It's a takeout only setup with shared seating areas around the mall. My niece ordered a salted pretzel and a Mango Lemonade Mixer. I ordered the same (I'm not creative). I tried to use my app so that I could get points. I didn't have any rewards to use - the cashier checked. Somehow, the system crashed or something because two staff couldn't figure it out. The same gloves he used to hand roll the dough, touch all the appliances, cash register, handle the cash I paid with, and cards. Over the 10min of watching, he never once changed his gloves. He served easily 10 other customers all with the same gloves contaminated by the cash he handled, cards he touched and all the other things.
