Jason recently replaced our aging and "loud" Pentair filter pump with a new variable speed model which uses 1/2 or less of the electricity and is barely audible. As part of the overall job, he replaced our filter and repaired our heater. All of the work was done in a very professional and meticulous way and the end result was terrific ! He even came back at my request to adjust the position of the salt cell. One of the things I appreciated about doing business with Jason is the ability to communicate with him. **Updated to reply to the owners response: 1) yes this was about the heat pump installation job we were excited to begin. We never heard from your electrician or we would have happily spoken with him, since we absolutely want this project done. Either your electrician is confused or they reached out to the wrong person- as it definitely wasn't us. 2) the recent review was for work done about a month ago as that's what he says in his original and updated review. I understand that you're now temporarily closed and I hope all is well with your folks. I was referring to the issues of not hearing from you in late February and early March. 3) I completely agree that it's been a challenging time for everyone. I don't feel I left a bad review at all. I left an honest review. You were nice and knowledgeable and I reflected that in my original review a few times. There isn't anything I would change about my original review because it -again- wasn't bad or defamatory. It was honest. We never heard from you or your electrician. That is the honest truth. Whether or not your electrician tried to contact us was never told to us during that time- because we didn't hear back from you. You said it was because you thought we were no longer interested- fair enough. But if you would have followed up with us we would have let you know that your electrician hadn't contacted us. He had to redo some plumbing and some wiring, and as requested replaced the old jandy with the new smartphone app controls and motherboard, explained to me how to control and maintain, as a bonus fixed the waterfall feature by rewiring. After seeing great reviews here I decided to call Pool Pump Pros and spoke to Jason. I needed a heater installed in the home I moved in to and I think it wasn't all that straight forward. I wrote to him, he called that same day and we set up an appointment, he came out right away and was able to install the heater right away. So, from start to finish I think it was three days and I had my new heater. It had a whistle so he came back and even cleaned my pool filter and and added more DE so that the heater had good water flow and would stop whistling.
