The Scale is a good eating out option for any health-conscious consumers out there. Choose between a variety of sweet and fruity açaí bowls or pick a more savory rice or salad-based bowl topped with meats, sauces, veggies, and other toppings. I tried a build-your-own rice bowl and enjoyed it, though I would have liked more sauce on it and wish the portion size was a bit bigger -- I left feeling hungry, even though I finished my whole bowl. But all of the ingredients seemed fresh, and I'd love to try an açaí bowl sometime.

We had an exceptional lunch here. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and were helpful explaining the process of creating a bowl (or choosing one of their signature bowls from the menu. The ingredients were super fresh, beautiful, and delicious. There are some tables inside and outside, though not too many. Most folks seem to get to-go orders though, so even during the lunch rush there were some seats available. The restaurant was nice and clean both inside and out. We've had a lot of poke bowls in a lot of locations, and this definitely stood out as one of the best we've had. Definitely give them a try!

Came here for lunch on a Tuesday. We got 2 custom poke bowls. We tried the firecracker and citrus ponzu sauces. Both were good. Nice variety of toppings though the miso pickles were too salty. Decent size portion. Prices have gone up. Outdoor seating only. Located in Blair Park at Kismet building with ample parking.

My first time having a poké bowl and it was really good!! The firecracker bowl was delicious. Came with ahi tuna, sriracha aioli, scallions, cucumber, togorashi, sesame seeds, onion crisps, and I added on cabbage slaw, red onion, and seaweed strips... everything was on top of brown rice (you could also choose white rice, zoodles, etc). So good. Everything tasted very fresh. The land lovers bowl was great too with local chicken, pineapple teriyaki sauce, cucumber, gochujang mushrooms, pineapple, scallions, onion crisps, and added jalapeño peppers. Oh, also, both bowls were "regular" size and I thought they came with a substantial amount of food! I was very full after eating mine. The premium açaí bowl was so refreshingly delicious. I split it with my SO but honestly could have happily eaten one all to myself!! Açaí topped with banana, strawberries, blueberries, GF granola, drizzle of honey and added on almond butter. They also have some CBD infused beverages here. I would go here again if/when I'm in the area. Very fresh food and the place was super clean.

I was so excited to hear Poké was coming to Williston. Poké is a Hawaiian dish that can have fresh raw fish, sometimes with marinated veggies, over sushi rice, pineapple, red cabbage. I love that many places today are branching out and using quinoa, veggie noodles, etc. as awesome rice substitutions for those looking to go more low carb. I ordered the Firecracker Bowl with 1/2 spicy salmon and 1/2 spicy tuna, zoodles (zucchini noodles) plus a ton of toppings. I also ordered the smoothie bowl. Both were freaking fantastic. I chose to eat the Smoothie Bowl the next day, so I froze it when I came home. The owner is really nice and staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a separate paying line for those who order online. I'll def be back.

Seattle has a LOT of poke, so the bar was set high for this little place in Burlington. Overall, I was happy! They have lots of options to choose from and you can easily customize your bowl depending on your mood that day. We went around lunch on a weekday and it took longer than I would have liked to get the food, but the staff was so nice and I overall thought it was a good value for the amount of food we got. It's a wonderful place in summer because the majority of seating is outside. If you're going in cooler weather, I would plan I'm taking it to go as seating inside is limited. There's lots of parking nearby and it's a great, fresh addition to the same old chains that have been in the area forever.

This place is fantastic; delicious poke with all fresh organic ingredients, reasonable prices, great drinks available, and friendly service. One star taken away only because they don't yet have their liquor license (in process), and I wish they had a dedicated dining area instead of small tables on the sidewalk outside the building. I checked this place out while in town for vacation for a quick, healthy dinner. Husband had the large firecracker bowl with spicy tuna, and I had the small classic - we both added seafood salad for the buck extra. We both really enjoyed our meals, but I'm knocking a star off because it seemed pretty expensive for what we got (those 2 meals + drinks was $40). Food is good, priced a little high maybe. Small dining area so if it's busy no place to sit. I only wish that the staff looked like they wanted to be there, every time I've been there, they never greet you with a smile, and they speak so damn quiet you can't hear what they ask you. Other than that I would recommend them, only on the food. Definitely not on the hospitality of the staff. read more

For a VT poke bar....Highly recommend. Super friendly staff and tasty ingredients- hopefully they get more topping options in the future! For now - it's great fix. It doesn't beat SoCal but definitely worth the visit. The firecracker bowl was delicious - add some pineapple, edamame and seaweed Salad!!!! I wish the avocado wasn't guacamole ! Sorry to be a Debbie Downer but now you can only have 5 toppings. I didn't know that until after I'd put on sesame seeds, etc. so was really not happy. $15 for about 7 shrimp, a scoop of rice and not a lot else is a poor value in my opinion. I have a lot of interesting things in my fridge & freezer, next time I have a craving I will make my own! read more

Very fresh and felt like the Firecracker bowl I got was a ton of food for the price, probably could've split it! I also saw one of the staff recommend some sauces to the woman in front of me because she didn't want any. The staff was trying to tell her that her bowl may be a little dry/bland without (she was doing a custom option)...I thought that was a nice touch! read more

Heard great reviews so thought I'd give it a try! Slightly disappointed b/c I expected it to me a higher scale poke restaurant (maybe better ingredients) than other in VT. I ordered the same exact bowl here as I get from Pokeworks, rice, chicken, variety of toppings. Needless to say I wish I would've just made the drive to Pokeworks in Burlington. Paid double the price for half the amount of food. If you're like me and like more than 5 toppings be prepared to spend $20 for a rice bowl. read more

A little expensive ($30 for two regular sized Bowles and no drinks) but was delicious. One regular size bowl could definitely be split between two people neither of us could finish ours. I will be back as I want to try some other items on the menu, but unfortunately won't be going as back as I'd like due to the prices. read more

Super fresh and delicious, and different from other things in the area. The build your own bowl option is great and the acai bowl I had was tasty too. It's a little bit pricey in my opinion if you're getting a non fish option, but the smaller size bowl was so filling I could easily get two lunches out of it. History

Established in 2018.

The Scale was started by a pair of chefs who were above all else...hungry. We craved a quick, healthy option close to work and home, and were frequently left wishing for more. It all came together on a trip to San Francisco where we had our first mainland style poke bowls. We were immediately hooked. When we returned home, we found ourselves craving poke. After weeks of wishing we could grab a quick bowl, we chose to stop craving and start getting to work. We decided if we can't go to the poke, we'd bring the poke to us!

I am glad they have vegan items that are not an after thought but well thought out. Also, people complaining of prices ... try to get the same thing in my area (greater Boston) and see what prices are like.

Maybe the worst treatment of an employee I've ever seen at an eating establishment. The owner laughed at, critiqued and talked down to the person who was preparing my bowl as they were working on it. Talked to them afterwards and said that was the owner, Neil, who did that all the time but they had to put up with it because they were firing people for no discernible reason. The food was fine but with the proliferation of other poke places popping up around Burlington I don't think I will be giving this place my business ever again and I encourage others to do the same. Really just a disgusting display from the person who is supposed to be in charge. read more

The Scale is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I can't rate them high enough!!! We ordered takeout for an office of 20. They delivered and arrived EARLY (unheard of in delivery - Thank YOU!) and the food was 100% fabulous! We can't say enough about the freshness, tastiness and quality of ALL the food.
