While passing through Boise we yelped and found this highly rated place and were very happy we stopped and tried it out. We tried a few pizzas and the deep dish chocolate cookie. Best pizza was Santana (Italian sausage) followed by Underworld (veg) and then Gambino (chicken). The sausage and the onion on the Santana pizza was wonderful. The garlic infused olive oil and the taste of the basil on the Underworld pizza makes it a very good choice for vegetarian people here. I really like both of the pizzas. Gambino was also good but in contrast with these two pizzas it was found to be wanting. But for chicketarians it is a good option. The deep dish chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of ice cream on top was warm, fresh and super delicious. The ice cream had a salty flavor to it which made the combination of the taste awesome. The whole experience of service, atmosphere (we were there during a live game when Boise was winning), and food makes me give this place a five star rating. read more

We stopped in here for a quick bite and a. Purple drinks before heading to a football game. The place was packed! We ordered lots of drinks and they have pretty good prices. We also tried a couple dishes that were pretty good. I got a few bbq wings and they were tasty but nothing to write home about. My wife ordered some jalapeño macaroni and cheese and it was amazing! I am thankful for the Front Doors' amazing service. We had our dog with us and we were the only ones on the patio because it's still a little too early in spring. They brought our dog water immediately and I am impressed with their attention to the small details. Our waitress was really kind and checked on us often even though we were outside. The food was great as well. My husband ordered the Italian Nachos and they were huge! They were the best Italian Nachos I've had so far with really unique ingredients like artichoke. All of if chose the personal sized pizza, which was a very generous 10" pizza, and a side salad. The beer menu was great as well. The pizza was really good. This was a hidden gem tucked between a tiki bar and a pub. It was a small and cozy joint with a menu that was matching my cravings for the day. The waiter was high energy with great recommendations. He pointed out all the happy hour specials and made sure we were well attended to. We ordered the tomato basil soup, which was perfect. We were originally planning on eating at The Reef upstairs, however their modified hours did not line up with our road trip agenda. We found ourselves not wanting to drive elsewhere so we gave The Front Door a shot. Third, the Irish pizza was amazing!!! It's quite literally a baked potato pizza. You're, this can make some people question it's deliciousness, and maybe it's not for everybody, but for us it was yummy. Personally I hate green onions and take the extra time to pick them out of anything - but this pizza I ate as is, onions and all. My date and I stopped in on a Friday evening, after the dinner rush and before the late night crowd, so it was pretty quiet. The beers on tap were very IPA-leaning, but they had a larger assortment in cans and bottles. I ordered a side salad to go along with a personal Mac & Cheese pizza, and my companion ordered a personal Wise Guy sans red onion. The side salad was heaping with crisp lettuce, an assortment of veges, and freshly-grated Parmesan. For the main attraction: The crust on both pizzas was cooked perfectly with just enough seasoning to entice me to even eat the outer portion with no toppings. Yeah...it was that good.
