Before even taking a bite I'm giving this place 5 stars. Talk about great customer service! We ordered a large pizza and also the medium 2-topping with 10 Garlic Parm wings. Our pizza arrived in about half of the quoted time on a Friday night! Instantly realized they'd forgotten our wings. Placed a call to the restaurant and it was all handled flawlessly by a female worker there. She explained the driver had accidentally forgotten them and said they'd have them sent that way very soon and wanted to send us something extra (I asked for cheese sticks ‍) for our "trouble". I'm going to follow this up bellow after I've tasted everything. The kids are LOVING there's though and it all smells sooo good! Well. 20 minutes turned into an hour and 20 minutes... But we got our wings and some cheese breadsticks as a comp/bonus. The wings were Garlic Parmesan and almost totally flavorless. And the cheese bread was cold and hard, but I'm sure pretty good at some point. Although very tiny (maybe a 5 inch circle of cheese with a thick plain crust). The pizza was pretty good! Overall (the wings ) probably not worth the price. But still pleased with most of the experience. Even will leave it at 5 stars because I really loved who I dealt with on the phone. read more

I can't believe this is the same place I received seven months ago... this is our favorite pizza place to order in for dinner!!! We live about five minutes away now so being able to pick up right when it's ready and take it pretty much straight to our dining table is a huge plus. If you get it when it's fresh it is friggin delicious; I absolutely love their supreme pizza. It's a great value and is my favorite thing to bring home as a surprise for the family. To me the biggest difference between the first time I had it and now is that I'm eating the pizza within 5-10 minutes of when it was ready. I also recommend ordering with extra sauce -- that really makes it awesome in my opinion! This place is dripping with personality; to me, half the fun is walking in and taking in the decoration and style. Location: 3 Star Inside is small but that is the charm of the place. If we ate there then I would eat outside where there is more space. The folks who were there enjoyed the inside. The rust was buttery with a nice crunch on the crust but chewy in the middle. It was a hit that made my party want more. Wings are a nice size - larger than normal. Same on the Honey BBQ was finger-licking. I think the garlic Parmesan would have been best if eaten in store to get the best of its flavor because I didn't get that at home. I do plan to try them again and might ask for extra Parmesan. I am glad I was in the area to try them out. I really like the pizza here. The toppings are always fresh and the pizza is always hot. I usually do the wings/medium pizza (two toppings), and it has yet to disappoint. I love their hot wings and their lemon pepper flavor. I have never had a bad slice of pizza from here either! Well, except for that one time my friend ordered the Hawaiian, but not because the pizza was bad, but who TF orders warm pineapple on their pizza!? :) Seriously, it's a gem of a spot and everyone is always nice. This place is sooo cool! It's in a strip mall on Preston. If you see La Hacienda, slow down or stop! Go into that parking lot. This place is really easy to pass up if you're not familiar so hopefully that landmark will help you. The soda machine is cool because each soda has its own custom name. The beer is on tap and it's really cool how it's set up. I won't ruin it for you. Just go and check it out. The place is decorated in a really cool/ local way. It almost looks like it should be in Deep Ellum or Lower Greenville. (Thank heavens it's not in Deep Ellum because the cost to park is ridiculous!) On Monday, this was the only place that was open and doing delivery. I placed my order on their website at 1:17 PM, at 1:43 PM I called and the owner told me that the pizza was just coming out of the oven and being cut. He also said because of the snowstorm that it may take about 45 minutes delivery time. I definitely understood the extra time delay given the situation. When 2:50 PM hit, I called again and was told that it was out on the truck. I called again an hour later and was told that they were one of the few places that were open, he had no idea where my pizza was, and then it was some where on the truck being delivered. I was told to keep waiting. At 4:59 PM, I contacted the vendor that manages the order and ask for a refund. Since I really love their pizza, I decided to drive out the next day to do a pick up order. The pizza was ready when I arrived, and I told the manager that I tried to place the order yesterday and it never arrived. He immediately just started ringing me up and saying how busy they were, yada yada yada. It was just like how I was rushed on the phone when they were busy on Monday, except this time I was being rushed in person. Given what I went through on Monday, waiting over 3 hours for a pizza that never arrived, they could've made it up to me in some way. She cut me off more than once while I was trying to explain to her that the prices on the website were different from the prices she said over the phone. She then told me that she doesn't "have time" to look at this & that I could either pay the price she said or not. I am a regular customer, but they just lost me because of Ashley and her rudeness. Shortly after the rude encounter with manager Ashley, I left a review. And shortly after the review, Ashley calls my cellphone, from the number posted here with more rudeness. Well the family decided to try a local pizzeria that was good. We came across the Pizza Guy and reviews seemed good and we decided why not. It was a little drive for us coming from Richardson but not too bad. I ordered ahead and the guy I spoke with was very helpful and his customer service and communication is excellent. Arrived to the pace and its a small place but seems that they pack some great flavors. Once again the same guy I spoke with was at the cashiers and that excellent customer service continued. We talked about how they actually get most their ingredients themselves from produce and how they still have a food truck but try and remain as homemade as possible. So I have to say the pizza was on point!! We all loved it and unfortunately there was no leftovers and we are a family that gets the same 2 mediums from a chain pizzeria but not this time with means a lot in this household lol. But here's where I was concerned, the employees were not wearing masks. And I understand the mask mandate was lifted and it's a business decision of each business but I was surprised there were not any sanitizer anywhere. And the pizza is the same quality whether you dine in or out! Which is always difficult for chains to figure out. This place has such a cute interior and sweet customer service. I got a deep dish pepperoni pizza (medium) and a regular cheese sticks. Both were good, nothing stellar. I felt like for the price I would be getting more but the medium was pretty small. I feel like the small would be more like a personal size. The cheese bread was also alright it looked and tasted pretty basic. It came with a side of marinara that was very sweet, so if that's your thing you're in luck. It's greasy pizza which I am a fan of but I know that turns some people off. I don't think I'll go back just because of how expensive it is for what you get. read more

Holy toppings bat man, TPG has got it goin on! An eccentric place that stole my heart with Grateful Dead imagry on the exterior. Inside is a unique vibe as well. The pizza slaps, this ain't their first rodeo. We've had the pepperoni a few times now and also tried a supreme that was excellent. They put a ton of toppings on that seem to be high quality and the crust is delicious. Wings are pretty decent. Their only fault might be the price, even for a medium you're looking at around $25 with tax. That said, that's more my problem than theirs - I've since learned they a cult like following. This local hole in the wall Pizza joint is the real thing. They make both NY style and Sicillian with great fresh ingredients. After several visits and a couple of takeouts I've decided that after comparing this place to many others around Dallas that this place is the best pizza in town. Is a multiple time visitor tonight I asked the gal at the counter for her recommendation and Ashley came though with flying colors.
