    Chicken salad sandwich

Great place to grab lunch. Everything on the menu is great, and the people are very nice and accommodating!! The chicken salad is my favorite of all time... MUST try when you're there!!

We ordered breakfast delivered for my office. The lunch box has a great selection. Their pastries are phenomenal as is their quiche. The fruit is fresh and the yogurt is great too. Delivery was on time.

A very interesting place for sure. It is tucked back in this cute little part of the shopping center. It was a little crazy with a full seating section (one was closed) & one man server. Coffee was AMAZING!!! Food wasn't anything to write home about but okay. I did not enjoy the pasta salad so I will try something next time. And yes I will be back.

I'm a sucker for a simple menu done well! This place is tucked away in the village of camp bowie. I've had their catered sandwiches before, but this was my first time visiting in person. The egg salad is phenomenal and it's so sweet and bright inside the restaurant. Staff were super friendly as well!

Chicken salad & fruit on spinach. Fresh and delicious!

Always on point. Period. This is a hidden gem if there ever was one! Stuck away back in the 6333 shopping center behind Stanley Eisman shoes and the recently opened blue butterfly cafe. It's worth looking for. The food is always the freshest you'll get anywhere. The sweetest of fruit and the best chicken salad in town!! It does contain poppy seeds if you have an aversion to those. The pimento cheese is also excellent but a tad spicy. I love it but don't order if you don't care for spice. You have your choice of bread on all sandwiches from plain ole white to marble rye and even a croissant. The quiche is good too. I highly recommend giving their peach/Mango tea a go as it's my favorite. Restrooms are small but clean. There is always plenty of parking. Oh and they have brunch on Saturday. I haven't been but if it compares to the quality of their lunch menu I need to get there!

My aunt and I wanted to go out for lunch, and she introduced me to this wonderful place. I didn't know it was here, and I'm glad we checked it out. Due to Covid-19, the indoor dining area was closed; however, there were about a handful of tables available in the inner courtyard of the shopping complex. After finding a table that wasn't wobbly, we sat down. In no time at all, our lunches were delivered in wonderful cardboard lunch boxes. How neat! I had the black forest ham on rye with both pasta and potato salad. The food was absolutely delicious. I'll have to come back here again if I ever find myself in the area.

Although this place is hard to locate, you will not regret coming to this spot. I believe this place is known for offering large catering services for schools, etc - but if you're looking for a good start to your day, come check this place out. Immediately after coming through their front door, I was helped. It was hard to choose which item to order (mainly because everything sounded appetizing) - I eventually settled on their croissant breakfast sandwich w/ potatoes on the side. The sandwich was affordable, super flaky & buttery, and the portion size was great. I was not aware before, but the bakery they're connected to opens only on Saturday. I heard some good things about it, so definitely try to check out this place on Saturdays so you can experience both!!

Just a fyi to others who love and are picky with their salad lettuce choice. Chose the Cobb salad because it stated it was a mix of romaine and ice berg. My salad only had one piece of romaine lettuce. The chicken is dry and unseasoned.

This is more like a review for two locations, because I came here for brunch but the food that was served to me was from the Black rooster, the experience was great, the food and the restaurant. The two restaurants are located inside of the building, a little hard to find if you never been, just look for the colorful chairs. Once you get in, the atmosphere is very calm, trendy, stylish, very nice, although server took forever to great me, I was just standing there like "hey can you help me?" So be a little patient, maybe that was just my experience. Arriving to the table, they have two menus, the one for black rooster and bakery place, everything I had was from black rooster, and the service was great !! I had the yogurt & granola, the French toast and a latte. The portion are big and filling; I really recommend this place for brunch :)

If anything, that actually added to the experience for her. She liked the vibe and inside decor, not because she partakes in cannabis use, but she's not familiar with the 420 culture in the first place so it all kind of stood out. I agree with that as well. The design plays into the theme well! This of course extends to the menu as well. All sandwiches are named after different strains of weed. I got the Kali Mist - a spicy turkey club - on white and my mom got the KGB - a roast beef and horseradish sandich - on garlic herb. As opposed to small, medium, large, the sizes are nug, pinner, and blunt. We both got nug sizes since we weren't too hungry at the time but still wanted to try. Long story short, the sandwiches were absolutely delicious. They're all toasted so the bread provides a great, warm base. The avocado on the Kali Mist stood out for me, providing a nice rich flavor and texture amongst everything else. I tried a bit of the KGB as well and the horseradish gives a nice contrast to the flavorful roast beef. Overall, I would definitely come back again to try out more of the sandwiches.

This particular spot is a deli sandwich place; they do have some standout choices, but I was craving tuna, so I ordered their Pacific Blue (Tuna Melt). Loved that they toasted the buns; it was good but didn't wow me. They skimped on the cheese and didn't add the jalapeños I requested. Service was incredibly slow, but there was a huge rush-hour crowd, so I'll overlook it. All in all, the theme is cool. Loved that they had vendors and music available the day we went; it gave us an opportunity to have something to do while we waited. I did spot board games, but naturally didn't think we'd need them. The goo ball was overly buttery and definitely had peanut butter. It was good for the first couple of bites but I quickly tossed it afterward once it became too much. If a deli is your thing, give it a try. I'm sure on any other given day they'd be better at delivering a sandwich with everything.
