I came here for an event called Auntie Jamz and had so much parking! I think i'll definitely do the valet parking next time. But the event was so much fun with good music and vibes, and people who came to have fun. And the drinks were also good!

I came to see Rae Khalil perform here. They have street, parking, a parking lot and valet. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The club is very small. Standing room mostly with a few reserved areas[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. It was just okay. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The sound system was not good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The bar prices were a little expensive to me. $20 for a drink. Smh Overall, I enjoyed the artist. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I hope they get a better sound system.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Came here for an event and enjoyed the time. We got there early and got some cocktails. The bartender knew what she was doing and made a good Dirty Martini. Standard price around $20 for the area. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a smaller and more intimate venue but depending on what event you go to is very nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall had a good time and would come back for another event!

I read a lot of the reviews about this club days before my arrival. Not sure what some of the negativity is about. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere and vibes were awesome.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The other patrons were super friendly and cool.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Security was not as described in some reviews. They were respectful and just doing their job. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The audio sound was great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Plenty of room for the audience to be in front of the stage.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Bartenders were friendly and helpful. It's hollywood, so if you want cheap drinks, go to a liquor store. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The air conditioner was pumping to the point my wife was wearing her jacket.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This place is awesome and I am hope to come back soon to see more of my favorite artists.

Came here for a show and wow the experience this place has given me will be forever cherished!! As usual valet parking is required but that was very straightforward. [[HIGHLIGHT]]All staff is kind and the club is so beautiful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I took a risk coming here alone but it was worth it because I had an amazing time. I definitely want to keep up with more events they continue to have !!

I went to The Peppermint Club for the first time to watch an Afro beats artist. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The venue was perfectly decorated for Halloween and really contributed to the overall ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is gorgeous in itself![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The Club is clean and the bathrooms were maintained throughout the night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I really appreciated the attention to making sure guests felt safe. They checked bags, checked guests prior to entering and then security kindly patrolled throughout the night inside and around the bathrooms.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The acoustics and the ability to see such talented artists so close is what I valued the most.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The drinks are about 15 dollars each and the bartenders were attentive throughout the night. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, this is a great place to watch talented musicians and to have a great night in a safe and secure venue![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This place is fantastic for an intimate concert. If you get the chance to see a musician you really love and this place books them, you MUST GO. The stage is right in front of you from every angle. Great acoustics and phenomenal stage lighting as well.

Small venue with lots of potential. Came to see our favorite band L.A.B and they did not disappoint! The bar is massive and sits oddly in the room. The issue we had was that everyone orders from the bar and never leaves. They lean on the bar to watch the band, so you have no clue where to squeeze in to order a drink. There were 2 bartenders, and they did their best, but it was just too crowded. I had to order 2 drinks at one time to avoid having to come back. I would have ordered more if it wasn't so challenging. The staff from the valet to security were awesome. They definitely need a raise. Because of the staff we will be sure to be back soon.

The Peppermint club is a cute venue by the Beverly center I've only been for album releases and shows, but both times it's been intimate and fun. The club has a few charms like a large bathroom, quirky decorations( see wall of 750 catcher in the rye books), pillow peppermints at the bar, and a well-designed are near the front for dancing. Moving back and forth between the bar and bathroom is a bit tricky when it's packed, but it's comfortable and intimate in the low lighting. The sound quality is high Parking: find street parking next to the venue on the two streets on the same side as the club.

I was here to support a friend who was performing. The staff was extremely rude during Soundcheck to the woman who had rented the space. I could not believe the lack of tact. Super disrespectful staff. I'll never go back.

Ask the Community - The Peppermint Club

I have tickets for a show that says 7 pm-8:30 here at the peppermint show. What time do artists usually perform? I hate to show up at 7 and artists don't get on stage until midnight. Are artists usually on time for this venue?

Yes, if doors are 7p, artists usually start at 7:30 or 8p.

I'm going for a concert and bought tickets on Ticketmaster. How do I reserve a table or is it already guaranteed?

For concerts sold through ticketmaster there is an option to add-on table service packages. Otherwise email info@peppermintclub.com

How are the views from the tables? Considering a res for for two for an upcoming performance but don't want to be looking at people's backs the whole time...

Views from the tables are good because you can sit up on the back of the couches to give you sight lines above the GA crowd.

Does this club admit underage kids? I know that they wouldn't be able to drink because that's illegal but I was just curious if they could at least get in (I want to take my little sister with me here).

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't. When I was there, they checked IDs and didn't put bracelets on anyone, which means that everyone who gets in are of drinking age. I would call them to be sure.

Going to a concert with a jam funk band, what is "proper dress attire" to you guys?

casual is fine but you can dress up if you want.

Are cameras allowed inside the club if you're attending to see a musician play?

I think so. I saw plenty of people recording the performances or taking pictures. I think you'll be fine.

    What's the parking situation?

Hi Claudia, there's lots of street parking available. Additionally, we have valet available for your convenience, right outside the venue. Look forward to having you at Peppermint Club.

    Can you order food?

Hi Jennifer, we do not have any food for order at Peppermint Club. But we highly suggest you check out of sister locations that serve food, Petite Taqueria, Blind Dragon, etc.

Do you have to be 21 years old to get in?

    Yes!

    Is the Peppermint Club 18+?

    No

How is this place on Saturdays? Do they have live music?

Yes. A variety of different styles but always timeless

Our bartender was Shane and he was wonderful and really made our experience memorable. Zeke was the other bartender who was great as well. We ordered a Painkiller and a Captain's Inner Circle. Each drink comes in its own unique cup/glass and has such a fun presentation. The painkiller was presented to us with some fire elements and the captain's inner circle was hilarious - they ring a bell and all the workers join in on saying you're a part of the inner circle. Now the taste. Both of the drinks were delicious! We love a painkiller and this one definitely didn't disappoint, it totally hit the spot. I also loved the inner circle drink, it was coconutty and had fruity elements like apricot in it. There are so many drinks on their menu, we wish we could try them all! We'll have to come back next time to try more. They also have food but we didn't have time to try any dishes this time.

After reading the reviews and seeing the photos, we had high expectations. Unfortunately, it didn't quite deliver the experience we were hoping for. The entrance felt surprisingly ordinary and didn't create the sense of mystery or excitement that's usually part of a great speakeasy. Inside, the space is attractive, but the atmosphere felt a bit confusing. It wasn't quite a speakeasy, it wasn't quite a fine dining restaurant, and it wasn't casual either. It seemed like it was trying to be several different things without fully committing to one identity. The food was good, but nothing particularly memorable. Everything was enjoyable enough, but considering the reputation and price point, we expected dishes that would leave a lasting impression. The service was pleasant, although not especially attentive or polished. One unexpected disappointment was the lighting. We were excited to capture a few photos to remember the evening, but the lighting made that nearly impossible. None of our pictures turned out well, which was unfortunate since we had planned this as part of a special night out. The restaurant was also surprisingly quiet, with only one other couple dining during our visit. They were also discussing the food and seemed to share some of the same impressions we had. Overall, Employees Only wasn't a bad experience--it simply didn't live up to the expectations created by its reputation. For such a special occasion, we were hoping for an immersive atmosphere, standout food, and a memorable experience. Instead, we left feeling underwhelmed. I'm glad we gave it a try, but it's probably not a place I would choose to visit again.
