Nice place! First I have to start with our server! Brice was our server and he was awesome! Knew his menu and cocktails and made great suggestions, everyone enjoyed ! Started off with apps, flat bread was good, crab dip was fantastic, calamari was average! I had the brisket! Real nice! Good flavor Mac a cheese side was tasty, veg was carrots could have been hotter!

Visiting town for work and came across this spot online and so glad we did! The atmosphere is rustic-chic with an amazing patio that really sets the tone. We started with the beef barley soup, which was fantastic and loaded with generous chunks of filet. For our mains, we ordered the crab cakes and they absolutely delivered; two hefty 4 oz cakes made with pure crab and no filler whatsoever. Truly outstanding. Our server was friendly and fast. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm in town!

I love the Aesthetics of this place they have indoor outdoor seating I believe is two stories if not three. The staff are very courteous and attentive. The food menu I don't know how to word it something's just didn't flow. I ordered the brisket and that was very tasty I'm not a fan of the big carrots on the plates but presentation was good. Now I'm a lover for cheesecake and I ordered cheesecake and was slightly disappointed that I got the lemon cheesecake with the raspberry drizzle but when it came out and look like someone to two fingers and smeared the plate with the raspberry jam very thinly and then put the cheesecake on top so it definitely wasn't a drizzle like they said. I had to ask for extra. But other than that I would definitely come here again mainly for the Aesthetics and the cocktails and I may try it a different item on the list I can say that their food is priced a little high but again the presentation and the amount of food you get is a good amount

Love their gas lights out front.

Hands down the best dining experience near Hershey, PA! Bryce and Milo were our servers in the two visits we had to this place this weekend. Food was exceptional! Farm to table entree items and excellent vegetable selection. The sweetest carrots we have eaten in a restaurant. The restored mill building is exceptionally clean and superbly decorated. A five-star dining experience twice in a row! Eat here and taste the difference! We went back twice for their great food and service - if we come back we'll book reservations immediately upon arrival. Best food in Hershey!

The food was delicious, smoked pork belly, surf & turf & vanilla bean cheesecake. VP was our server and he was on point. Very nice place to eat, love the atmosphere. 19th anniversary dinner. Thank you to all the staff for the note

Best food I've ever had in my life!! I got the brisket with Mac and cheese and carrots and it was amazing!! Pepper bbq is so good!

I had a great time dining here before visiting Hershey Park. The burger was really juicy and was cooked medium, which is exactly what I wanted. The servers were friendly and the interior of the restaurant was great. The location has historical significance so it was really cool to be inside the building.

In house fresh key lime pie will not disappoint.

The food was delicious and our service was excellent. We came here to celebrate a birthday and they let us cut our own cake which was nice.

Fantastic meal at the Mill! Great first night dinner here in Hershey. My daughter absolutely loved her mac cheese and the perfectly seasoned and cooked carrots she had as a side. I had the elderflower spritz..which was well balanced and super refreshing. For my meal I went with the Mill Burger. Nice fresh tomato and lettuce and the bacon was crisp and not at all greasy.

Solid and standard. We weren't left impressed but had a good meal. The Mill will not disappoint, but we left hoping for more. A evening in Hershey with Trans Siberian Orchestra (amazing show!), entered into an after show dinner at The Mill. We were promptly seated with reservation, and greeted by our server/bartender. He kept with our needs, but appeared rushed and was not engaging. Started with calamari and oysters- crisp calamari, no sog, what you'd want from a calamari. The oysters were fresh, not too large or briny. Accompaniments were nothing of interest. Entrees, if I can find a scallop dish that will typically be a choice. There's a few staples that are judge-worthy of a restaurant and believe scallops are one of those types of dishes. Scallops atop a squash puree and balsamic glaze. The scallops were clean, but needed some more sear. The sear would've been key, since sat on a loose puree, to give texture. Flavors were pleasant, on the sweeter side, just needed dimension. However, my husband loved the duck dish. CRUNCHY!!! He ate it like fried chicken, lololol. Fall, hearty flavors of with the crispy duck on stuffing with carrots. There are no complaints with The Mill, it was a good meal and nice atmosphere....just no stand outs.

The Mill is one of my favorite spots in Hershey. The location is beautiful and huge. There is a large outdoor area too. Their cocktails are top notch. But the food. Holy smokes. The food is INCREDIBLE!!!

I worked with Nicole, Event Coordinator, to plan a dinner at The Mill as the finale for our annual board retreat, from start to finish the experience was fantastic. Nicole was a pleasure to work with. We had a party of 25 people, we were in the Swarta Room. Our servers for the evening was Ryan and Amy, they were attentive, friendly and made our evening a true pleasure. The food was fantastic and display for our houderves was beautiful, no details were missed. Everyone raved about the food, the spirits were very reasonably priced and delicious and the desserts were so good I brought it back home with me. The portions were ample, several people from our party packed a to go bag and brought their leftovers back to NJ. Everything about our experience was top notch, I can't wait to visit Hershey again and when I do I will be coming to The Mill again.

A few highlights from my visit: One of the best happy hour values in the area. The Ahi Tuna Nachos are a must-order and one of my favorite items on the menu. Modern, stylish décor that gives the restaurant an upscale feel without being overly formal. Convenient location close to Hersheypark and other nearby attractions. Plenty of parking available. Clean and well-maintained bathrooms. Friendly and attentive servers who help make the experience enjoyable. A few things to note: Televisions are primarily located around the bar area, making it a good option for catching a game while enjoying a drink. The restaurant strikes a nice balance between being lively and comfortable. One of my favorite touches is the Hershey Kiss offered on the way out. It's a small gesture, but a fitting way to end a meal in Hershey and leaves a lasting impression. Overall, Hidden Still Spirits delivers great food, excellent happy hour offerings, friendly service, and a polished atmosphere. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and ordering the Ahi Tuna Nachos.

I thought this was an ideal spot, so off we went. Iberian Lounge is located on the second floor of the hotel, off the fountain lobby across from Trevi 5. The space is kinda large for a lounge - they have a mixture of tables with soft furniture, a couple of couches, and stools at the bar. The decor has a somewhat Spanish theme (hence the name), and it matches the former hotel lobby it sits off of. In addition to the obligatory drinks, the lounge also serves food. We were gonna eat later, though, so we opted to just have the former. I was in Hershey so I wanted to try one of their signature drinks so I went with their Hershey's Kiss Signature Martini. This kinda blew my mind if I'm being honest - the drink was clear like a martini but it tasted so much like a Hershey's Kiss - my mind couldn't comprehend this as i consumed the delicious sips. Service was great, everyone was friendly and our drinks came out promptly. Overall, I had a great experience at Iberian Lounge - the drinks were fun, and the atmosphere was comfortable. This is an ideal place to chill while at Hotel Hershey.

The atmosphere was fun, utilizing retired ride vehicles as booths and playing into the park setting. As expected in Hershey, the menu explored how chocolate can be integrated into a very American menu. I enjoyed the pulled pork grilled cheese: the chocolate barbecue sauce reminded me of a lighter molasses-based sauce so it worked with the barbecue. We had the Ferris Wheel appetizer which was mostly a win, but the items could have shown up on a TGI Friday's menu. The next day, to escape the millions of middle schoolers in the park (I have a whole travelogue brewing for that) we came back because I wanted one of their gigantic milkshakes. The Reese's peanut butter shake was peanut butter to the Nth degree, and it was topped by an entire slice of peanut butter pie. My friend got a stomachache but I love anything peanut butter so this was a win for me. Both times the service was really good. I do favor chocolate as far as candy wise but not too excited when it is on food. So I was very skeptical. Me and my family had a wild day at Hershey Park and I figured we should end the day with a dine. So I chose The Chocolatier. Upon entering, we were greeted and seated immediately without any wait. I loved the fun decoration of The Chocolatier. Our Waitress Ella came 10 minutes after we were seated and took our drinks. I ordered Ferris Wheel Sampler, Shrimp Cocktail, Lobster Taco, Park Breeze, and 3 Cookies and Cream Milkshakes. If you think this is a little bit of food then you are wrong lol. Hubby only wanted the milkshake. And my daughter also only wants the milkshake. The other items are all for me:) Ferris Wheel Sampler looks really cute but I found the appetizers to be very mediocre. Shrimp Cocktail's shrimps are overcooked and extremely chewy. Lobster Taco are mediocre as well. And the Cookies and Cream milkshake are not actually cookies and cream ice cream, it tastes like vanilla ice cream mix with cookies. Will I come back? Maybe, but I won't get these again! My bill is around $167 and I left Ella a $40 tip. For a meal that's over $200, I expect to eat better. Even though The Chocolatier accept Apple Pay, you have to walk with your server to their station in order to pay for it. Payment system is outdated. Unlike The Yard House and other restaurant, you can paid at your table.

This is fantastic both with or without the crostini bread. The menu did say truffle and hot honey glaze however, I only tasted the traditional honey flavor. No heat or truffle flavors. Crab cake - single 8/10 Crab cake was good. I liked the panko crust on it. It was just a hair dry, so it really needed a sauce. However the whole grain mustard "sauce" that it came with was actually just the mustard, it was not a sauce at all- which does not pair well with the crab cake at all in my opinion- It really needed a Remoulade or aioli, just something more on the creamier side rather than straight mustard. The risotto was cooked perfectly for me, it was hard to tell what the flavor was though without reading the menu (it was lemon Parmesan). I didn't understand how the risotto got its reddish-orange color though since neither lemon or Parmesan are that color. The asparagus was cooked perfectly, and was pretty good. Center cut Filet 9/10 Ordered medium, it was cooked perfectly with a warm pink center. The mashed potatoes were super dry, they needed cream or butter or something to make them better and more flavorful. The red wine Demi was pretty good, you could definitely taste the wine and it kinda also tastes like mushrooms in a way. Asparagus again, was cooked perfect. Vanilla bean Crème brûlée 9/10 The custard was amazing- definitely a 10/10. The sugar on top is what brought me down a point because it was just so thick, it really overpowered the custard a little bit, so a thinner caramelized sugar layer would have been perfect. Chocolate Lava cake 8/10 Yummy chocolate cake with a molten lava center, paired perfectly with vanilla ice cream. The "lava" in the center though was not very much, and definitely needed a little more.

I recently visited Chocolate Avenue Grill for a business meeting on a Wednesday evening and was…read moresurprised by how busy it was. Even on a weeknight, the restaurant was adequately packed, so I would strongly recommend making a reservation if you're planning to dine here. A few things to know before you go: Popular restaurant that can be quite busy, even during the work week. Reservations are a good idea, especially during dinner hours. There is a small parking lot surrounding the restaurant, as well as street parking. Both were full when I arrived. There is a free parking garage across the street behind the storefronts, which ended up being the easiest parking option. For drinks, I ordered the Peach Sangria, and it was excellent. Refreshing, flavorful, and not overly sweet, it paired nicely with dinner and was one of the highlights of the meal. For my entrée, I ordered the: Chicken Marsala Sautéed chicken breast with mushrooms in a marsala wine sauce served over house-made linguini or mashed potatoes & asparagus. Unfortunately, this dish didn't quite meet my expectations. The Marsala sauce itself was decent, but by the time the meal arrived, the linguini was somewhat cold. As a result, the noodles had begun to harden and stick together, which affected the overall experience. Considering the price point, I didn't feel the dish offered good value, and it's not something I would order again. That said, the restaurant's popularity, lively atmosphere, and excellent sangria make me interested in returning. I'd be curious to try some of the other menu offerings on a future visit, as there were several dishes that looked appealing. Overall, while my entrée was disappointing, the atmosphere and drink selection were enough that I'd be willing to give Chocolate Avenue Grill another chance.

Revisit for a ...Uhum. B day visit, let's just say not 70, yet OK?…read more4:30 reservations OK not quite 70 but early bird ? Yes. And a $25.00 promotion on going at least takes the pain out of such an upscale meal. Seated immediately, at the Happy Birthday booth. We are not booth fans, but this one was actually comfortable. ( table 51 is recommended in this case) Drinks and water's were quick and impressive, the hickory old fashioned was really good, and strong enough but not overpowering. Spouse liked her Chardonnay ( Proverb ) We went fancy with a goat cheese bruschetta appetizer, very nice, and fresh. Spouse had the Mixed Grill that was shell fish and crab and all the lovely stuff she couldn't share with the Birthday boy. No problem I had the seared ahi tuna dinner with lemon asparagus risotto and baby heritage carrots, not the regular Hawaiian tuna. that is good but I didn't want the mashed potatoes and asparagus this time. Loved the carrots nice and glassed with a happy amount of charing and the risotto was fresh a nice lemon background and asparagus was " 5o the tooth" the only small negative was the tuna had no crust, even though I asked for rare, it was missing . Either not a hot enough pan or planchette not those extra few moments, I don't know. But still excellent. We were cared for by Stephen ( I think ) and team 1, I was offered a desert menu but I had a chocolate cake awaiting me at home, I still received a small sponge cake with whip cream and a delicious strawberry on top, with a candle. Damages were $ 135+ tax ( minus the bday discount) plus tip for the full amount. Well worth the expense , and we will do it again next year, I hope.

I've been to this place numerous times now, and the biggest thing I'll say upfront is: you never…read morereally know what you're walking into on a given night. Consistency is a real concern here. That said, let me break it down. Ambiance: 4/5 Context matters here. In the wintertime, you walk in and it's dark, cozy, and has legitimately good steakhouse vibes. In the summertime though, those vibes basically disappear. So call it a 4.5 in the winter and closer to a 2 in the summer -- we'll average it out to a 4. Still probably one of the better ambiances in the Hershey area, which isn't saying a ton, but credit where it's due. Service: 5/5 No complaints here. Multiple waiters coming around, water always filled, attentive throughout. Great job. Food: 3/5 This is where it gets complicated. The steaks -- they know how to get the cut right and cook it to your requested temperature, I'll give them that. But if you've been to top tier steakhouses, you know this isn't one: the plate is not piping hot, the steak not bursting with flavor, kind of dry, not juicy, not the best crust. The sides deserve some credit though -- the potatoes au gratin and asparagus are pretty solid. However, I ordered the red snapper, which came with mushrooms and a puree, and the sides were so small you could barely see them under the fish. The fish itself was cooked well, though I personally like my fish with some kind of juicy base. That may just be the style here. Overall: 3/5 Look, Devon is the best steakhouse Hershey has to offer -- but you have to keep that context in mind. If you're holding it to a high steakhouse standard, it's going to fall short. Consistency is the biggest issue. Some nights are better than others, and at these prices, that's not acceptable. Go in with the right expectations and you'll have a fine time. Go in expecting a top tier steakhouse experience and you'll leave disappointed.

There are two of these in the area, we weren't quite sure which one to hit, so we opted for the one closer to our hotel in Hershey. We arrived just as they were opening at 11:00 am for lunch. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the bartender and the server. They were the only two working up front, but it was fine; our entire time there, only one other table came in (this was on a Friday). The inside was nice, and we were seated by a fire. The only gripe I have is that the chairs seemed to be the wrong size/height for the tables. But other than that, the place looked good. My wife ordered a beer flight with an assortment of sours and a wheat. I went for the Annville IPA Bold Cask. It was a really, really good beer. Smooth, fully-bodied, and with a good amount of hops. Plus, it's 9.8%, so if you ask me, that's a great way to start off a lunch! The beer flight was decent, but more my wife's thing. Now onto the food. There were a lot of great choices, and we were starving, so of course, everything looked good. We always order for our six-year-old first so they can eat while we relax. We ordered him the hot dog and tots. For our apps, we ordered the Tator Tot Nachos: house cheese sauce, fresh pico, scallions, jalapenos, cilantro lime sour cream, and chicken. And also the smoked wings with hot sauce. I'm always a fan of tator tots, maybe it's because I never had them as a kid, or they really are that good. But these were perfect on a cold day in central PA when you're hungry. The right amount of salt on the tots, crispy exterior and creamy inside, plus the toppings (I love fresh jalapeño). The wings were okay, but this was to be expected. They're smoked, and as much as I love smoked food, you never get the skin crispy (especially on wings). They had a slight smoke flavor and a good sauce, but I'm a "well done" wing guy, so these I would pass on next time. By the time we were going to order lunch, my wife realized she was already full, and we still had a decent amount of food left. So she just picked at the appetizers. I was getting there myself, but I wanted to try a burger. I ordered the Pub Burger: 8 oz, Cooper Sharp, red pepper-bacon jam, dill pickle aioli, lettuce, brioche, and fries (because who can resist more fried potatoes). It came out perfectly medium rare as I ordered and seasoned well. I was apprehensive about the red pepper-bacon jam; I'm not a fan of sweet, but in this case, it worked. It was a great burger (although I only ate a quarter of it). The service was good, and she was very personable and polite. But one thing that was strange. She was on the phone almost the entire time we were there with whom she said was the owner (or maybe a manager). We heard her discussing the reservations and large parties coming in. This was a long call, and while I know there wasn't a lot going on in the restaurant, we felt at times we needed something, and she was busy talking. I'm not blaming her; if it were the owner or manager, they should certainly know better and keep it short. But when she was there, she was great. All in all, a great recommendation from a friend that we are happy we stopped to try. We will be back again, maybe sooner than our annual trip to Hershey!
