Luke and James did a fantastic job for my property. Luke was able to change the pee-trap of a bathtub without damaging my bathroom. He was able to jackhammer from the outside, and did not damage the concrete of my backyard, nor did he damage the stucco. James was able to change the control valve of my bathtub without further damage to the bathtub tiles. I only wish the pricing was slightly lower but overall amazing job by both! read more

We had a sewer main line clog and Mike came out to give us an estimate - he laid out the options for us with associated costs. We have a family friend plumber who we were also waiting on an opinion from so we told them we'd get back to them - our family friend confirmed that their estimates were fair and that the options they gave us were accurate. I met Ben while they, the Rooter Company, were working on an emergency repair to my neighbors sewer. Given that circumstance, I asked Ben to also evaluate the condition of my sewer as a preventive measure for any potential blockages. Ben was very responsive and professional and scheduled the evaluation the following week. The video evaluation and excavation revealed a number of concerns that needed attention. Ben and Gilbert gave us a number of options for repair, including an option to repair only the most immediate concern to the most cost effective solution to repair all the areas of concern. Gilbert gave us time to decide and did not pressure us in any way. We chose to proceed with the latter option. Great team, extremely helpful with the billing issues as we didn't know how extensive the repairs etc were going to be. We are very grateful for everyone working with us to get this sorted in a timely and cost efficient manner. We prefer to work with a company long term and frankly have had a huge turn over with plumbers moving away or retiring or having spotty availability etc. Two jobs in with Rooter and we feel like we finally have a plumbing company that actually wants and works with clients who believe in repeat business and mutual respect in the client/biz owner dynamic. We had the dead tankless replaced and upgraded, sagging pipes cleaned and sorted and well lots of other plumbery things - a week or so later we had a cleanout installed and pipe repair on the sewer line that had a massive root ball and break. So I am finally able to wash the dishes and do laundry without my garage or sink overflowing. What a relief. Shout out to Dylan and Jason for laughing at my snarky jokes and for indulging my husband and I in our gazillion questions. We will happily hire them again.
