Good burgers, haven't tried the pizza yet. I can't get enough of the Diablo burger. I order one anytime I'm passing through Heber.

Found this place on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I'll start with what was really good; the fries. Loves me some golden brown crinkle cut fries and these did not disappoint. Golden brown crisp outer coating, light not oily center, and just the right amount of salt. If you're wondering if you're in Utah, the fry sauce will tell you "Duh!". So, so many places treat their fries as an afterthought, but I would go here just for an order of fries. Now the burger; it fell far short. Although there are more adventurous options, I went with a good old bacon cheeseburger. The bun was excellent being nicely grill toasted. For a gourmet burger, I expected the patty to be the star of the show, this was not. My impression was it came straight out of a Sysco Foods cardboard box from the freezer. If it was an in-house seasoned meat combination, it didn't show. It was very small (maybe 1/4 lb?) and had no flavor. The cheese was also very thin and added nothing overall. Either they got my order wrong, forgot the bacon, or the bacon was so minuscule I couldn't tell it was there. I love onions but this was more of an onion sandwich than anything else having layers of full slices that I removed a lot of about half way through. I like that they use lettuce leaves, but it was much like the onions overwhelming the burger. If there was any condiments on it, I couldn't tell. So, like I started with on the burger........not so much. read more

i'm a very big fan of the junction. great food and atmosphere but i will say one thing. there is an employee who continuously makes every experience uncomfortable. today he told me how he wanted to punch his coworker. he also kept walking away muttering things and then swearing while he hit buttons on the screen. while eating he pretended to hit a customer in the head with a pizza pan. never confirmed anything we ordered. the food is great but this employee has become a deterrent. read more

Order an El Diablo burger. Kind of pricey for just a burger and being fast causal, $7.99. The fancy onion things were on the chewy side. The jalapeño and cream cheese were good. The fries at this place are to die for, especially when dipped with their homemade fry sauce. Heavenly. The pizza, though expensive, has a crazy amount of toppings on it, like, several animals and plants die every day for a single one of those pizzas. They taste amazing. The employees are very friendly, as are most people in Heber. It does take a while to get your order, I'd expect a 15-20 minute wait each time I go, but once you get the food it's well worth it. read more

We usually hit up Dairy Keen when in Heber with the kids. While this undoubtedly has a better atmosphere, the food is not much better than DK. I had a chicken pesto salad which was more like a ridiculous amount of pizza toppings on top of some mixed greens. Imagine saucy chicken, olives, and tomatoes all way too hot to be on top of a salad. Then add a generous amount of mozzarella. The cheese was a goopy mess. The pizza was a bit over cooked, but the Philly Cheesesteak, and burgers were decent. The real winner was the poutine! Until we hit a few frozen! fries at the bottom of the pile. Also, our food took a really long time to come out. read more

Just had an amazing meal at the Junction in Heber city, Utah. The pizza was great, and I've never had a pizza done so quickly after I ordered. It was an absolutely great dinner. We got a French dip sandwich and sweet potato fries for the little one and she love the sweet potato fries. The thing I like best about the pizza was that the vegetables were obviously super fresh and it was not overcooked. It was done perfectly, a Supreme pizza on thin crust. We had a great meal here and will be back. There was a little rush right after we came in and as soon as people got done eating the employees got in right after wiping the tables and straightening up the chairs. They obviously have been trained to do a great job and they were friendly! read more

Awesome service. Questions were answered honestly. Food came out hot, and fries were crispy. Gotta try the fry sauce. The French dip is probably one of the best in town. Great Mountain View pizza shack!! We ordered to-go 15 mins ahead of time and only had to wait in line for 5 mins to pay upon arrival for pick up. The pizza was still hot when we got home (we only live 10 mins away). The sauce was a tad bit salty for my family's liking but overall it was delicious pizza! read more

I ate here tonight and I would say it was pretty good. It was very busy and the atmosphere was great. My only complaints were that the staff were a bit cranky, the pizza came luke warm, the fries were a bit bland and lastly they were using paper plates. I would definitely recommend at least some plastic reusable plates because they would probably end up paying more for paper plates than plastic ones in the long run. The food was overall very good and is 100% better than the old location. It is much more modern and updated. I would highly recommend. Pretty much the only decent dinner place in Heber. Our latest experience was terrible here. We ordered, and 10 minutes later my wife got her pizza. My daughters and I ordered burgers and waited an additional 50 minutes with still no food, even though many people that had ordered after us had already gotten theirs. We repeatedly asked the cashier when our food was coming, and every time she said, "Coming right up". Eventually we got frustrated enough that my family, and the group behind left and got a refund. They still charged us for our drinks and the pizza, even though we had to wait about an hour for nothing. What terrible service! read more

Filthy restaurant--could possibly be one of the dirtiest I've ever been to. Staff is even dirty. Dirty hats, dirty clothing. You can tell they don't care. Where is their sense of pride??? We've been going to the Junction for years. Recently the OG owners sold the business to new owners. It has changed. The meat is not cooked as nicely, portions are smaller even though prices have gone up, to go orders are incorrect. We are tired of it so we are done with the junction. read more

Visited here last week. We walked in with about 20 minutes till they closed. We ordered, and had our food within about 10 minutes. Very fast service. Our table ordered a pizza and a cheese burger. The pizza was very good. And I was told the cheese burger was "one of the best"! The place was spotless. The workers were very friendly, even with it being closed while we and another table were still eating. We didn't feel rushed at all by them (we did hurry though since we were the ones that went in so late. Didn't want to be rude). Great food, service, and atmosphere. Can't wait to go back. read more

Stopped by this little place on the way from leaving Swiss Days in Midway, Utah. Since there really wasn't any authentic Swiss food we decided to stop somewhere that appeared to have good food and air conditioning. The place was nice with local items for decor, really got a cool sense of a mountain town in Utah. The menu had everything from sandwiches, pizza, cheesesteaks, to wings. The service was fast and food was really good, may have been so fast because they weren't busy but either was it was good for us! The prices were fair not extremely cheap though. read more

We ordered the bbq pizza and the pepperoni both were yummy but we really loved the bbq one!! Waiting time wasn't to bad. Although I will say even though we got there a little bit before closing time and they had 2 cooks and 1 cashier they should have an extra person cleaning tables and sanitizing! They won't let you get refills, napkins, utensils, sauces etc.. to be "safe" but what they should really be taking care of is the sanitizing part! Only 2 tables were available to provide safe distance outside but they couldn't even manage to clean those 2. If they're really trying to be safe from germs spreading they should really be cleaning. Overall I gave this a 4 star because the food was good, service was quick. I would come back to this place because they pizzas were delicious. I'd say closer to three and half stars for the food. But I love Heber/Midway and I have a soft spot in my heart (and stomach) for local eateries, and the employees are always so nice, even when they are busy, busy, busy. If you're Canadian, do yourself a favor and don't order the poutine. It isn't the best and you'll just be upset. Pizza, salad, and burgers are the way to go. Plus, it's tough to beat the price at the Junction. It's a go to place on the weekends when I'm in the mood for burgers, fries, and pizza and lots of it for a good price. My family stops somewhere in Heber almost every weekend during the warm months on our way to our property for dinner. Today we decided this place because we know it has good food for a decent price. My wife and I got the daily special which today was the sunrise burger. It is a bacon cheese burger with a fried egg on it. The egg was cooked perfect and when you bit into it the yoke oozed delightfully down the sides. Would have given five stars but the cashier didn't give my wife the sweet potato fries instead of the normal crinkle cut ones she thought she ordered. Our daughter got the kids chicken fingers and fries. Was a little surprised that a kids meal didn't come with a drink but no biggie she normally shares with my wife. Overall this was a great meal with an average wait to receive our food being they make it fresh to order. Would recommend this place to everyone. The pizzas are great and the burgers rock. So I really enjoy the junction. It is good food and they have a variety of options. To be honest, I was really hesitant to try it because I usually avoid restaurants that serve such a variety of food. For example the menu consists of pizza, tacos, salads, burgers, and sandwiches. I have been both to their park city location and their heber location. The location in Heber is great, I got lost going to the place in Park City. As far as the food goes I love it. The salads are great. I would highly recommend the buffalo chicken salad. Their el Diablo burger is great and it goes great with their sweet potato fries. It is also super spicy so beware of the lava a$$ that will follow. The pizza is good and the crust isn't greasy which scores big points with me. I have found a place I will frequent whenever I am in the Heber City area. read more
