It looks like a fun place to hang out, dance, and listen to live bands if that's your thing. There is a tiny stage area that was sectioned off, and I imagine the place easily gets packed. The wood interiors have seen better days, and the seating is somewhat sparse to make room for a larger dance area. It looks like the type of place that gets stuffy quickly as there aren't any windows from what I recall. They have a patio, but we didn't make it out there. There were a couple of TVs with the World Cup on at the time, but I'm not sure if they keep sports on the screens all the time. Be ready to have your ID checked at the door.

Restroom lines aren't too long and they're decently cleaned. I like the option you have to go outside for fresh air. They have different music out there so you can dance as well or sit down. they also have food available for purchase in the patio. There is a food truck at the entrance. Don't forget to bring cash for the cover! Pretty spacious overall, but the inside bar area can get a bit crowded since it's a walkway as well.

The live music was incredible, the guy playing the sax really knows how to jam. The dancers and musicians were performing together, and did several shows! There's this magical connection between a musician and a dancer that you see and feel as they improvise and work the crowd, the stage, and the whole venue. In between performances there was social dancing, with a lot of great dancers dressed to the nines. The birthday cake performance is something you got to see and experience, totally off the charts, like something you'd see in a movie! The final performance is with a giant martini glass. The girl dances around/in the glass filled with water and then pours champagne all over herself. One of the most wild over the top things I've ever seen! The energy and vibes were off the hook! I highly recommend this for couples that want a special date night, large groups that want a unique experience/entertainment, and people who want to celebrate their birthday in style.

There were definitely not 10 acts and YES then entire chaotic mess of a show was only 15-20 minutes long!!! IF you have footage of a 90 minutes show then I'm sure you can post that as well LIE#3 The only thing Sergio didn't lie about is he didn't mention anything about the disgusting food and drinks I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT APPRECIATE ALL THESE LIES AND I HOPE NO ONE EVER WASTES THEIR MONEY ON THIS SHOW AGAIN!!!

It features multiple rooms with different vibes, playing hip-hop, R&B, and top 40 music. The night I went was more reggaeton and dembow vibes. They offer VIP bottle service, handcrafted cocktails, and a fairly strict dress code. The venue is also available for private events, corporate functions, and filming. It reminded me a lot of the beloved Federal Bar club that was in downtown Long Beach with vault doors downstairs and a speakeasy. I would definitely return to the Reserve for another good night out!

All they have are power hungry security, mediocre drinks, and a strict dress code for a subpar club. Security is on the biggest power trip I've ever seen! When we arrived they had us waiting outside for over 20 minutes while they prepared the section we had got. Staff was also forcing their own way into the section to wipe the floors. I understand cleaning up spills, but every two seconds an employee would push through us to wipe the floor entirely killing the vibe. At times literally elbowing us while we were dancing to wipe the smallest drop. Security kept on flashing lights in people's faces the whole night. I don't know who they think they are but it is NEVER ok to directly flash a strobe light in someone's face from two feet away for no reason. The music was good, thanks to the DJ. And the decor was cute. But there are a lot more nicer, cleaner, and friendlier rooftop clubs in DTLA where you won't experience rude staff!

Not only is the security rude asf, I can't even shake my ahh in my own section without someone bumping into me to clean the floors. Whole staff with the exception of Luis, made us feel extremely uncomfortable with how strict they are. Security is ruining the vibe here! I'd rather throw my money on the street than ever come here again Ps.. why tf is security bumping into me, obstructing the view

I enjoyed the music, some weren't my favorite but a good time nonetheless. Got an AMF drink for $22. Owner made sure that one of our friends chain wasn't snatched and that it dropped when we lost the pendant and even offered his personal cell to contact him. Last time I was at Dodger Stadium was 15 years ago and it hasn't changed much! Boston @ LA this evening. The Short Stop website and Google say they are closed, don't open till 5PM. Don't believe either. I arrived around 4 and there were a few folks there already. Two seriously cool bartenders - sorry forgot your names ladies. I love the dark no windows vibe. Understand it's a great late night music venue with DJ and lots of happy times until early morning. I sat at the bar and met four rabid Dodger fans to my right who had me join them for a tequila shot - way to start the game off gents! To my left, three Red Sox fans. All good here - everyone got along. Cranking old school punk rock and alternative stuff which suits me fine. I don't know if they serve food here or not but I doubt it. Staff asked her for "documentation" or "papers" for the dog, which is not permitted under ADA guidelines (staff are only allowed to ask two specific questions). I initially went to understand what staff were telling her so I could relay it clearly, and that's when I learned what they were requiring. When this was pointed out, the tone of the interaction changed and became confrontational. I spoke up during the exchange when one of the bouncers was being rude. At one point I expressed frustration, and shortly after that I was asked to leave. I had been drinking, but I was not acting aggressively. When I asked for a reason, I was told I was being "disrespectful," specifically after I told one staff member to "get your boy" when another was being extremely rude for no reason- it was unacceptable. During the process, a staff member recorded me on a personal phone. I began recording as well for my own documentation. I do have video of this interaction. I was refunded my $5 and told they were "being nice," while also being warned about trespassing. From my perspective, the situation escalated after I questioned how a service dog was being handled, rather than due to any meaningful behavioral issue.
