I was a little skeptical because of some of the reviews, but I'm so glad I gave this place a try! The food was actually really good and the dim, intimate atmosphere makes it such a cute date-night spot. The blonde host was so sweet and accommodating, and the manager Yuri was an absolute queen she really knows how to work a room and make everyone feel taken care of. The music was such a nice touch, although it can be a little hard to fully enjoy over all the chatter. The photobooth is so chic and cute too! Overall, such a good intimate vibe and I would definitely come again.

"Manager" Rory was rude, there was drama with another guest and he chose to kick our group out despite us being polite and expressing our side of the story but letting her stay. Refused to let us stay but let the girl who caused the problem stay....very unprofessional and rude. Our first time at the bar and very disappointed and had a bad experience. Treated my friends and I horribly then followed us to a nearby bar to "apologize". Staff is rude and I would not come here again don't waste your breath on a these people they won't even begin to hear your side of the the story. Girl in the photo was not the one causing issues she was addressing the issues.

What a moody vibe this restaurant gives off when you walk in. Give your eyes a moment to settle cause it is very dark in here, so much so our waitress placed a little reading light on our table. The decor of this place lends itself to classic Hollywood era booths and tables, and gold accents, really stylish for a date night or a night out. The food itself, we found to be very acceptable... we enjoyed everything. From the Calamari, to Rigatoni Bolognese pasta, to the Chicken Palliard, everything was solid. The Rigatoni Bolognese in particular was really good here. Looking forward to coming back to try their other pastas and pizzas.

Sad! nowhere does it say on their website that there's a dress code. I had reservations with 3 friends , one in from New York City to finally spend some time together and enjoy a nice dinner. I was so looking forward to experiencing this place. I had no idea that, although I was wearing a collared shirt, jacket and new Ralph Lauren shoes, I would be turned away for wearing nice shorts.. It's a great vibe but honestly, it is so dark, no one would even know that I wasn't wearing full length pants. I just left and told my friends to enjoy dinner but definitely a sad situation. So much for being called " The Nice Guy " !! My friends called afterwards and said others arrived in shorts and were given the opportunity to go out on the patio. That was never offered to me !!!

My girlfriend and I came on a Monday for their Martini Meal Monday ($30 for the meal, $10 martinis), and honestly... such a fun deal. We made a 6:30 PM reservation right when they opened at 6, and although it started off pretty empty, it filled up fast. Our waiter, Luther, was great attentive, quick to fix things, and super on top of service the entire time. For drinks, she ordered the lychee martini and I got the espresso martini. The lychee tasted almost like lemonade (so smooth it made me question if there was alcohol ), but the espresso martini? 10/10, absolutely recommend. Food-wise, it was a mix of hits and misses. The Nice Guy burger was definitely the star of the show so good. There was a small mix-up with my fries (I upgraded to truffle fries but initially got regular), but once I mentioned it, Luther fixed it right away, no issues there. The one dish I wouldn't order again is the rigatoni vodka. It came out pretty undercooked (a bit too al dente), so we sent it back, but even after that it was still on the harder side. The sauce itself had good flavor, but the shrimp were really small, and overall it just didn't hit for me. That said, the overall experience was still really solid. The ambiance is super aesthetic, cozy, and perfect for a cute night out. It does get pretty loud once it fills up, but it's manageable. Service-wise, there's a lot of teamwork runners, refills, everything moving quickly..which I appreciated. Parking is mostly street parking, sometimes you'll find a spot, but be prepared to pay just in case. I also rolled the dice on doubles and ended up getting a free martini meal, which made the whole experience even better. Also forgot to mention there is live entertainment which was a $4 fee. Overall, I'd definitely come back, just with a more selective eye on what I order next time. 10/10 for the deal, drinks, and vibes..food is a bit hit or miss.

if i can rate it 0 stars I WOULD! Don't come here if you dont like being treated like peasants, unfair and disrespected. Completely unacceptable experience with Rory. I was there with a group of my friends, and we were simply waiting in line to use the bathroom. Another woman tried to cut in front of us, and when one of my friends said "ma'am" to get her attention because she wasn't responding, the situation escalated. Rory then threatened to involve security against ME AND MY FRIENDS, even though we were the ones already waiting in line. Based on how he treated us compared to the other woman, his behavior felt RACIST, BIASED, AND DISCRIMINATORY. I honestly left the situation feeling angry and disrespected. I HATE HOW RORY HANDLED THE ENTIRE SITUATION AND HOW HE TREATED US. We were paying customers and deserved basic respect. I also have a photo of Rory from the incident. Management seriously needs to look into what happened. He's a horrible person and i would not recommend to be here if he is here i have a whole video of them screaming at me and my friends just being horrible, disgusting, racist and just plain out rude. ALSO THE STAFF WAS SUPPORTING THIS!!! telling the girl "hahah tell them you know the manager next time" like hellooo??? he just came to another bar and try to apologize to us so insincere. *also the girl in this picture is not the girl who was cutting us in line she was actually super nice*

One of my favorite restaurants to dine with my friends. I recommend to book a reservation with time as it is a very popular location. The food and the drinks are amazing. The service is the best.

Drinks & food were good, service was fine. Overall middle ground experience- nothing was amazing and nothing was absolutely terrible. While at the bar, my partner asked the bartender to choose any drink from the menu for him, he then proceeded to make him the same drink I ordered. It seemed a bit lazy. We obviously wanted to try different things and he chose to take the easier route which was very off putting. We were sat 45 mins after our reservation time directly behind the host stand at a table that was obviously the worst in the house. We wouldn't complain however we were celebrating an anniversary and are Chase Reserve Members so I just expected a normal table for the occasion. I'd suggest coming here for drinks with friends opposed to a nice date night but overall fine!

First time visiting this restaurant and we had a perfect dinner date! Inside was kinda dark for us so we asked for patio which worked out perfectly. Our server Leah was so nice and her recommendations were awesome! The steak was sooo good. Honestly tasted better than ones I had in NY lol so soft & super filling! The cherry tomatoes were next level. Wish they had this as sides lol we complimented how good the food was chef Nick came out to say thank you! Had such a great time :)

I personally don't see the hype. The chicken parm was soggy, soggy breaded chicken under a blanket of cheese. The spaghetti was decent. The cheesy garlic bread came out cold. The rigatoni was the best item we got honestly, if I ever did return I would only get that. Our server was OK. We were seated in the outside patio in the back of the restaurant so couldn't say much about the ambiance.

8pm reservations for a birthday. $500 for a table of 4 people, no alcohol. Mediocrity was the goal of the service staff. The dudes in vests and bow ties were on it. But our waiter missed the mark multiple times. Steaks were not cooked to correct requested temps. Table was beyond too dark, asked for a second candle and just before we were done eating we were brought an amber colored light so we could see. Kinda funny. Biggest issue was just how salty our meal was. The eggplant parm had so much salt i could not eat it. Almost burned and was bitter. The same issue with the burger just too salty. Yukon potatoes, no flavor. Kale salad, too tough. Brussels sprouts, nothing special But, Fried mozzarella was very good. Truffle fries, good. Pistachio panacotta and the bread pudding, so great! Overall, every person at the table was disappointed. Not a $500 meal. Thanks One star is for the environment, pretty people. One for the desserts and fried mozzarella. They even knew we were celebrating a birthday but didn't put a candle on a dessert. Hah

I went once this past weekend for Martini Monday and have been recommending it to everyone I know already lol. This is a top place for a girls' night / girl dinner lol, or in my case my man actually brought me here and it felt like such an intimate and romantic date night. They have a special menu on Mondays featuring their famous martinis, and they had 5 to choose from. I ordered the lychee martini with my meal and decided to order an espresso martini with tequila as my dessert lol. Their menu for dinner is literally perfection; it comes with an entrée, appetizer, and martini for $30! Which is insane because living in LA you realize that drinks often go up to pretty much that price - for just the cocktail. There are three different options you can pick from, and I picked the one that includes a Caesar salad (so flavorful but not heavy - honestly I loved it), a caviar bump, and a side of garlic fries. It was called "girl dinner" and was literally that--everything I could ever crave for dinner. My boyfriend got the entrée that came with a delicious savory burger and fries like mine, and also paired it with a lychee martini. We were so content with the food, and to top it off the ambiance gave Frank Sinatra fall vibes. There was a live performer that played jazz and classic music, the lighting is moody and the seating is very comfortable. I'm 100% coming back very soon! I would give it a 6/5 stars if I could.

The Nice Guy was such a great experience. The aesthetic is awesome and the whole place has a really cool vibe. The garlic bread was delicious, and the pasta was amazing too. Everything felt like the perfect mix of great food and atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

You should be fine on Saturday. Music I am not sure. The ambiance is very modern and trendy. I'm sure you'll be fine with a large party and not I don't think you can dance.

It's a bit pricey with drinks ranging from $22-$26, but that's to be expected in Weho and especially on Sunset Boulevard. Just something to keep in mind. The crowd was also so nice! We made friends with the couple sitting next to us and watched the end of the NBA finals together on one of their phones. I also met some nice girls in the bathroom and we had a long conversation about the best clothes to pack for a trip to Europe. Everyone was there to have a good time and it showed!

The service was impeccable--everyone was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel special. We had to get the Michelada Oysters again because I had been craving them since our last visit. They were just as amazing as I remembered--fresh, perfectly seasoned, and seriously addicting. For Dine LA, I started with the Tostada Campechana, which was like an elevated ceviche with scallops, tuna, yellowtail, avocado, and a citrus sesame sauce. Everything tasted super fresh and the citrus gave it the perfect balance. The Bone Marrow Mole was rich, flavorful, and came with a generous portion and toast. For my main course, I had the skirt steak, which was cooked perfectly--tender, well-seasoned, and delicious with the green sauce. The homemade tortillas were amazing too. We ended with the Dulce de Leche Panna Cotta, and it was the perfect finish--creamy, smooth, not overly sweet, and so good we practically cleaned the plate. Amazing food, great portions, beautiful atmosphere, and excellent service. Ka'teen definitely delivered. I would absolutely come back again.

The service was pretty solid but did fall off towards the end. The oxtail was fall off the bone and cooked to perfection. We left no crumbs (with the exception of tres leches - wasn't a fan). The live DJ on industry Sunday night set the vibe as you grab an espresso martini or beer as an intimate group also enjoys small bites and cocktails around you. It's definitely dim lights, enjoyable location. I would however stay away from anything other than a snack from this location. We grabbed the steak and fries, unfortunately, the title of Wagyu is lacking. The steak itself is very tough, and the gravy that was on top was not particularly enjoyable. I did enjoy the fries though so I will say a nice crispy fry with a little bit of greenery on top was decent. Along with the Wagyu lacking, the steak tartar was also not a good idea. Maybe it was just an off night to have steak at this location, but I would definitely be weary of ordering. Even though the food was lacking it in a major way. The staff was not, the cocktails were wonderful, and every single person can work. There was over the talk, friendly and nice.

This has been an LA spot for decades... literally!…read more I have been here several times over the years and what I appreciate is that this place knows how to evolve with the times, from originally opening up as the place to go to on the strip when I was in college to a networking spot when I was in business school and even to 2025 where they now have a fun and festive Mariah Carey Holiday Bar for the holidays. Drinks and food are what you expect in LA. expensive. But service from bartenders is fast (once you can get in!) and they are friendly. Valet at the hotel or several lots in the area. Vibes and layout was MC all the way. The pre purchase ticket came with the option of only two drinks which I wish the whole cocktail menu was available. Otherwise the cocktails were okay, nothing amazing and definitely not worth the price. There was also limited seating-- I wish they provided more seating options to the tickets sold. The karaoke booth was also a great idea but the music in the head phones was different than what was playing in the actual booth so made it confusing. Also the $9.99 price for two songs was definitely a money grab and didn't understand the booth so we lost out on one song. Overall, fun idea but could have been better.
