Lots of food options and the food was really good. Took a little extra time but we were prepared to wait. Defiantly will return. Heard from the kitchen......Hey! Got three orders here, one wants over easy, the other over medium and one wants over hard. Does anyone know what they mean and how to cook em? I can do pancakes but these requests for eggs baffles me. Waitress, these eggs are soupy, They're supposed to be medium, snippy reply...........you have to ask for medium well, or medium hard, if you don't ask correctly this is what you get! Went on Mother's Day around 930 there was 10 people ahead of us so wait time was about 30 min and it was ok it was nice the sun was out and the wind was perfect. Customer service was excellent. Lots of seating nice big booths. I went out of my comfort zone and ordered things I never would order I tried the Dutch baby and wow so delicious maybe next time I'll get fruit on the side to add to it. I got garden fresh Benedict best thing ever I mean ever it was delicious. It was nice to also order a pitcher of orange juice it was nice and sweet. My fiancé got country fry steak and pancakes on the side. She said that's the best she has ever had and that says a lot since that's the thing she always orders will be back maybe have some pancakes but will be back for the same food lol. A group of us placed an 3 small orders to go at 9:50am & the pick up time was 10:20. We arrived at about 1015am. For 2 of the orders it said it would take an additional 20mins & we got the food about 30mins after that. The last order we asked the lady about 3x what was taking so long. After an hour of waiting inside & asking she said they accidentally gave away the order to the wrong person) while we were there) & would have to remake it. We asked for any type of compensation & the lady acted like she was offended we would even ask for such a thing after we had been sitting there for an hour. They remade the order & we were now in a rush to catch our flight so we didn't check the bag. They gave pancakes instead of French toast & NO syrup to eat it with. In another order we added potatoes to the bfast burritos & got charged extra & they didn't add the potatoes & it was very watery just with eggs & meat, why was it watery? Food was great and so was the service. We first went to one in Kennewick. The one in Spokane is just as good.

Food was below average, really slow service. I don't know if it was me but the pancakes gave off a stale beer smell.

Worst customer service ever. Hostess rudely told me to hold on when I kindly asked her for a box to go. Never going back again.

FIRST OFF: NOT WORTH THE PRICE BY A LONG SHOT: Had amazing service, checked on us a little too often lol. food was really good, my breakfast plate came with pancakes and i was super pumped to try them but they tasted like rotting fruit, like it was zesty. totally shocked me i thought they would've been the best..oh well maybe just not for me. no problem.the place was playing classical piano music which was absolutely crazy for a breakfast place haha. i won't be come back unless i have to, id only recommend if they had some extra cash on them. This is establishment is on the very good end of the spectrum. Wait staff is awesome and on the spot. Closed for the next three days (4/22-24) for maintenance to keep those pancakes at the best! Inside is nice, have to go check it out after the maintenance is complete. read more

the portions are tiny, food is incredibly bland. the prices are pretty steep ( i understand inflation but for what you receive it's terrible ) a side of salsa is $3.50 for a small side. and don't get the chicken fried steak unless you want it the size of a mcdonald hamburger. i'm not one to complain but it just had to be said. the waitress was ok but not very attentive. read more

We waited for 45 minutes for our breakfast and the restaurant was only half full. When the food finally arrived my husband's food was inedible, with scrambled eggs that were so runny they looked like soup. Our server did not even acknowledge that my husband hadn't touched his food or ask us at anytime how our food tasted and then slipped the bill into the table quickly. We had some people with food allergies and the server laughed at our faces when she heard, she also wouldn't let another one of the people in our group order some bacon instead of toast in their order. Disappointed for sure. First time was gross. Decided to try again. Waffles are not homemade. They are frozen and rock hard. Pancakes and waffles are not flavored. They just add a flavored syrup. Eggs are gross and the food cold. Half the order came out and then 29 minutes bites later the rest of it. Service was horrible. It's almost like they have never served anyone. Was seated at bar in good time, but they have you scan & order from your phone! Went through the order process including putting in all my credit card information & when I downloaded it, it cleared out the order in my cart! I thought the order had gone through! No idea how this place is so hyped up or has the reputation it has. Service was okay but what was confusing; we had 6 different people bringing us things and small things were continually forgotten because of that. But my main complaint is the most important which was food. I ordered the Benedict twice and each time was stone cold. The server mentioned the complaint happens very often so it wasn't a one off occurrence. My usual go to is crimson hearth in the valley that place is great warm vibe and amazing quality all the food.
