    Prime rib dinner
    Cassie D.

Made reservations on a Saturday night without any problem and got greeted and sat right away when we got there. Our waitress was very friendly and service was quick. We ordered the prime rib with a loaded baked potato and a cesar salad and we did not have to wait long for it to come out . It was delicious! Great atmosphere and great food ... highly recommend The Palace for a good time and a nostalgic atmosphere.

We have been here a lot since we are locals. This was the first time that the service sucked, the food sucked and the prices are crazy. $20 for 4 shrimp on a tiny Ceaser salad that was mediocre at best. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant so we were shocked when it took OVER AN HOUR to get our food. We will be back because it's not normally this bad. - but holy cow this was bad. Maybe it was a new server but he was really bad. Forgot to take our order. Never apologized for taking so long with everything. Never refilled our drinks. Did not clear our dishes.

Stopped in while visiting a friend in town. The decor has a nice rustic feel, and the food was pretty good overall. There aren't a ton of vegetarian options, but to be fair, it's a steakhouse, so that's to be expected. Our waiter was friendly, and the food came out quickly, which we appreciated.

Dropped in on a Tuesday afternoon for a quick visit. Enjoyed wandering through and seeing all the items on display. Only had time to sit at the bar and enjoy one whiskey. The service was great. The atmosphere felt more authentic than touristy. If I find myself in Prescott again, I'll definitely make more time to enjoy a meal.

One of the oldest bars in the nation! Since 1877 this place has been a bar. We had a local cider, the Backcountry burger, and Caballero chicken. We enjoyed everything. It is on the historic register and is a Prescott point of pride, it was neat eating here. Only negative is that they are very busy so there is a wait and service is spotty. They easily need more staff.

My family came here to eat and everything was great, especially the service. The entry has old fashioned style swinging saloon doors. Despite the restaurant being in existence for many years, everything was clean and they clearly take care of the restaurant. They have a menu that has something for everyone. I got a turkey sandwich without the turkey (cheese sandwich) and unlike some other restaurants I've been to, the server made me feel like it was no problem and my food arrived perfectly. We were all served together and the staff's outfits are cool and old timey saloon.

Second time in town and had to give the Palace a try, oldest bar / business in Az. Fun to see the employees in their historical garb and similar historic spirit, FUN. Had a burger and coleslaw, both tasty but pretty pricey - four stars for the value

Very historical spot. Stop by in the town of Prescot on our way back from the Grand Canyon. This place was recommended by a friends since my husband mentioned wanting to go to a saloon. Upon arrival you walk to the middle of the restaurant to see the host. We were seated right away in the bar area. I ordered the steak bites and whisky tacos. I would definitely recommend the steak bites. They were well seasoned and crunchy tacos on the other hand were OK. The service was good. Our waitress was also mending the bar, which was a little busy. The atmosphere was definitely old west vibes, and the workers are dressed in that sort of attire. The Restaurant had a lot of historical features and memorabilia. Nice spot to check out if your into history. I was told the downstairs had been converted into a speakeasy has not been opened yet under new ownership .

We decided to do a day trip from Chandler to Prescott, I had heard about this place before and have been wanting to try it for a while, the place is pretty neat inside and in the bar area is seat yourself and the saloon area you have to be seated, the "host" honestly was rude af since my elderly mother (mind you we were in town for her birthday) made the mistake of saying salon and not "saloon" in which he snapped at her "a salon is where you get your hair done" not sure if that was an act or just his wonderful personality?! He sat us at a table that was pretty bright from the sun coming through the top (even though there was a flag covering it) everywhere else was pretty dark in there, we were hungry and didn't want to complain. Our waitress was kind and we received our food pretty quick, the burgers are huge and my Rueben and onion rings were fresh and tasty and we ended up taking 1/2 the burger and 1/2 the Rueben for later, I'm sure we will be back and next time we will go up the stairs to the balcony and enjoy our lunch. I absolutely love Prescott and wouldn't mind living there someday, the little shops along whiskey row are some of the cutest and the workers are so kind and helpful if needing anything. Until next time....

Steak bites, which disappeared fast. Try 'em.

We had no trouble finding a bar-side table and were promptly seated. Beverage orders came very quickly, and we sampled our appetizer, the steak bites. Outrageously good. I had the ribs for dinner, which were cooked to perfection. Service was excellent, as were the beverages and food. Doesn't get much better than that.

Steak bites. We're so over cooked you couldn't chew them. Waitress never asked if food was ok.

Ordered a Back Country burger and it was a very good burger. No complaints with the burger. Wish they had more choices on desserts.

Their burgers were reasonably priced so we figured why not give it a try. Suffice it to say that NONE if the three of us were disappointed. It only took a bite or two into our sandwiches to realize how delicious they were and we all agreed they were the best burgers any of us had eaten in a long time. Yes folks, they are THAT good! Lewis built his own burger, John had the Chili burger and I had the bacon two patty smash burger. We were able to customize our choices without difficulty which made it even better (especially since I hate American Cheese and was able to get cheddar instead.) Our server Kristin (who later let us know used to live in Phoenix) was awesome!!! No, really!!! She was welcoming from the start, attentive during our meal and super friendly! She made us feel like we had been going to Bill's for years. Top notch service on her part!!! We plan on visiting Lynx Lake in a few weeks with friends for my birthday and we know exactly where we'll be having lunch. Trust us. Try Bill's! You will love it!

In my opinion, The Clinkscale has the best breakfast tacos I have ever tasted. Everything tastes fresh, and I like their coffee, too. Their other menu items look great as well, so I will have to try another food item the next time I am in Jerome. I like how the atmosphere makes you feel like you are taking a trip back in time, as the building has been around for a while. The best part about The Clinkscale, however, is the service. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and more than happy to offer suggestions. I remember when my family and I went up there a few years back, and our server, Jeff, made us feel right at home. The other staff members are also great, as they make everyone feel welcome within the establishment. I have been back there a couple of times since then, and I have had a wonderful experience each time.
