    Kale Caesar

My salad was incredible - I ordered the kale ceasar. The only thing that makes it a ceasar is the dressing but it is SO much better than a regular ceasar!! I love the option to have it chopped. It was so flavorful I didn't even need to use the dressing. Will definitely be ordering from here again for a healthy and delicious meal option!

I needed something light for lunch and I've been on a Caesar salad kick for a while. The salad was good. I did sub blackened chicken for grilled chicken...but I believe I was still given grilled chicken. The Caesar dressing was very good! I also added cucumber and avocado for an additional cost. I was only given very little avocado, which I don't believe warranted the upcharge. The salad was very filling. I would order from again, but I don't think I'd pay for the avocado upcharge next time.

Lots of options for a healthy lunch. Staff is super friendly. My daughter and I were able to split a bowl for less than $16. I would come back. you can get many different types of chicken or steak or tofu as your protein you can have a base of greens rice or quinoa. everything is made to order. Remember to take a sheet when you walk in and check off everything you want to incorporate into your bowl you can have it tossed or chopped. They also have a selection of smoothies. Did not try one I will next time.

We really enjoyed this little cafe. It's a new place for us and since hubby and his brother got their hair cut next door, we decided to go for lunch all of us. They had a great selection of bowls, salads and wraps, lots of healthy choices and a great mixture of ingredients. We were all really happy with our meals and enjoyed them a lot. We each got something very different, but all were excellent. We'll definitely come back again. The service was friendly and the place was cute and clean. Overall a great experience!

This place is pretty new so I won't knock them on little things. The staff were still getting trained when me and my wife ordered our food which didn't matter to us. I created my own salad and my wife created her own rice bowl. The portions were pretty good for the price. It's tough to get full off of salad alone so I'd come back for lunch but not dinner. The rice bowl did look very filling so I ll definitely try that next time. Definitely a solid place to get a fresh and healthy meal

I think this restaurant is very new. But it was clean and the service was nice. I saw a lot of bags being picked up for delivery or "to go". The salad was filling for the price. So to me, the price was worth paying. There is a wide variety of salad options. Too many to name here. And they also do meal prep. I got a salad bowl, chips, and smoothie. It was very good. This restaurant is across the street from the train station. On the south side of the train crossing.

This place is dope! Smoothies, power bowls, salads. Made to order, so delish! Staff are super friendly and they also have a yummy sugar free drink selection (spindrift, poppi, Hal's, etc.) Will for sure be back!

Been here several more times and continue to have delicious meals. You definitely get more bang for your buck with the rice bowls since they are more filling than the salads. I was a little worried about my build your own bowl upon pickup because it looked like there was just 1.5 pieces of shrimp in it. Luckily there were several more great pieces of shrimp mixed into the bowl

Upon walking into The Greenery, I was impressed with the atmosphere. The whole thing looks beautiful like a magazine picture and the space is bright, open and welcoming. They have a variety of salads and bowls with options for everyone. We were a little disappointed that the smoothies were not yet available but we understand they will be available starting next week and will be back to try. I got the nourishing bowl and my husband got the burrito bowl but he subbed out the dressing for miso mayo. We both wound up adding hot sauce to our bowls (they have a nice little collection to choose from) not because the bowls were bland but because we like a little bit of heat. Our meals were good although I wish the portions were a little bigger. Adding greens to the bowl might also bolster the portion size. Everything was fresh and tasty. While the store itself is great, the location leaves a little to be desired as parking is either out front on the street or I would imagine you'd have to park across the street at the train station. This is a solid choice if you are looking for healthy options.

If you're like me, but live in Suffolk County, Metro on Main is on my personal Top 3 Picks! Their GF crust is made from cauliflower and is imported from Italy-how can you beat that?! I ordered one with pepperoni and basil leaves, and it was phenomenal! The price was also very reasonable and under $20, including a Hals Seltzer. I'm very impressed, so impressed that I crave this pizza! Too bad Uber Eats can't deliver it to me here in Brooklyn. XD: When I'm out in the 631 area, I'll be back! If you're in the area, and can't have gluten or corn ingredients in your pizza, come here. You'll be happy you did.

Next time, I'll be grabbing a whole grandma pie to share with family. I had a quick chat with Danny, who was super welcoming and friendly--great energy. What makes this place really unique is the setup: the front is a full-service sit-down restaurant, and in the back, there's a dedicated pizza counter where you can grab a slice to stay or take out. It's a smart and convenient concept. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area or passing through!

We were told they had a great bingo night and fantastic food and drinks. That proved to be an excellent recommendation. The Wayward is located in the heart of the quaint village of Sayville. It is a spacious establishment with a large bar, plenty of tables as well as booth seating . We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted by the bartender Brian. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the food and drink choices. He took the time to note our preferences within the dishes offered. It was apparent to us that Brian and the 2nd bartender Meg were extremely hard working, friendly and efficient. We started with a few drinks. Nothing fancy. I had a rum & coke and my wife went with Prosecco. Both were good. For dinner I went with gnocchi with chicken sausage in a pink cream sauce Absolutely fantastic! The kicker was the large dollop of fresh mozzarella on top. My wife chose the Chicken Milanese with roasted potatoes . She noted that the chicken was pan seared, breaded , moist and delicious. She opted to get it without the tomatoes and onions that accompany it. The potatoes were amazing. (I snagged a few so I can confirm this!) Deliciously seasoned, crispy on the outside moist and creamy on the inside. The bingo was also great! Chris was a great host. The prizes were great , although we didn't win anything. All in all a great night! A pleasant change of pace . We fully recommend The Wayward whether it for bingo night or dinner and drinks . Fantastic atmosphere, great food, great service.

Not a lot of parking out front, but there is a rear entrance you can use that has a much bigger parking lot for your ease. Service was decent, we got forgotten about once right off the bat, but once we got things straightened out staff were helpful, kind, and attentive. Starting off with drinks, I had tried their gingerbread old fashioned and their boozy coquito. The old fashioned was nothing special, but I did enjoy the little gingerbread man it came with. The coquito on the other hand was very tasty, albeit a little bit boozier than I expected, but I don't often mind a heavy pour. Next up for food, starting with apps, I tried the pretzel which comes with a cheese sauce and mustard on the side. Just as good as you'll find it at any bar serving it up these days. For entrees, I had their signature burger and tried a bite of my girlfriend's steak sandwich, and she definitely came out the winner. Burger was good, but nothing that made it standout much from other good smash burgers. The steak sandwich though was cooked well and didn't all just pull out on the first bite, which to me is the key indicator of a good steak sandwich! Was overall a nice dinner and I'd certainly like to comeback and try more of the menu and I've often been tempted to stop by for their bingo nights, they always seem to have awesome prizes.
