Very good food and service. We would definitely eat here again. Very large portions for the price.

The server was good but the food was horrible. I ordered an egg white omelet well done and it came out twice really runny. The pancakes were half cooked and the potatoes were not cooked thoroughly. It is to bad because I came to this restaurant last year and it was awesome. The quality of the food has definitely gone down and you would have thought the manager would have come over but nope! All she did was just site across the room and just look at me! I will not be returning

Service was slow (they forgot about me) waited at least 20 mins b4 I even was asked for drinks. I had to ask for service. Unfortunately the food that usually is great was underwhelming this time. I'd give it another try maybe it was an off day.

Great food, ambiance, and service. Loved the easy online waitlist check in. The seasonal pumpkin spice pancakes and side of bacon were especially good. Great pre game fuel!

The avocado toast was bad. The toast was soggy. The avocado was over ripe. The tomato had better days.

Tried this on President's Day for brunch and I have mixed feelings about the experience. We went into the restaurant - which if you haven't been here since it was Luigi's it looks totally different now - and we waited at the host stand for a solid 15-20 minutes before someone was able to help. Their systems were down and thus they were only able to accept cash or the QR code thing to pay. After finally getting seated the BEST waitress helped us. She was seriously so much fun and had the best sense of humor when talking to our table. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed (yummy!). I also ordered the senior plate - bacon (perfectly crispy), egg (2/10) and blueberry pancakes (one of the three was severely undercooked so I didn't eat it, but the other two were perfect and delicious!). Overall this was a great experience. If the scene when getting to the host stand is different in the future and their systems are up this will be a solid five stars. Three stars for this visit. I'll be back, though!

Who comes to this place and doesn't order the pancakes, this guy. I had the smothered breakfast burrito, and it was excellent. The verde chile sauce was tasty, I'm sucker for good breakfast burrito. Dylan waited on me and he was awesome, gave me the waiter's thumbs up for my order. He wasn't wrong the breakfast burrito was perfect. He was quick with water refills. It's great spot for breakfast, walking distance from the hotels. ***Flight Attendant approved***

This place was good. Nothing special Or out of the ordinary, just good food with reasonable prices. Good portions and staff was great. Was busying at Gonzaga and stopped here before our flights home. Kept me full so I didn't have spend outrageous money on airport food. Absolutely will go back!

Veggie omelet was very good: fluffy, beautifully baked edges, crunchy sweet peppers. Dark Spokane coffee. Excellent staff!

Food was below average, really slow service. I don't know if it was me but the pancakes gave off a stale beer smell.

Worst customer service ever. Hostess rudely told me to hold on when I kindly asked her for a box to go. Never going back again.

There is a $25 breakfast buffet that is QUALITY and well worth the price for an adult. That is what my husband got, it has scrambled eggs with cheese, juicy sausages, crispy bacon, fruit and a variety of drinks. I opted for their signature riverwalk omlelet and tge sauce was incredible. It was $18 and portion sizes made it make sense. Side note the jam for the toast was also amazing. Our waitress Krystal was super attentive and even had a fresh side of potatoes made for me instead of just grabbing from the buffet. There is also seating right outside the restaurant in the hallway of the hotel for if you bring your dog. All in all id say its a good bfast spot even if you aren't staying at the hotel

The food was some of the best hotel breakfast we've had and we've been to many hotels. Very surprised it's in Spokane. The potato wedges were so moist and flavorful ketchup ruined them. The eggs Benedict were so addictive we ordered those daily. The lox was made from smoked salmon which made it safe for everyone. Side of fruit was ultra fresh. Food is simple but delicious.

The quality of ingredients tasted really fresh and thoughtful, and they have a surprisingly wide variety of nutritious options. But the highlight was their baked goods, 100% gluten free at a very reasonable price for the portion and quality. This place is inside Saranac Commons, very pretty and is a good place to slow down for lunch or coffee. Staff were kind, attentive, and happy to answer questions about the menu. Definitely a place I'd come back to whenever I'm in Spokane.

This visit we had the Meat & Cheese Omelette, Veggie Omelette, Peg's Buttermilk Hotcakes, Original Aebleskivers, beignet bites and the blueberry-topped cinnamon roll. We told the server it tasted burnt & old so she offered to make a fresh pot. It was just as bad, when she asked we said it was still really yucky and she said that a lot of people don't care for it. I ordered the tamale waffle. The beef was great, eggs were a bit overcooked but no biggie, the waffle was really hard and dry. It needs some sort of crema sauce or something. It wasn't horrible by any stretch but it wasn't great either. My mom got the veggie breakfast burrito and she liked the veggies though it was bland, felt like it could have had more sour cream & cheese. It was massive and came with a side. The added 16% service fee is some real BS. It says on the receipt that it's split between the server & the kitchen staff. Call me old fashioned but I thought it was on the restaurant to pay their staff a living wage. At $18 a breakfast plate & $4 for drip coffee you should be able to pay your staff. And then we're supposed to tip on top of that? Nope.
