I do recommend getting the topping on the steak to the side to not overwhelm the steak itself. The apps we got were decent. The mozzarella sticks were nothing special and are pretty bland without the sauce. The cactus blossom is indeed pretty fire, as well as the previously mentioned rolls. Other than that, the service and ambiance were decent but nothing overly standout to me. Overall, Texas Roadhouse is definitely a good deal, but obviously don't expect a masterpiece of any sort (except for the rolls, duh).
