Food is really expensive. Atmosphere was nice. My girlfriend and I came for lunch on a weekday. Wasn't very busy. Our burger that we split took a while to come out. We got some apps as well. Overall the place is awesome. I love the shark attack drink. Things I didn't like, Its too loud. So loud I could not understand anything they were saying on the microphone or have a conversation. Screw this place. We waited for 3 hours for one meal. They had horrible customer service. The manager was swearing at customers and was calling them a-holes. No seating. We came here for the first time, had at least an hour wait for a table. Which was ok being on vacation. It was very entertaining. The server was so nice & professional. We had a party of 6, who ordered burgers & wings. I ordered a $50 seafood bucket which I never received after everyone else in my party ate their food. The manager took my my order off the bill. But we got into an argument about it. He told me to get out of his face or he would call security. Sorry but this should've been taken more professional. Everyone else enjoyed their food. Went to hangout recently and had the most amazing time . The environment was so fun and entertaining and our server Taryn was cutest . She was so on top of everything and polite . However , the food definitely is not it . Our food came out hot and fresh and exactly how we ordered it but the food is just lacking taste, they need a new recipe or something. Horrible service, managers were not helpful. Started asking out about our food 90 minutes and the nacho plates where brought to the table. We then asked about the rest of the order. 2 of the 3 salads ordered were brought to the table but with no dressing. Was told by the server and 2 mangers that our food was coming right out - we got up and left. Managers were rude to us when they telling them about our service. One manage was told there was no chicken on the chicken nachos and his response that is the correct amount of chicken that we put on the nachos. I asked him to please show me the chicken and he just walked away. Two of us at the table never received our food. one of the managers told us that they would give us a discount and when the bills were brought out to our friends that did get salads and nachos there was no discount. read more

This is a cool "hangout " spot. You can eat,play,dance and drink. It's fun for all ages. Price can be a bit steep for what you get but I guess it includes the experience. Service was okay. I think two servers for a large party would help-we always have a good or ok service but they also always have a large group they have to take care of so we'd be waiting several minutes just for refills or a check. 4 out of 5 because I don't see this place being as fun during the cooler months. read more

The food was mediocre and the service was horrible. We asked for mustard 4 times before getting it. I ordered a burger with onions and pickles. The burger came to the table without them. After asking 7 times for them I stood at the kitchen door for 8 minutes asking for onions and pickles before someone got them for my now cold burger. This is one of the newest and most kid friendliest places we have found in MB! We came across Hanging Out while shopping at Broadway and absolutely fell in love with the atmosphere and the vibe! They have a huge stage where live cover bands play outside, a place for kids face paintings (free), and an enormous upstairs/ downstairs dining area that surely accommodates even the largest of families! We visited on a Saturday night with only a 20 mins wait! Our 4 year old had a blast and was asking to return the following day for more! There is a live DJ who gets involved with the crowd and will hold different contests such as lip syncing cinIg to random songs or making all the dads in the room stand up on their tables and all join in to a rendition of "YMCA"! Seriously a fun for all ages type of place! The food was moderately decent as it was just burgers, chk tenders, nachos, fried seafood, etc. Prices are well in line for the area. Definitely a go-to that has been added to our list of things to do in MB! Full ABC license as well as a pretty cool gift shop with various items such as t-shirts, stickers, and general souvenirs! Out of the five nights we were here, we went three. My daughter wanted to go a fourth. Such a fantastic environment of great views, awesome music, and all around fun! Love that every forty five minutes there's live entertainment and at night you also have the band playing outside. There's a foam party for kids outside by the stage and a sand hill with a tunnel. Ping pong, outside bars, large blocks, cornhole, chairs, and great bands playing live! Love the big screen where you broadcast the inside entertainment outside. This place just opened and it's already a great hangout! Will be back to dine! Enjoyed the upstairs and the upstairs bar this time. Kids have the slide a try too! Love the lunch boxes on the walls and the other decor including the pez dispensers. Very nice staff all around! read more

Overall the hangout was a pretty cool experience, with a wish wall, dancing on the tables, live music, and a slide. I got the Alabama bbq burger which was simply amazing - a little on the messy side but that's how burgers should be! Our kids said their fries were better than McDonald's. We were sat out on the patio but the noise level from the live band was a little too much for my son with sensory sensitivities so we asked if there was a quieter spot further from the band. The host checked and moved us over to the corner of the patio where we couldn't really see much of what was happening when it came time to dance. If you are sensitive to noise levels be cautious on the time of day you go. We loved our waitress although her section was on the other side of the patio so it took a little longer for service. The weather started to take a turn which made it super windy - the kids drinks kept knocking over, napkins and menus flew off the table.
