What stands out the most in my dire need was they were there to help, displaying professionalism and efficiency throughout the process. Felipe, who runs the company, was incredibly accommodating and understanding of my needs. He ensured that every aspect of the move was taken care of, relieving much of the stress that comes with relocating. Angel, who assisted with the move, was a true gem. The furniture was only a small dresser, a small TV, 8 pieces of artwork, and 6 boxes. The moving squad was willing to work with me and actually saved me well over $100. They were fast, friendly, and showed up right on time. They packaged and padded everything and got my dad moved in record time. And the move was on a Saturday. However, some of my furniture was damaged. My dining room table, which isn't cheap and our entertainment center, shelf and painting. On top of that, I didn't notice until they were gone that they had emptied one of the boxes in my closet and everything was thrown. Their cash price was the lowest that I found, so I decided to book them for the job. They sent two movers, Pacha and Sheiban, and they hustled the whole time to get the job done. They carefully wrapped delicate items like the TV, and mirrors in bubble wrap, and made sure that other items, such as the couch, were properly wrapped with cling wrap so they wouldn't get dirty on the move. when it came to unloading, they helped make sure everything was in the appropriate room. He started by telling me he needed to pack the TV in boxes and would charge me extra. Which I replied to by telling him he can cover with a blanket and Saran Wrap, which he ended up doing. But not after arguing. I called my fiancé to come speak to them as I felt uncomfortable, my fiancé asked him about his attitude and comments, and he quickly retracted, saying he only gets paid $20 per hour. Why is this my business when I'm getting charged $85/hr? My fiancé then asked if he had any issues with the move that we could just cancel all together. Elmurod never replied, but they proceeded with the move. During the six hours they were there, Elmurod was constantly on his phone. They eventually called a third person to help them move. However, upon arriving at our new house, Elmurod said he couldn't move our couch upstairs, it had the same layout as our previous home. We asked Elmurod and the extra mover to try and move the couch, and the other guys said they would. Not only did Elmurod demanded us to pay each man a $50 tip, but he also wanted to be paid upfront, even though they hadn't completed the job. We asked Elmurod to please work on the couch as the final item to be moved. To our surprise, while we waited for them, they simply left and let our couch in the garage and other furniture with our door open. As well as a bunch of packing trash behind. When I contacted their manager I been getting the run around, I shared photos of damaged furniture and shared the additional $190 I had to pay to get our couch moved upstairs. Still no reply and no resolution. I will be filling a claim. Furthermore, our dining table and chair got damaged during the move, even though you pay additional for their insurance they won't honor it. They contacted me and refused to provide a refund for additional movers to complete the move of the left over furniture and also stated they wouldn't provide any money back due to me leaving a negative review.

If I don't count the gouges in the door frames, the damaged plants, the scratches in the floor, the…read morebroken furniture legs, the dirty handprints on the freshly painted walls, the unpacking that looked like the work of a meth addict, I would say everything was perfect. I wasn't going to mention this, because the owner gave me a refund on part of the charges, but now that the owner has called me a liar, all deals are off. Without asking my permission, one of their workers used my toilet and clogged it with poop and they just walked away from it. I couldn't get a plumber for three days so that man's poop stayed in my toilet for three days offgassing into my bathroom. Coronavirus is highly transmissible through feces but they don't care about their clients enough to train their workers in common manners. When the owner called me a liar, that was the icing on the cake. He doesn't mention what would prompt me to waste my time by making a false review for a company I know nothing about iand I've never dealt with. I guess it is too much to ask him to stand up like a man and admit his faults. My crew was headed by Chris and here are pictures that shame the owner.
