I was out with my dad, we were headed home and yelp let me know that The Flame Broiler would be right along our route back so we stopped in for lunch. We entered and walked through the small dining room to get to the order counter in back, the menu is on the wall behind the counter. It's pretty simple, they have rice (white or brown), beef, chicken, and vegetables, you can order a bowl or a plate. I decided on the Angus Beef Veggie which as you may have guessed is Beef, Rice (I chose brown), and veggies. My dad chose the same thing but with chicken instead of beef. We also ordered a couple of drinks, by the time we filled our cups our orders were ready, I grabbed the tray and we took a seat. I noticed on the little island in the center of the restaurant where you get your plastic forks and knives that there was a container of something called Magic Sauce, I gave it a taste, it was pretty much Teriyaki Sauce, it tasted good so I put some on my bowl. We both enjoyed the bowls, the beef in mine was tender and the magic sauce went well with with the combination of ingredients. I thought we got a good amount of food for the price. I love this place! A few of my coworkers and I are new to the area, and we come to this place for lunch almost every week now, their customer service is always great but most importantly their food is healthy! Their regular size bowl portions are just about right and filling, and if too little food they have a plate option to choose from and if too much food they have a mini bowl option to choose from. It is really a bang for your buck and in expensive for the health and deliciousness that comes in every bowl. This is place is highly recommended! read more

It completely went over my expectations Meat was not dry, lots of Flavor, rice and Veggies on Point portions just PERFECT; Didnt need that much of the Magic Sauce (alone has enough flavor) but your green hot sauce is . I love going to this place for lunch because the food is fresh and leaves me feeling energized and ready to tackle the rest of my day. The staff also happens to be great and the place is always clean.
