Happy hours every Thursday form 10:30-4:00
    Rosy T.

I have tried their happy hour on Thursday, only $79 for one hour head scalp treatment. I really enjoyed it. I felt so relaxed and my hair/scalp were so clean! I will definitely come back.

They have water bottles and hot tea for you while you wait or for after your session. I checked in at the front and was immediately taken back to a massage room. The room is very nice and clean with relaxing music playing in the background as well as nature sounds of water. The lights are dim to your level of comfort. You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. I really liked my experience with Laura. She helped my back feel better which is a miracle. I will definitely be coming back here again for more services. The staff here are all very friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend coming here.

We tend to tip ~20% after each service (occasionally higher when we get our favorite massage therapists) We went last night and the lady with the Zelle name "Li Zhao" was quite rude. Instead of asking if we want to tip, she asked if I had Zelle. I knew what she meant and said yes. I did a rough math estimate for 20% for both therapists and sent the money. She asked if it was supposed to split for two therapists. I said yes she then said something to her coworkers and acted like it was not enough until a coworker said something back. She then turned around looking upset but still said thank you. We left confused and felt like she was judging us for tipping 20%? In my opinion, tipping should always be OPTIONAL but I will always tip for services knowing it is optional. Also here's the math: the total was $254 and I tipped $50 which is ~20%. I did the math in my head so I knew I maybe short with some change. When I do the calculation on a calculator it should've been $50.80. I was short $0.80 but I didn't think that much would be bothersome??? Giving 4/5 for all the good experiences. However for the lady, 1/5 for greed.

As a result, I dealt with significant skin damage, including persistent peeling and rash‑like symptoms, for approximately eight months. I contacted the spa multiple times--by phone, email, text, and by sending photos of the damage--but received no meaningful response or follow‑up. Despite my repeated attempts, I was never contacted by the owner. Additionally, the business has changed its name three times since my visits in 2025, which I found concerning. I am still paying for unused facial services but no longer feel comfortable returning. All I have requested is a direct call from the owner to address this situation, but to date, that has not happened.

I've never done the full rotation of hot tub to dry sauna to steam sauna to cold plunge - it was genuinely painful. If you've never experienced this, be prepared to get your heart racing. I was expecting a relaxing experience, but the saunas will leave you out of breath, and the cold plunge will shock your system. It's supposed to be really good for detoxing your system, and I definitely felt like I sweat out a bunch of toxins. We really enjoyed the massage chairs after this whole rotation and showering. The massage chairs are super comfortable and have a variety of massage options. It was so soothing that I fell asleep during my massage. There are a variety of popular scrub massage options that I did not try this time around. The downstairs co-ed dry saunas were a bit underwhelming. The saunas were comfortably warm and had blankets to rest on. These saunas didn't seem to be for the purposes of detoxing since they were at a moderate temperature. I was so comfortable that I ended up falling asleep in multiple rooms lol. Bay Spa was the perfect introduction to Korean spas, and I will definitely be returning!

Once we paid and given key to lockers and 3 towels (1 large & 2 small), we locked up our shoes (only) in the lockers to the right of the front desk. Then headed inside to grab a pair of slippers from the shelves to the left (don't grab the ones in the basket on floor which are for used slippers). Then head upstairs to the locker rooms to change and store your things to the same numbered locker. Also, grab a pair of shorts from the shelves in there. The room with massage chairs is nice if you can find a good chair. The first massage chair I tried was perfect for my needs because I have neck and shoulder issues recently but the massage chair I have at home doesn't even reach my neck and only somewhat knead my shoulders and massages whole body. This chair (where the display controller is mounted on right and has a "neck & shoulder" function) was able to focus only on the neck and even up the back of head and down to the shoulder and shoulder blades areas only (pull out the padding behind the head area if you don't feel much happening). Some of the chairs did seem worn down and torn up but many were in good shape as well. Downstairs is the 3 Jade, Clay, and Salt rooms including an Ice room. No slippers inside rooms so place slippers on the shoe racks outside. Be extra careful going inside the clay room. There are handrails to help you get in and out because the clay balls are actually a few inches deep and very slippery and it's kind of like you're stepping into quicksand. My friends did the body scrub while I did the massage. I don't know if all masseuses massage the same way there but I did not know that the massage included being stepped on. I am a very petite gal and Gina was a bit bigger than me. It wasn't just stepping with one foot but with both! I don't know how much of her entire weight was on me because there were two ropes hanging for her to hold onto but I felt like I was being tortured during the 10-15 minute that she was on me. I can understand if the client is much bigger and so you need your full weight to get enough pressure, but I am only just around 100 lbs, petite, and asked for medium pressure and was still stepped on. After that massage, certain spots around my back and pelvis (boney spots) seemed as if they were bruised cause they hurt with even just touch. She handed me an envelope afterwards for tips. I still tipped her but I don't think I would get a massage there again due to that experience. Maybe if you are a bigger build or get a different masseuse you might enjoy it. Overall, her massage was not all that useful, or even if it was, the stepping on undid it by giving me a traumatic experience. But there were a few times I thought what she was doing didn't seem like it did anything. If I hadn't gotten the massage, I would have given 5 stars because the facility and front desk staff I encountered were great (I asked front desk about adding massage and she was very friendly and helpful and immediately was able to book the massage for the earliest opening a few hours later), but I had to take a star off just for my experience with that masseuse. Would go back to the spa to unwind and relax, but I will most likely not get massage there again.

The shiatsu/Swedish massage from Deirdre (sp?) was exquisite! Right pressure. Right amount of engaging conversation. She answered my questions and offered suggestions with just the right amount of empathy. After the 50 minute massage, I returned to the locker room for a session in the sauna, steam room, and took a shower. I wish the changing area in the locker room was a bit roomier, but that is my only gripe.

Lucy and her therapists know exactly the spots to rub and push out and they use a variety of sophisticated techniques--even "walking" on the back use toes like fingers to press out spots of tension. Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience from Start to Finish…read more My friend purchased a Groupon deal for a therapeutic massage for my birthday, and I was really looking forward to it. I haven't had a massage since I gave birth, and given how stressful things have been, I was excited to finally relax. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the very beginning. The woman at the front desk initially did not want to accept our vouchers. She called the manager, who then told us to cancel our Groupon vouchers and pay them directly instead. This was extremely inconvenient, especially since there is no guarantee that Groupon refunds go through right away and can take 3-5 business days to process. We declined, but they continued to push us to pay upfront even though we already had valid, prepaid vouchers ready to use. It wasn't until I said, "Are you saying we can't be seen today? Because we are not going to cancel our vouchers," that they finally agreed to take us back. During the massage, the two masseuses kept talking to each other and laughing. Instead of being in a calm, relaxing environment with peaceful music, it felt distracting and uncomfortable. The constant talking and laughter made me feel uneasy, and at times it even felt like we were being talked about. The situation got worse at checkout. We both left a tip, and when they asked how much we would be tipping, one of the masseuses said in her language to the other, "She's only tipping ____," and they both laughed. Then the other masseuse responded, "How about ____?" This felt extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Tipping should be based on the customer's discretion, not something that is commented on or suggested in that way. Overall, this experience was far from relaxing and left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I will NOT be returning.
