All they have are power hungry security, mediocre drinks, and a strict dress code for a subpar club. Security is on the biggest power trip I've ever seen! When we arrived they had us waiting outside for over 20 minutes while they prepared the section we had got. Staff was also forcing their own way into the section to wipe the floors. I understand cleaning up spills, but every two seconds an employee would push through us to wipe the floor entirely killing the vibe. At times literally elbowing us while we were dancing to wipe the smallest drop. Security kept on flashing lights in people's faces the whole night. I don't know who they think they are but it is NEVER ok to directly flash a strobe light in someone's face from two feet away for no reason. The music was good, thanks to the DJ. And the decor was cute. But there are a lot more nicer, cleaner, and friendlier rooftop clubs in DTLA where you won't experience rude staff! read more

I had a very disappointing experience here. I politely asked for an itemized bill so I could understand the charges, which I believe is a reasonable request. Instead of providing it, the owner refused and became confrontational. Rather than addressing my question professionally, I was asked to leave simply for requesting an explanation of the bill. As a paying customer, I expected transparency and respectful customer service. Being treated this way for asking a basic question was surprising and left me feeling unwelcome. I hope the owner reconsiders how customers are treated in situations like this, because no one should be made to feel uncomfortable for asking to review their bill before paying. They did not allow me to save the videos of which portrayed my friend group and I dancing normally, and after I offered to pay for any supposed damages with evidence they just told me "you're not worth it." I'm unsure of who runs their media accounts but I assume they are quite young as it is all very unprofessional and snarky. Don't waste your money or time ! I would also like to add the security guards and just the way the establishment is ran is very unorganized. Upon removal my friends and I asked for the reason to which the security guard told us, " I don't know ask the front." Once we got out, I asked the security guard at the front and he told me he doesn't know what happens inside and refused to allow me to speak to the manager or owner. Literally had the most atrocious treatment here. My group and I came off a party bus and the bald "head of security" he supposedly claimed he was, did not let us in. It does not state anywhere on their website or IG that you will not be let in if you came off a party bus. I had a really disappointing experience at Treehouse on N Spring St. I drove all the way from Phoenix, Arizona with friends, excited to check this place out, and ended up getting treated pretty poorly at the door. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive for no reason. Instead of explaining anything politely, they had a bad attitude from the start and made the whole situation uncomfortable. I understand venues have rules and capacity limits, but there's a respectful way to talk to people especially when someone traveled hours to visit. The way we were spoken to felt unprofessional and unnecessary. It completely ruined the night before it even started. There are plenty of places in LA that know how to treat guests with basic respect. Unfortunately, this wasn't one of them. My friends and I were excited to check out this rooftop bar, but we were denied entry solely based on our clothing--despite being dressed respectfully and in clean, casual attire. There was no clear dress code posted on their website or social media, and what's worse is that we saw others being allowed in with similar or even more casual outfits. It felt selective and discriminatory. The inconsistency and judgmental tone we received from the staff made the entire situation feel more about who we were than what we were wearing. It's 2025--people should be welcomed based on their behavior, not their outfits. We came to enjoy a night out, not to be policed or silently judged. Called before and they had said women get in free before 11 pm and but still tried to charge women at the door even thought we had arrived at 10:40 pm. Drinks are fairly priced for how great they are. Music is a range of hip hop and Spanish reggaeton both old and new. Pretty decent size space for a hundreds of people. Set up of lights and effects is good. They also have a food stand that sells hotdogs for $8 and $15 chicken/ beef quesadillas.
