The staff will take your order and assign you a table, so do not grab a table without their approval. The seafood all taste fresh. We love the halibut plate with lemon garlic butter. For the fish and chips, the red snapper with panko crust is our family favorite over the beer battered. Tip: we went at 2:30p thinking it is after the lunch rush, but the line was out the door on Sunday. We will stick to 15mins before they open.

So basically, two plates full of salad with five dollars worth of lettuce on either each and five dollars worth of a flat piece of fish for $50. Absurd. What they are charging for fish and what they give you is a total joke don't waste your money.. Will not be coming back here ever. I'm not sure why people come here, but you're paying retail on retail for their fish prices are out of control. They have Faroe island Salman for $28 a pound. I can buy the exact same Salman for $10 a pound. I understand the need to make a profit, but what they are charging for fish is a joke and how much they don't give you.

It's not on their permanent menu, but was happy to see it on their specials board. The amount of whole belly clams packed into the sandwich, makes it worth the cost. However, $6 for onions rings is steep. They homemake their ranch dressing which has a delectable taste of dill making it taste more fresh. I do wish they also had more sturdy paper plate ware, as it almost flew a few times picking up the sandwich to take a bite. Time and time again when I'm back in the San Diego area, I'll stop by Point Loma Seafood. Parking is a bit challenging, so you may get lucky or have a park in one of the nearby neighborhoods and walk. You also can't beat the location of being near the water. Give it a try!

It has been over five years since we have eaten there. The last time we felt the experience was mediocre. Unfortunately, they have not improved. They have a great location and an upstairs balcony that overlooks the marina and downtown San Diego. The employees are friendly and our service time was acceptable. Between 3-6pm they have a Happy Hour on draft beers and some different food items. We had two Fish Sandwiches, some Onion Rings and two draft Beers. Thank goodness for the beers, because the rest of our food was barely edible. The Fish Sandwiches were two pieces of Sourdough bread, a small dollop of something like mayo or tartar sauce and two fried pieces of fish. We had to open them up to see if there was anything on them other than the fish because at first we could not see or taste anything. To eat them we put catsup and hot sauce on them. I have never not finished Onion Rings in my life, but this was a first. They were so over cooked and tasteless. Blah! If it wasn't for the cold draft beers this would be a one-star review. We will not be going back and it is a shame because of the great location.

Customer service was great, restaurant is clean and spacious. They offer indoor as well as outside patio dining. Seafood was fresh although it did lack in flavor! We ordered: Salmon and grilled shrimp tacos - busy taco with generous portions of seafood but, just lacking in flavor Fish n chips - loved the waffle fries it comes with, batter a bit too thick for my liking Grilled salmon plate with garlic butter sauce - nice portion of salmon strips on a bed of rice and served with a salad as well. Mini beer-battered shrimp tacos - batter a bit too thick which made the taco difficult to manage when eating Track taco - more toppings than shrimp itself Cheesy bread - delish Ceviche - delish once you add some salt to it. We shared it with 4 people but really, it's a single person serving. 3 cokes and a cocktail...all for approx. $140 Overall, great location for fresh seafood! My palette just needed A LOT MORE flavor! I definitely would be back to dine here if I was in the area.
