So I wanted to give a quick update. I've been back to the scale quite a few times but I have to say my last visit I was a little disappointed with the serving portions of the proteins. I ordered the large Tuna Firecracker bowl and PAID extra for more Salmon because I was curious about it. I also PAID extra for Kelp salad. The final cost was $21.00 The girl was nice enough about separating the fish out on different sides of the bowl. She also may have been training someone who was watching and was extra stingy about portioning out proteins. However when a customer pays well over $20.00 for something that is 90% rice it is only fair you deliver on the meat. The previous bowls had all been satisfactory but in this last instance I was still hungry and sick of shoveling white rice down my throat for $20.00. Just sayin. read more

This is one of our favorite spots near Burlington. It's highly under-appreciated! Great for take out, and they have a few seats inside plus a very pleasant patio area in the summer. Everything here is delicious and they have vegan options, plus options if you eat mean but are weirded out by eating raw fish. It's a little pricy, but worth it with their fresh, local ingredients. I have been here many times! I love this place! It's sort of like Asian/California Fusion. Best healthy food option in williston by far. I would have given 5 stars - but for the first time I was served by a non-owner and the serving size was a little small (the greens base). Ironically, I even ordered a large for the first time, glad I did. Will absolutely be back but I'm hoping for more consistent serving sizes. Try this place out! Updating this review from 2 weeks ago and I have been here 2 more times... I'm dropping this from a 4 to a 3 :( Inconsistency remains, yesterday I was disappointed with my large poke, small size for price, wilted greens and chewy tuna. Come on Scale!!!!! We were thrilled when the kids behind the counter finally stopped serving their friends and noticed us after we'd be standing there for 5 minutes. My poke bowl was made with basmati rice, definitely not a sushi rice. Rice also was not well cooked. Everything else was tasty, but rice is pretty fundamental to a poke bowl. read more

We love going to the Poke. They did recently (within the past 6 months) change their options and prices- you could get a lot more for less previously. We usually have a great meal there, I would recommend getting your own Poke bowl as opposed to the Family Poke bowl which claims to feed 3-5. We tried it last night, and they forgot to include the Brown Rice Base, and the poke that was included was barely enough for my wife and I, and we are not big eaters. The quality is excellent, seating is limited, especially during COVID, but the staff are always friendly and helpful, I would recommend this place to anyone, just check your order to ensure accuracy :) read more

I had my usual poke bowl to start, which is half brown rice and half salad greens. I was a little surprised to see beef and chicken included in th he options for protein. I wasn't felling too adventurous, so I went for what looked most delicious, the sushi grade tuna. I was glad that only sesame oil was mixed in with it and not soy sauce which typically has wheat and I'm gluten free. Speaking of GF, most of the ingredients are. Anyway, there's plenty of fresh garnishes that made this bowl super delicious. The tuna bowl with a 15% tip will put you back around $18, not including a premium topping. A tad on the spendy side but it makes up for it on flavor. read more

This is my favorite spot to stop while in Williston from now on. I feel the place is a little hidden for someone not familiar with the area but is worth searching for. This is my first time trying a poké bowl and it was delicious. The staff was super friendly and made my food quickly right in front of me. The regular size build your own was more then enough food for myself and all the ingredients looked and tasted fresh. Definetly worth stopping here if you're in the area. read more

I was disappointed with their ahi tuna because it tasted very fishy; I have tried quite a few sushi's in my life and tuna is supposed to be the least fishiest. Not sure if it was because it's the end of the day but even then, properly marinated and stored tuna should not taste like that. Visited here for the first time today. Fresh fish with good, clean food options, served in a bowl on a bed of rice. If you're not into fish there is local beef and local chicken too. If you have room follow it up with an acai bowl. So good. Best of all it's all GF :). read more
