a pleasant surprise. I'd recommend it for food and drinks, and I personally enjoyed it much more than Villains Brewery (you can read my review on that one... no bueno). Not sure if the two businesses are connected, but I had a good experience at one and a bad experience at the other. ‍

Despite that, he continued speaking to me in a very disrespectful tone and raised his voice. At that point, I ended the call. I was genuinely surprised by how unprofessional and disrespectful the customer service was. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business.
