They placed a used, filthy shower spout back on the shelf! I'm assuming someone retuned it in the new packaging! Home Depot you got played!!

Bought a shower spout. When I opened it (@ home) the plastic tube was broken in half & the plastic bag holding the small parts was also open. So drove back, returned it & went to look for another... as I'm looking I come across a used, filthy spout. I'm assuming someone returned their old one they replaced in the new packaging. You got played Home Depot!!! You should inspect what people return! You cannot just place it back on the shelf! Do better!

Went to Home Depot in Carson and from the moment I walked in I was enjoy some cool music. The "oldies" were rocking out. I heard KC and the Sunshine Band, 'I'm your boogie Man', Peaches & Herb, 'Shake Your Groove Thing' and The Hues Corporation's 'Rock The Boat'. I only had two items, but it lasted through those three songs, especially KC. I was ready for them to put that on the loop.

When did Customer Service STOP being Customer Service Ari? I just went in to pay my bill and the young lady at Customer Service (Ari) refused to give me any Customer Service and told me to go pay at ANY register. Hmmm. So the paint register was the closest ANY register but just as I walked up, they both walked away together. Hmmm. So then I went to the self-checkout register, which by the way "IS ANY" register only to find that it doesn't take bill payments because I have not worked here long enough to know how to do that which, Ari, is why I went to Customer Service!!! Hmmm Finally a young man, Keilan, (thank u very much) that said he had only been there 9 months, opened a register to help me. Finally, my 10 minute pay my bill stop has developed into a 45 minute torture walk of shame. Once again, when did Customer Service STOP being "Customer" Service?

Home Depot is one of those places where you go when you gotta get something fixed or created. All of them are pretty much the same. They are these gigantic warehouse facilities full of tons and tons of stuff. This location is no different. Like all the Home Depot's this business has a gigantic parking lot in front, so you should never have any problem finding a place to park. Inside, I find this location to be a bit more strangely organized than some of the other Home Depot's in the area. This is not to say that you can't find things, it's just the way the aisles are laid out if you don't know the store you kind of have to calculate where are you going to find what you are looking for. This being said, this location has all the stuff that all of the other Home Depot's are known for. As at all Home Depot locations, the staff here is very knowledgeable and nice. If you need any help, I'm sure they are happy to give it to you. Overall, if you're looking for what Home Depot has to offer, this is the place to go if you're in the area.

Bought paint, but had dried paint outside. I asked 2 staff there if this is new they said yes and no need to mix. I kept stirring still clumps on the stick and spilled lots of paint I already added the scent in there.. still has clumps. I called but waited for over 5 mins. They need to replace my door trim and reimburse e the items bought. Still on the phone on hold

Located off Sepulveda Bl in Carson. Lots of parking shared with other businesses in the center. Came here to get some gardening gloves for my mom. Found a pair to find out they couldn't sell it me cause it wasn't ringing up in the register so after a few tries the gal had to pull all that particular brand and style off the floor but as I was about to leave she pulled me to the side and gave me a pair for all the trouble very nice of her and thank you to her. A definite 5 stars on going above and beyond customer service I didn't get her name but she was working in the Garden area she was very friendly and bubbly to all the customers that were in line. Overall a very good experience here although while in the rest of store it was hard to find a worker I was looking up and down all the aisles until I finally saw one to ask where the gardening gloves were at.

It's always difficult to get help loading purchases from Home Depot. Guys find excuses not to be of assistance while we are loading the drywall in the pickup truck. I keep saying.. can you help us? No one helped until I found this amazing lady!

My parents went around all day looking and trying to find the best deal for a long lasting fridge. When we go to the store, it was nice and had very impressive selection of fridge. I tagged along as a translator for my parents and when I approached the information booth, one of the salesmen referred us to another man that was sitting in the front. While he greeted us with warmth, he came off very condescending. He was very snappy and aggressively with his response. While having an airpod in his ear, he was rushing us through all the selection. It almost felt like he didn't want to work with us (since he was told by another man to help us) and judging that my parents didn't know anything. As we were walking away, we weren't surprised to see him playing on his phone.

The microwave was never installed, never plugged in, and never used--it was simply the wrong size. I contacted WDC and even offered to pay a reasonable restocking fee so they could resell it as new. The representative said they would look into it and get back to me, but I never received a response. I understand that stores have return policies, but I was hoping for some flexibility given that the product was still in brand-new condition. Better communication and customer service would have gone a long way. The purchasing process itself was smooth, but the lack of follow-up after I reached out left me disappointed. If you're ordering appliances for a remodel, be absolutely certain about the measurements before purchasing, because you may not have any options if something doesn't fit.

Once they have your money, don't expect them to stand behind the product. Their customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. You'll get plenty of apologies, but that's where it ends. No solutions, no accountability--just a lot of "there's nothing we can do." Even when issues are clearly legitimate, they refuse to take responsibility. You may even hear from the owner with an apology, but nothing ever actually gets resolved. It's all talk and zero follow-through. At that point, it just feels like they're trying to quiet complaints rather than fix anything. There's a reason this place has so many bad reviews. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. I would never buy another product from WDC again. No price is worth the stress and frustration of dealing with a company that won't stand behind what they sell.

I set up the appointment with them and Tom came out to analyze the problem. Within an hour, he found the issue and communicated with me the cost to repair. They carry all kinds of useful everyday products, many of which are imported from Korea. The store has two floors and sells everything from clothing and underwear to household items, beauty products, and many other practical things. My Mom has probably been here dozens of times, maybe even more than 100 times, over the years, and I've also been here many times myself. But surprisingly, this is my first time ever writing a review for this place! We went there this time because I was looking for a sports bra. My Mom highly recommended this store because she said Korean underwear tends to fit Korean body types better and is more comfortable. One of the things I really liked was that you can actually try on bras in the fitting room before buying them. The employee was very kind and helpful. She explained the different sizes and helped me choose which sports bra would work best for me. After trying on a few options in the fitting room, I found a sports bra that fit me perfectly and was very comfortable. I ended up buying two of them, one black and one beige. My Mom also wanted to buy a pair of underwear, so I purchased three items together. After that, we went downstairs to the first floor, where I bought a Korean hair-dye product that is apparently designed to be used almost like shampoo. I also ended up buying a pair of slippers to wear at home. My Mom also bought a Korean product called "Bal-eul Ssiseuja" ("발을 씻자") which I recommended to her. It has apparently become extremely popular in Korea recently. The funny thing is that I somehow ended up with three separate receipts that day! First, I paid separately for the sports bras. Then I bought the hair-dye product and checked out separately. Later, while looking around for household items, I suddenly thought, "Oh, should I buy a pair of slippers too?" So I bought those separately as well. This place is always extremely popular because they sell such a huge variety of useful everyday products and household items. Because of that, the parking lot is always very crowded. There is security staff helping direct cars in the parking lot, which is helpful. However, the lot is still pretty tight and busy. I'm especially not very good at parking in narrow parking spaces, so it was actually really convenient and relaxing to come with my Mom, who is an excellent driver and very good at parking. Overall, I had a really nice shopping trip here with my Mom. It's one of those places where you can always find something useful, even when you didn't originally plan on buying it!

Staff has always been friendly and kind, keeping in mind speaking Korean is helpful if you are looking for something specific. It's NOT necessary, just helpful. They have so many Korean focused products mostly in home goods like kitchen items, tons of bedding, rice cookers and kimchi fridges, but also things like makeup, skincare and clothes. Well priced house slippers with a lot of options! The entire second floor is electronics and more expensive goods, which I hear are not the best to buy here. I usually stick to cheaper items, more kitchen and cooking related needs at Kim's. They have a pretty strict return policy which I hear is a bit risky for more pricey items. I went in specifically for Makgeolli supplies and was so happy to find the pot & cups I needed, at nearly half the price of amazon! Support local stores instead of shopping online! I'm definitely a fan of Kim's Home Center and will come here for all my related needs in the future.
