It was a little bland and lacked the right amount of filling for a triple layered sandwich. Not worth it. The vada pav stole the show. The patty was so yummy and well cooked. They rub the bun with gun powder and that made it extra special. The chole chaat was authentic and was a perfect blend of spices. The chole was well cooked. The important part of this review should be the price I paid for the entire order. It was just $22 and they do charge like a food-truck instead of restaurant prices! It was also drizzled with a delicious chipotle sauce. Fantastic stuff. Both tamales had very nice and tender masa that wasn't dry, and the fillings tasted very homey and familiar. The pastor tacos might be the best thing here, the meat is seasoned really well and cooked perfectly. Pork can get dry if not cooked right but these tacos were flavorful and succulent. Now that I live down south I've really started to enjoy the robust food truck scene down here, and I have to say that this has gotta be up there for some of the tastiest tacos/truck eats I've had.
