It's beautiful- but the food was just ordinary- could have gone to a regular diner for that kind of food or made it myself at home. The server who served us was polite but it felt like we were not that important and they had other things to do. When asked for their signature drink it would take a while to get which we said ok as the time seemed reasonable- we had our meal and paid and did not get the main drink we wanted. You're here for the food so... 3 entrees; a burger, a lobster roll, and fish tacos. The fish tacos were fantastic but only fish tacos. Nothing else. I felt like a side would have made it better. The lobster roll [36 dollars] was very good but it just came with potato chips... Same with the burger [19 dollars]. It was literally just a bun, cheese, and the patty with chips. Lettuce, tomato, etc. makes it the kind of place you would come back to. It looked a bit school cafeteria on the plate. Atmosphere is great, food is great. However, management will make it so you never want to go back unfortunately. We went there with a group of 11 on a slow Sunday for a birthday. Everything was great till the server asked up to pay using their QR code where you can split the check. Cool idea, but it must be new because by the time the 5th person pulled it up to pay, it wouldn't open. We asked the manager to cancel our payments and just give us the paper receipt so we could give specific amounts to charge each card. She said we HAD to use the QR code. We explained it didn't work. After some back and forth she said ok. When the bill was down to the final $400 we gave her a coupon for $50 off $300. She said she couldn't accept because Naples location didn't honor it, and that we needed to call corporate to fight with them. After some push back she said the only way she'd accept it was if she canceled all transactions again and put the coupon in first. At this point we had been trying to pay for over 30 min and 2 people had already left. We gave up on the coupon, paid the rest, and left with a sour taste. Then today I see that the first transaction on my credit card was never canceled. This is the case for all who paid first with the QR code. The day manager on 7/21 was so disappointing, rude, and disrespectful to our group of 11 celebrating a birthday with a bill of over $1k that it ruined the experience. Thank goodness our server was kind and attentive so the meal was enjoyable. read more

I had the Manhattan lobster roll and substituted the chips for roasted Brussel sprouts for lunch. Brussel sprouts were amazing and I really enjoyed them with the nuts and creamy subtle cheese. I will be thinking about those for days. The lobster roll was really stacked full of buttery meat and the roll was similar to a high end hot dog bun or small sub bun. I think the roll may have been grilled or fried and the entire sandwich was nice and warm. My friend ordered the tuna tartare and it was served with root vegetable chips that were quite good. The tuna tartare was stacked with guacamole and thinly sliced cucumbers and a tasty garnish and of sprouts and pickled onions. It was enough to share...lucky me!! They also had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly and the lentils were delicious. Our server, B, was exceptional. Very sweet, patient and informative. The hostess was also very sweet. The service wasn't very good, we had a gross man server who spit when he talked and would only look at me and not my husband which was uncomfortable. I started my first visit back several years ago. They were adjusting their newly hired staff at the time of my visit. I enjoy the gray/ white decor and the large area to dine. I found the food interesting and unique! However, I believe what was missing was a great dance floor with a fun ban! I hope this has been added! I wish Naples had more places to dance and less small areas in back of bars. Naples needs to attract great bands, dancing, and quality food! Fun atmosphere. Read every 5 star review and we agreed with all them. BUT. My wife ordered two Lemond Drop Martinis. They both came in a small dessert type glass not your normal martini glass. She enjoyed the drinks, smaller than usual, but again she enjoyed them. We see our bill and there is a $4 cocktail charge. I requested our bartender to stop by to ask about the charge. She did and explained that it is the labor charge for making the martini. Oh What does that entail? I said in a soft voice. Well you have to mix the drink and then shake it. The bartender was really nice and I did not make any kind of a scene. But her look was "Please it's not me". It's not the $4. Between Covid and the hurricane. I totally get it. If you order a specialty drink ask about the charge before hand. Or they should come out and say it or print it. Do go. You will enjoy yourself. read more

This restaurant had the most gorgeous decor. They had fake turf on the ceiling, wood chandeliers, and an overall very southern and sweet atmosphere. I noticed that they have a private room for parties and events. While we ate brunch, a live guitarist entertained the crowd. Although I wish I could have seen him (they had him hidden back in a corner), in a way it was smart placement because it wasn't too loud to talk. Not going to lie, I didn't have high expectations for this glorified "chain" - we stumbled upon it for dinner because a place nearby we wanted to try had a long wait - but I was pleasantly surprised with how much I ended up enjoying the food! Our waitress Tracy gave us some popular dish recommendations and we ended up really enjoying both. Order the Steak Frites - it was mouthwateringly good. The Lemon Roasted Chicken was juicy and a great dish to share. We also had the Parmesan Fries as an appetizer - super crispy and delicious. The menu is limited, but the food is all fresh and light. I feel like the quality was great and I left feeling satisfied and not overstuffed or greasy at all - even after all the fries! First visit, we ordered lobster rolls, which you can order either "Maine style" (cold) or "Manhattan style" (warm) - we tried one of each. Both were so good we couldn't decide which was better. So we went back to give The Hampton social another chance, and still absolutely the worst service I have ever had in Naples. The server legitimately served us and then went to a table for 25 minutes to chat with friends. The management is nice, but servers seem to have no idea. We were offered FOUR plates that were not ours while seated. Server finally came around about 35 min after we were served to check in. My wife and I celebrated a date day which was going well and got even better when we got to the Hampton Social Club and were so fortunate to sit in Amy's section. We were huge fans of this chain before we located to Naples. We had homes walking distance from the chicago and Burr ridge IL locations and considered them regular options to dine out. Great food at all locations and the quality of the food in Naples seemed even better. Amy was friendly informative and helped us pick great drinks and awesome plates. Additionally, she was kind, warm, and sincere. We felt like the only client she had today even though her entire section was full. To watch her work all the tables with the same care and attentiveness was amazing. I understand the current GM is from chicago, so he understands what great really is and this location is already a pace setter. Hampton Social is a new restaurant in The Mercado in North Naples. It has a beautiful coastal atmosphere with high ceilings and wood floors in the dining area. There is a separate bar area that is equally attractive and comfortable, with some outdoor seating available. There is a small but nice wine list by the glass. I wasn't familiar with the Malbec I ordered but it was great. The menu has something for everyone ranging from seafood to chicken to meat. I ordered the Mediterranean salmon with tziziki, chickpeas, sundries tomatoes and asparagus. It was perfectly cooked and very tasty. My friend ordered the scallops with risotto which she liked. Our server was very enthusiastic, polite and knowledgeable. The noise level was a bit high but I was able to have a conversation with my friend without screaming. Complimentary valet parking is available with validation. I will definitely return to Hampton Social. read more
