Secluded table with rose petals for our anniversary.

Went to celebrate our anniversary. They gave us a secluded table in the back. The cheese dip we got was amazing. I literally could have just had that for dinner and been happy. But we also did the traditional fondue. That was very good. And the classic chocolate and peanut butter sauce dessert was the perfect ending. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We were very satisfied and happy.

I have been to this location three times and I will say there are TWO things that can make or break your experience: 1. The people you're with 2. Your server The first time I came here it was right after they had reopened due to the Covid closures and our server was so fun it truly made the experience. The second time we came, my husband and I had an amazing quiet little private booth, but we got seated next to a couple having a blind date and the two of us ended up being so entranced in ear hustling their conversations, we didn't even care about anything else. This past time, we opted for a double date with my sister and brother in law. It was surprisingly busy for a Sunday evening, but we were seated within ten minutes of our reservation time. I started with the sunrise sangria, while others got soft drinks. My brother in law asked for a Crown and Coke and was informed they didn't have Crown Royal, so he went with a Jack and Coke. No biggie. For our cheese course we did the fiesta and Quattro formaggio. Pro tip: go with another couple and get a double burner table so you can have options. Also, GET THE FRIES! The cheese dippers are always lackluster in my opinion, but adding on the fries really makes it. While we did get salad because it came with our "Big Night Out" option, you could totally skip this step so you can save room for everything else. As someone who loves to cook, once all of our entree protein arrived I got to work. We did the mojo cooking style and the bourguignon, which is basically hot oil perfect for frying. If you choose the oil option you get tempura batter and tempura flakes. So I collected all of the shrimp from everyone and made us fried shrimp. Then I made juicy tempura battered chicken nuggets. Our server, Chelsea, came over, saw what I was doing, and was amazed. She asked me to explain how I did it and suggested I snap some pics ( so I did!). This broke the ice and made the experience better. I love interacting with my server at Melting Pot, especially since they spend a lot of time stirring cheeses and mixing chocolate blends. The dipping sauces are another part of the experience I love. The remoulade is my absolute favorite. When it came time for chocolate, I did my usual peanut butter s'moreo, which is s'mores with PB and Oreo crumbs added. You can blame my server I had in April of 2021 who taught me I could make my own chocolate flavor. The mix ins for the chocolate also could use some help. I feel like there are definitely better culinary options for some of the mix ins, but overall it's a good experience and everyone should try it at least once! Also, shout out to Chelsea!

Me and my fiancée went here for a Valentine's Day/anniversary dinner. We've been here a couple times before and always enjoyed it, so I wanted to give my take on the place. Our server Jill D. was very nice, personable and professional. She made sure she got back to us in a timely manner, I knew the restaurant was busy so I could understand why it took her a little time. Her co-worker, Nick, also helped out when he was nearby if we needed anything. The service was amazing overall. We ordered the Valentine's special they had at the time, and everything was absolutely delicious. The cheese was amazing and the salads were nice and fresh. You get to pick a broth you want to cook your protein along with your dipping sauces. My fiancée really loves the Green Goddess dipping sauce for her vegetables. Then we were served dark, chocolate, fondue for dessert, and it came with fresh fruit and pastries for dipping. The only thing I could say is, it is a little on the pricey side. But you get 4 courses for the price, and you get to choose what you want for those courses. So it's customizable every time you go. We definitely will come back here again for a nice dinner. If you're looking for a nice fine dining dinner for two or more, I definitely recommend The Melting Pot. It's well worth it.

The place is great, plenty of parking, clean and they sit people quickly. The food was good, and the waitress was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Thank you, Carly! Yes, you cook your food, but that's part of the fun! Would recommend AND I will be coming back.

My husband and I came to the Maple Shade Melting Pot for a date night. It was nice evening to spend time together and who doesn't love dipping food into hot cheese?!? We decided on one of their 4 course options (can't remember what it's called) and a charcuterie board. The 4 course meal was wonderful and included a salad, appetizer, entree and dessert. My husband ordered the Caesar salad and I got the California salad and we decided on the Wisconsin cheddar fondue for apps. For dinner we did the create your own- my husband got the chicken, steak and duck while I chose the filet mignon, shrimp and chicken. For dessert we chose the s'mores. I forgot to get pics of our food, but got one of us Overall it was a great date night and the melting pot is always a good time. I do not recommend the charcuterie board, it was underwhelming. Other than that, we had a great experience and the food was awesome.

We dined on their beautiful patio, amongst flowers, and a very pretty water view and breezes :) The food was stellar! The menu still had what I loved prior - chicken stuffed avocados! They tweaked it a bit - no longer three big halves; but two, plus grapes (ick - not my thing - like eyeballs lol!) and pita bread (no carbs for me at night - I didn't eat). I also had probably THE BEST CAESAR SALAD I've EVER HAD! And wow, have I had a lot of them. They are a standby / go to - you name it - for me. I love them and can tell you where to find the best ones in a heart beat (Sienna's in Voorhees, Fieni's in Voorhees, SALAD HOUSE in Marlton, all Outback's and Carrabba's, and HERE) ! My friend's friend told her that Redstone's corn bread croutons were delicious and a must try. Sooo, we subbed the sourdough garlic croutons with the cornbread ones - no problem at all. HOLY SH****************T were they amazing! What a neat and yummy idea! In the future, I'm going to have the full size versus the starter size that I had last night. Our server, Flower, was a doll - very chill, attentive, and charming. I notice everything, including one of her tattoos (a tiny astrological bull). She was a Taurus too like my birthday friend, which was kind of neat. Cool name too. Redstone is top notch through and through. Even the bathrooms were great - very clean and smelled so damned good. Why in Hades hadn't I been here in 7 years is beyond me!

The beautiful summer planters and inviting outdoor patio created such a nice first impression. We were warmly greeted and seated quickly. Our waitress, Emily, was absolutely wonderful! She greeted us with a beautiful smile and was pleasant, professional, and personable throughout our entire meal. She explained the menu well, shared a few laughs with us, and truly added to our overall experience. And the food--delicious! The crab dip was absolutely amazing. The short ribs were tender and full of flavor, and the grilled pork chop was huge, juicy, and cooked perfectly. Everything we ordered was delightful. Then came dessert! My daughter loves Key lime pie, but I normally do not. Well, Redstone changed my mind! Oh my goodness! The creaminess, buttery flavor, and overall deliciousness of that Key lime pie had us going crazy. I instantly became a Key lime pie fan--it was THAT good! Now for the one CON: the women's restroom. Redstone, your restaurant is beautiful, the food and service are excellent, and our bill for two was over $200, so the restrooms should reflect the same level of quality. Unfortunately, they did not. The glass doors looked like they needed a thorough cleaning, the tile and grout were noticeably dirty, and the toilets were extremely low. Thankfully my knees are good, because getting that low was an experience all by itself! The restroom area could definitely use a deep cleaning and some updating. That being said, our overall dining experience was wonderful, and a BIG shout-out to Emily for making our visit so enjoyable. Great service can truly elevate an evening, and she certainly did that for us. We will definitely return--and yes, I'll be ordering that Key lime pie again!

The Love is better. The space is beautiful, the service is consistently warm, and Stephen Starr's fingerprints are all over it. I love the painted white brick, the floral artwork along the walls, the street-level energy, and the outdoor seating. I also remember taking the elevator upstairs once. I can't remember whether we actually stayed and ate up there or asked to move back downstairs, but the space was charming and extremely private. It would be a great setting for a group dinner or event. Personally, I prefer downstairs. It's darker, livelier, and I like being at street level. The menu historically leaned more heavily into elevated Southern comfort food, which has never been my favorite style of cooking. That's probably why I've tended to prefer The Love for lunch over dinner, especially when Philadelphia has so many Starr restaurants competing for the same night out. I used to get what I remember as a salmon and farro bowl, although the menu appears to have evolved since then. Whatever the exact iteration was, I loved it. Fish and farro are both right in my wheelhouse. I've also enjoyed the kale salad and other lighter dishes. The thing I remember most vividly, though, is the cornbread. It is outrageously good and reason enough to order something for the table. I also give Starr credit for continuing to broaden the range of food styles in his portfolio. Once you've built restaurants across Italian, French, Mexican, English, steakhouses, seafood, and the rest, there are only so many obvious boxes left to check. The Love feels like its own lane: distinctly American, approachable, comfort-driven, and still polished enough to feel like a Starr restaurant. Looking at the menu now, it seems broader than I remember, with more options that appeal to me, and I'd be psyched to go back. The Love probably isn't the first Starr restaurant I'd choose purely based on cuisine, but that says more about the depth of his Philadelphia portfolio than it does about this restaurant. The room, hospitality, location, and execution are all excellent. I'd happily come here any day. Starr doesn't miss.
