Awesome new restaurant in the new office complex at Torrey Hills. Beautiful setting and good food at reasonable prices.

This place is hard to find, but if you do find it get the smokey chipotle chicken bowl, it's excellent!

Clean restaurant, great menu selection and the food is very tasty. It gets busy during lunch rush but it's worth the wait! Great service!

Wtf is carne asada less expensive than freaking falafel! Does not seem fair to people trying to eat more sustainably.

Today, I ordered the Steak Tip and Fries (6oz. Marinated Angus Steak Tip). The steak was cooked to perfection (medium rare). And the fries were cooked in beef tallow- chef's kiss! The quality of meat and seasoning was unparalleled 10/10! Super tender and juicy and packed with tons of flavor! My wife ordered the Smashed Burger and Fries (Sliced House Marinated Angus Steak Tips with Grilled Onions and Peppers). The beef patty had a really nice sear on the outside and caramelized crust 10/10! Prices are reasonable! And staff are super friendly and helpful! And the vibe is lively! I have yet to order any fresh cuts of meat from the butchers- that's definitely on my to-do list! First impressions- these guys are the real deal! Everyone was friendly, upbeat, and personable, and the kitchen was incredibly quick, organized, and efficient. Our order came out exactly as requested, including substitutions, which is always appreciated. The restaurant itself was clean, inviting, and had a fun atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. I ordered the BBQ Bacon MeltBurger, and it was outstanding. The beef was juicy and perfectly cooked, while the smoked bacon, crispy onions, cheddar, and BBQ sauce created a rich, smoky flavor without overwhelming the burger. The Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich was equally impressive, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with just the right amount of heat from the spicy Melt sauce. The fries were hot, crispy, and the perfect side to finish the meal. From the food quality to the customer service, everything exceeded expectations. If you're in Del Mar Highlands looking for a quick meal that doesn't sacrifice quality, This place is absolutely worth the stop.

Disappointing experience -- felt like we were an inconvenience…read moreI stopped by around 8:35 PM because I was craving two Jersey Mike's sandwiches. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was that the meat slicer had already been cleaned and the ingredients at the counter looked like they had been put away. The employee at the front looked at us like we were interrupting something, which immediately made us feel unwelcome. I understand that it may have been a slower night and that employees want to get out on time, but the posted closing time was 9 PM. I expected that customers walking in before closing would still be able to order what the restaurant normally serves. As I approached the counter, the employee told me, "Just to let you know, she doesn't have any more bread." I understand running out of something can happen, but at a sandwich shop, bread is kind of the main ingredient. I wasn't interested in getting a bowl when I came in craving a sandwich. Honestly, I'm just glad I didn't place a mobile order ahead of time, because I would have been pretty frustrated to drive over expecting two sandwiches only to find out they couldn't be made. Instead of arguing or making a scene, we just said "alright" and left. It wasn't a huge inconvenience, but the overall experience left a bad impression. I don't usually eat Jersey Mike's, but I was actually excited to try it again, and unfortunately this made me hesitant to come back. Hopefully management can remind the team that customers who arrive before closing should still feel welcomed and valued.

I was greeted by two people behind the counter and was told to feel free to ask questions and try one of the samples they had. They also let me know that there were additional items that I could buy to take home on the shelves and in the cooler, so take my time looking around. There was so much good gf stuff! We ordered the Turkey Pesto Panini and the 'Trust Me Dude' Panini which came with a side of chips. Both were delicious but, Trust Me Dude... you're gonna want to try that one cause the name all the sudden made sense with the first bite. It was unlike any sandwich I've had before, in the best way possible! I also had the double chocolate cookie and didn't even get a picture cause I ate it so fast, it was that good! The cafe is spacious and had indoor and outdoor seating. They also had a shelf with games and a chalk board mentioning different themed events like game night and cookie decorating classes. It feels like they are not only trying to create a great restaurant, but a little community. They also take allergies very seriously so you can feel safe here. Can't wait to go back and try new things, so happy to have this new gluten free option available.
