Didn't even order at this location before I felt the need to just walk out. Was 2nd in line with two people behind me, and two employees at the registers, one of them doing nothing. It was then my turn to order and what I assumed to be an employee (maybe on their day off) cut in front of me to pay for his order he put in online, without acknowledging anyone behind him. And he kept asking the employees for more assistance like throwing his empty drink cup away and to get more ketchup. Not sure if this is the standard for the employees working at this location, but it shouldn't be. I ended up walking out because the lack of acknowledgment for the customers in line was alarming to say the least. read more

I walked in the store to a giant pickup window and looked around aimlessly for a few seconds until a very nice cashier recognized I was looking to order, not pickup. She was very patient and helpful while my hub and I perused the menu then quickly took our order. She was super friendly and efficient and we even shared a laugh or three. Her coworker (or manager?) was also extra sweet & the cook was super fast. Food is delicioso of course! Melty gooey and they gave me hella extra pickles which made my heart happy (: I'll be back yall! PSA: Please be nice to our service workers . I used to order delivery from here while working from home several times a month. My "usual" was the BBQ Bacon Meltburger with an importable patty (I don't eat beef). The menu changed and now there's no way for me to sub out the beef patty so I have to find a new place to order from. This is a cute little burger spot! They have indoor and outdoor seating with heating lamps and great customer service. Larry was great and extremely personable and makes excellent shakes. The shakes are thick almost like a soft serve ice cream! I ordered the original melt burger with bacon and avocado and garlic parmesan fries! The burger was a really good size, meaty, and hearty definitely filling! The garlic Parmesan fries are extremely garlicky which I enjoyed but if garlic isn't your thing this is not for you! I'll start by saying the food is amazing! The meltburger and the queso de mayo were top notch. We added the garlic Parmesan fries and tomato soup which were both delicious. The soup could have been hotter, but that's just my preference! Ive never seen a snickerdoodle shake before (my favorite cookie), so I had to get it and it did not disappoint! When we arrived on bikes without a lock, one of the staff, Kamani, kindly offered to sit outside and watch them while we ordered. We received the best customer service from the whole team, especially Leelee, Mell, and Andre. I was introduced to the melt like three weeks ago, maybe four, and this is arguably THE BEST milkshake I have had. we are arguing in my house over which flavor is the best. some days it's strawberry, some days it's chocolate, but for me, it's snickerdoodle. this evening when I walked in to pick up my order, kamani, who is the best milkshake maker, said "you're a regular!" Decided to try The Melt as I had seen it had 4 stars. I read the reviews throughly and wasn't that mad at everything I read 5 stars all the way to 1. I ordered the Grilled BBQ chicken sandwich, The garlic fries, and the Snickerdoodle Milkshake (With Malt). I'll first start off with the fries and shake. The snickerdoodle shake is hands down one of the best shakes I've had to date. Absolute perfection. Next, the Garlic Fries, I've had my fair share of great garlic fries and these really exceeded my expectations. They were devoured within seconds of me opening the container. Lastly, is the chicken sandwich. I read all reviews pertaining to this sandwich and it didn't really get the best reviews and my sandwich just so happened to be another statistic. Sadly to say the chicken itself was rubbery and quite bland. The whole sandwich in its entirety was basic and didn't really stand out to me. Overall, I'd come back and get the Snickerdoodle shake and Garlic fries whenever I'm high and have the munchies, lol! I have eaten at the Melt three times and have tried most of the note worthy things and I wanna say I wanna try more. Going right into the meat of it, their tomato soup is really good. One of the best things I can suggest on the menu to help with the buttery and delicious sandwiches they offer. I really enjoyed my Patty Melt there, a big fan of it with the caramelized onions and special melt sauce they have. Would recommend as my favorite combo. I had outright their three cheese melt, decided to add a tomato which was free, and it improved a lot on the sandwich. Adding a nice fresh kick to their wonderful buttery and cheesey sandwich. Then I had the standard melt burger with bacon and tomato, and it was genuinely a good burger. The meat is cooked until until a slight pink in the middle and it was well seasoned and tasted wonderful. One of the much better burger for how affordable the melt realistically is. The regular fries are alright, I think it has some kinda green topping that could be garlic or something else, nothing too notable. HOWEVER! Their potato fries are actually really good, crisp to a perfection and slightly sweet with a good savory kick to it too. It's actually enjoyable unlike many other sweet potato fries where they're kind of a soggy mess or break on you. The Crisp is the key point of the sweet potato fries that sold it for me. Anyways, go get some tomato soup and dip a sandwich in it, America's most basic and loved combo for a reason. read more
