Definitely different from other burger places i've been to. The food is ready fast, great burgers and shakes. Their shakes are not super thick but still good. I thought it was cool that they allow you to add a lot of extra toppings on your fries or burger for free which is a cool perk in my opinion. The staff is nice, they kindly gave me a new milkshake when I dropped it oops. It's a modern cute restaurant with a bar in the middle. I recommend if you're in the area. read more

Was craving onion rings and came across this restaurant. Sports bar atmosphere with plenty of seating space. Although there were many tables, many of them were dirty- probably because they are short staffed. I ordered the havarti shroom burger, patty well done. Was disappointed when I took a few bites and some parts of the patty were pink. The onion rings were well portioned and tasted pretty good. I also ordered a cookies and cream shake without whip cream. It was delicious!! Will probably return for onion rings and a shake. read more

Michelle has been the bartender a few times we've been there and Michelle is the kind of bartender every place dreams of!! Decided to give them a try because I got a BOGO deal, lol!! They have outdoor seating - dog friendly. Actually, it is mostly an outdoor concept, there is a sliding door that opens up the patio and is connected to the bar... they offer an extensive menu, bar snacks, salads, sandos, bowls, hot dogs, wraps, shakes. Service slow when we ordered but the other server that dropped off our food was super nice! Decided on the ABC burger and Western, It was so nice of them to have samples that day! The food I got was undercooked and tasted "not as good as I wish it would". As if their grill hasn't been cleaned good in a long time. The service was not friendly at all. Not by the first person, not by management, not by anyone but the guy who brought out my food. Alex was his name, he gets 10 stars. As I parked, the trash can outside near their exit, was full past capacity, see check in picture. Once I walked in it was pretty empty. About 6 customers and like 8 employees. 3-4 who were sitting down might have been management/owners. They should be the first ones greeting everyone. We get it, you're too cool, and we are not worthy of your "hello welcome to my restaurant". That's where it starts. The top. The outside patio looked cool, being a first time I walked in and was confused as to how to order or if we sat for dine in. I approached the bartender named Jen who was also not very friendly and seemed upset. But pointed to the back where the cashier was. Said order there and you will get a number for your food to be brought out. Kristy took my order. And she literally did that. Didnt try and upsell or suggest from the menu. Almost seemed bothered when asked questions about their burger and side options. I ended up getting an ABC undercooked burger. I took the fries because she made it seem like the chips or onion rings weren't good lol. The fries were delicious no lie. Alex brought out my food and he was kind and full of amazing hospitality. Asked if I needed ranch ketchup or their house sauce (can't remember the name). I asked for their house sauce, that was delicious to go with the fries. Almost like spicy ketchup with chili peppers. I took 2 bites from the burger and I couldn't take another one. It was too much ranch, which was ok I could remove (and I did). But the meat was undercooked. The buns tasted good. Vegetables were fresh. The fountain drinks area was dirty and it looks like they haven't cleaned their machine in a couple nights. It should be done daily. But I'm just a customer. Their aguas frescas also looked dirty (the machine it self) not the actual water. Mildew will start forming quick if those are not washed daily. Kitty picked up my plate almost as if I was getting rushed out or she knew it was undercooked lol she asked if I was done and I said yes. She couldn't believe I didn't eat it. Then I continued with the fries and fancy dressed people started arriving. It was the chamber of commerce for the ribbon cutting ceremony. It made sense I was feeling rushed out of there but it's ok. Thats more important than customer service. Never was there table touching. About 8 different employees walked by, Not once was there any type of hospitality. I don't think I would return again. I didn't feel appreciated. As a customer that's all You want. And decent food. read more

November 5, 2023 The Stand just opened in our area and decided that we were going to try it for lunch. We walked up to place an order. We were greeted by a hostess, which was very nice outgoing, positive excellent customer service told us about the different recommendations and what was delicious. I ordered the barbecue brisket without the spicy mustard and also a cheeseburger with egg a large fry. No extra The reason why I'm giving them five stars is because of the excellent customer service by the hostess and the cashier. The barbecue brisket was very good and so was the burger the downfall were the fries not sure why the fries were really cremated. We took it to go so I was not going to turn around and bring them back. That's my only complaint the fries were too well done I'll dress this if I go back again, another positive is they do offer military discount just show ID I spoke with the manager she says as long as you have ID, they will provide their consumers with a military discount same Leal, but more cheerful colors as they are new burger joint in the area highly recommend this enjoy. read more

The sit down restaurant looks very nice but have not tried it yet I've had the stand burger twice, fries and onion rings Stand burger on pretzel bun with blue cheese is excellent. Cheaper than grub. Still pricy but for the flavor, quality and variety of ingredients worth it if you want to splurge on a quality burger Fries were thick cut steak fries which were good but average Onion rings were tasty. Customer service is really awesome here my hats off to the team. The big blue burger was really good, I had it medium and let me tell you all the ingredients used tasted really fresh! The kale crunch salad tastes so good you can barely tell you're eating kale! The grand stand sandwich was so good! What we're not showing in the picture is the chili cheese fries and the Mac and cheese both also were good! The Mac and cheese was a little too runny for me. The chili fries are good. The price is really comparable to other restaurants in Whittier. Definitely a step up from the previous place here. I typically DoorDash from the Irvine location, but this was a first for me & my bf when we came to this Whittier location. The food was delicious as always.
