This place is overall unbelievable. It's a one of a kind noshing store right in Teaneck. They keep coming up with new recipes as far as the Pickles, Pickled Condiments, Olives and there killer product " KRELISH". It's everything you want in one. And love that they totally expanded there candy line. They now have a full line of jelly belly, fine chocolates from Ashers, Koppers chocolate & many varieties of Halvah. Let's talk Platters: they do anything from Pickles, olives & Candy. I always pre order, my platters cause on Friday it's like Platter Heaven!!!! And Leslie is always a pleasure on the phone or in person, actually all the staff is especially the guys there always with a joke and such great salesman.... I walked in for a pint of New Pickles and walked out with two big bags full of goodies. Right on Pickle Licious. Please Never Leave!!!!

    Chocolates and candy too

So I originally came across this place through an outdoor event in Ridgewood. The guy was super friendly and let us try different pickles. I ended up buying some and loved them. I cut some up for an event I had and everyone raves about them. I went to the store in teaneck to buy more. The new pickle and hot/spicy are my favorite! The store is cute and the lady is nice there. They offer a lot more than just pickles! Chocolates which were surprisingly fresh. I bought a small bag just in case and they were not old at all! The jelly rings and creamy peanut butter are my favorites and i love how they have chocolate espresso. They also offer olives and have a little olive bar, they have a pickle bar to for sliced pickles, olive oil, hummus, and more! I will keep coming back! Always delicious!!!!!!!

Gallon of Kosher Dill & Quart of Sweet Chips

Wow.. What a disappointing shopping experience. If you want to walk out feeling angry and treated like garbage run to this store when this lady is here. I have ordered from here before online but noticed they were in driving distance in Teaneck. I thought to myself well I'm running low and I can pick up my kids from school and make it before 4PM and re-stock on some kosher dills which my kids love. As soon as we walk in the lady at the store says she'll be right with us - cool. She comes over after a very short wait and I ask if we can have samples? She says they don't do samples anymore. I kind of get it but also I've never been told no samples if I were buying - I mean even if the charged for a sample so I can try something before buying it would be better than being treated like some sort of sub human beggar. I say "Okay but I want to buy a gallon and I really don't want to buy a gallon if I can't try it". Her response is - we only allow samples of chips. Me..... Okay but I really can't have 1 sample? I really want to buy a gallon. Her - okay fine but it has to be a small one - (she proceeds to dig into the barrel to ensure she finds the smallest pickle she can find) I try it and I ask for a gallon. I look over at the hot and spicy and ask about sampling more - again she says chips are okay but.. At this point I'm pretty annoyed so I ask my daughter if she wants to try the sweet chips. She does - and I ask for a quart of those. Honestly - just why? It's not even what she said but how she said it. I felt completely uninvited in this store and will never go back again. The two places I buy from are here and Doc Pickle. I'll be exclusively Doc Pickle going forward. Unfortunately we really needed pickles since my kids love them so I sucked it up and paid for it and walked up. To the rude lady - According to some other reviews it seems like this is just how it is for some of us.

Free pickle on a stick for checking in!

Ok - I NEVER thought I'd walk into a store who sells pickles! I've always been the one to just buy em at my local deli or grocery store, but I'm so glad I ran across this spot! You can taste the difference in the pickles that they sell and the quality in every bite! Plus checking in with yelp can get you a "pickle on a stick" ... while compared to a regular grocery store, they're more expensive, they are worth every ounce of the bite! Go check em out and don't forget to check in on yelp!

This place was a pleasant surprise when I friend and I ventured to NJ from some burgers at White Manna down the road. Robyn talked to us for a while about pickles, and the whole place definitely smells like all kinds of pickles and olives and stuff, but it was really really cool. They also sell all kinds of penny candy and honey sticks and neat things like that. Robyn gave us both a pickle-on-a-stick for dropping by and they were delicious :D

G Mart is named in honor of Gee's father, Shunwah Gee; it has fresh produce, live seafood, and authentic groceries from Asia--the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, China, Japan, & beyond. The huge store is spotless, bright, well-stocked, and organized, making it easy to find everything one needs. The shopping aisles are large for easy navigation. Their produce section is full of vegetables not always found in most American-oriented grocery stores, including baby butter bok choy, enoki mushrooms, red meat dragon fruit, Korean pears, and Chinese leeks. They provide a large selection of fresh seafood, including those that are relatively hard to find in other stores. Unfortunately, there is no bakery or prepared food on site like other Asian markets. It's bright, sparkling clean, and has a pretty comprehensive selection of Chinese and other Asian specialty products and ingredients that you won't find in regular grocery stores, all arranged with meticulous neatness. There are exotic produce, fresh meat and seafood (many live fish varieties) and I saw lobster for $8.99/lb, wow! I especially enjoy browsing the household goods and cookware sections, and the cool pottery and flatware. On a recent visit, the most memorable discovery wasn't on any shelf: a remarkably enterprising 12yo girl was hawking Shanghai-style shepherd's purse buns alongside her father, and they were absolutely the real deal! I don't remember the brand, and there's no guarantee they'll be back, but if you spot the duo, don't walk past without buying some. G Mart is a fantastic alternative to other Asian markets in the area, and it deserves every bit of word-of-mouth it can get.

The crust is thin with a sesame sprinkled crust and it was so good that I even ate every single bite of it, which is unusual for me. The ladies asked if I wanted cilantro on top, which was the perfect add of even more flavor. They were so sweet and welcoming. Parking in downtown Englewood can be tough but I took the side street behind the row of stores and found the back entrance to Wahizza. I'm not sure if that's allowed but it made the pizza pick up a very quick and convenient experience. I plan on eating in next time bc the inside was so cute and looked very comfortable. We had high expectations but when the salad and the half of a deviled egg arrived I was honestly surprised. The presentation felt cheap and the portion was super small. Hubby had the steak, they did not give option how you would like it and it arrived medium/well done. The portions were so tiny I was still hungry, for the price I honestly wish we went to omakase instead. Oh. And they automatically add 25% service. Owner is very friendly and service was polite but for the price it felt like we got robbed. Not sure we'll be back, really wanted to like it but the only memorable thing was the music and ambience. I felt compelled to review because I really wanted the owners to see this and make changes. The potential is there but with many restaurants around, there simply wasn't anything special. Pls be transparent to your guests and include info about prix fixe menu on reservation next time, and perhaps give your guests more value for the money. $150 should at least be 4-5 course for the size that was provided.. Many items that you'd normally find at a regular grocery or home goods store were priced two to three times higher here. I'd really only recommend buying something if it's truly unique and not easy to find elsewhere. That said, I did notice some holiday items on clearance priced as much as 90% off, which is definitely worth keeping an eye out for -- you might score a great deal if you catch the right clearance section.
