    Tres leches
    Katelyn B.

The moonstone was wonderful and delicious. We both got the Beria nachos and they were great. We also got the tres leches for dessert. For the portion size the nachos were big enough that I couldn't finish them, but my husband was able to finish his plate. There are only a few options on the menu. It is mostly drinks which we did not get. The service was super speedy and fast. They were super kind and friendly and on top of that it was the cutest little restaurant you've ever seen I love the skyline view so pretty definitely recommend I will be going back.

5 stars for the service and the drink! Bar and inside is cool. Taylor was a great bar tender. Ordered the Tugatini and was not disappointed. I typically don't like citrus forward drinks but this had a nice balance to it and it really did taste like a key lime pie dessert. Outside is cool too but the glass needs to be cleaned. It's quite dirty/smugger which takes away from it being an awesome rooftop when you're siting down and all you see is a dirty sheet of glass. Would definitely come back here if I'm staying at the graduate!

Loved this drink but can't remember what it is called.

Great place to dine/ drinks while enjoying the views of the city. Our waitress was super attentive and provided us with great service

It was definitely a scenic spot. It's located atop the Graduate Hotel in downtown Tucson. Moonstone has a gorgeous view of the city. It's a perfect spot to catch the sunset with a cocktail in hand! The ambiance is beautiful at night still because the restaurant has cozy lounge areas and fire pits that help keep you warm. We arrived around 6:30pm and the sun was already completely gone so I do recommend you come around 3-4 to make sure you watch the sunset. The drinks, however, are fantastic, and I'd highly recommend visiting for a drink rather than a full meal. The customer service was exceptional; we were seated right away, and the space was beautiful and clean. Parking can be a bit tricky, with street parking a little further away. Once inside the hotel, simply take a right to the elevator, press "RT," and it will take you straight up to the rooftop. With two TVs to catch the game and a laid-back atmosphere, Moonstone is a great spot for drinks and casual lounging. It's also ideal for hanging out with friends or enjoying a relaxed evening in Tucson.

Loved this place. This restaurant is inside a hotel called the graduate downtown Tucson. We went to the rooftop bar and it has the best view ever got there at sunset so it was perfect. Our waitress was the best the entire staff actually were extremely nice and the food well this stole the show the birria tacos were amazing. And they loaded them with birria the wings were good too but the nachos stole the show. We had a few drinks and too notch too their old fashioned was smooth definitely a place to celebrate something or someone.

Great spot in town to grab a drink and app! The Moonstone has the best view of the sunset and lots of great seating. My go-to before stoping by the bars on University blvd or for a catch-up with my friends.

Pretty cool for a hotel bar ... combined with a rooftop pool I mean ... for Tucson this is great.

Such a great bar/grill on top of the Graduate Hotel. A simple, but nice menu. Great views. Indoor/outdoor seating. TV's for big games. Taylor was our bartender. She is super friendly and attentive. A really nice space.

The Moonstone is located on the rooftop of The Graduate Hotel. The main reason to visit this bar is for the amazing views and mountain scenery! This is an excellent spot for after work cocktails or pre-dinner drinks. As soon as we walked in we were seated and our drinks came out right away. Cocktail prices range from $14-$17 each, so they are a bit on the higher side compared to other bars in town. I enjoyed the Hibiscus Mezcalita, which had a smoky flavor. I also tried the Cactus Water, but did not enjoy that drink as much. They have tons of different seating arrangements from equipale chairs, couches, hanging swing chairs, a bar area, and a really nice outdoor area with fire-pit tables. They do have a limited selection of food items, however I did not try any this visit. A couple of disclaimers to note, the tables were not super clean during my visit. They also did not provide drink coasters or napkins. Lastly, parking can be a little tricky and often requires meter parking nearby. Again, the views still make this a place to visit.

Rooftop bar in Downtown Tucson? Yes sir! Really chill vibe...especially for a Saturday afternoon with all the students getting on campus to start the year. Great food. Had the shrimp ceviche and street tacos. Great seating inside at the bar or cool seating out on the deck that we couldn't enjoy today but if we come back down in the fall with definitely do sitting on the deck.

Came for a view of the sunset along with drinks, The Moonstone did not dissapoint and was recommended by a local friend We ordered a couple of cocktails and they were all tasty and refreshing, and considering it's a rooftop bar, not overly priced which is appreciated

    Food with the view!

I had only been here for some yoga classes and finally got to really enjoy this place! First of all, you can't beat the view! You pretty much have 360 (almost) view of Tucson and who wouldn't like to watch the sunset from here!!??! Service was excellent. Our server was very attentive and super friendly. They have amazing drinks!! I would love to try all of their special cocktails one day! I tried their Gila Monster cocktail and it was so refreshing!! Food is pretty good as well!

I haven't tried any of their cocktails yet, but some of them sounded amazing - especially the salty snack. Cocktail bars in Tucson, we need more savory and salty cocktails! I will definitely be trying it next time I go. As for the food, it was good. We started with the grilled artichoke with aioli, and that was awesome. The aioli was fresh and slightly garlicky. For my entree, I had the fish and chips, which seems to be one of the most popular items here. The fish was haddock, not your typical cod, and it was juicy with a good fry. No complaints, except that the batter could have been a little thinner. I was disappointed by the fries, though. They were a bit limp, not really crispy at all, and lacked flavor. For a dish called fish and chips, I'd hope the chips would be just as good as the fish, so that was definitely a letdown. The star of the show for me, however, was somehow the COLESLAW - it was amazing! Perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and a bit savory, not too heavy on the mayo, and they use cilantro in it (?!?!) -- which I've never seen done before, but it was actually so good. The herbaceous flavor of the cilantro complimented the coleslaw perfectly. Next time I make coleslaw myself, I'm taking a page out of their book and adding cilantro. I also had an oyster. It was very fresh, briny, and slightly sweet, all of the things you look for in a good oyster. I enjoyed the mignonette and the fresh horseradish that came with it as well. I only ordered one, but it was honestly pretty small. I know that smaller is usually better in the oyster world, but this was about the size of a half dollar. Hopefully they source some slightly bigger ones in the future. Overall, I'm appreciative of the concept and another spot in town trying to serve interesting cocktails, oysters, and entrees, but hoping quality will improve in a few areas. I will be back!

Outside seating was our preferred option on both days as the weather and tree with stringlighting decor set the tone. The staff were very attentive. The menu was pretty easy with a great selection of meal options but not excessive. This gave way to the chefs/cooks being able to serve up meals with precision, taste and presentation. First night dining- We chose cocktails Thai Grapefruit Martini and Fig and Ginger mule. These were made with perfection. We also ordered an Italian Espressotini. We decided on crispy calamari, greek salad, short rib ravioli. The service and food was so good we went a second night following. Second night dining We decided for drinks watermelon Spritz that was rimmed with a slice of watermelon and an unsweetened icetea. Meals were crispy calamari, short rib ravioli and Bolognese. Yet again the drinks and food were prepared to perfection. The food was light and very flavorful. The experience and food was so good that this will be the measure for dining in the future.

The tendy was huge and crunchy and served with a side of ranch and cowpig sauce. I also enjoyed the "jams" they were playing. It was some old school 80's and 90's hip hop and R&B bangers. The grilled chicken sandwich is my go-to and it's good every time. We both usually get one, and a lot of the time we'll add buffalo wings, which are some of our favorites in Tucson. Good flavor, good texture, and always reliable. If anything, the wings could always use a little more sauce, but they're still one of the better orders on the menu. The only real issue, and it happens pretty often, is the service speed. Everyone there is friendly, but the place always feels understaffed, especially when it's busy. We've had multiple times sitting outside in the Arizona heat where it takes 15-20 minutes just to get water to the table, and you start wondering if you should go up to the bar yourself to get things moving.
