Great burgers. I have been there 2 times since they opened about 2 years ago. The burgers are unique and they are delish. 5 stars for the food. Price is super high. $16.00 for just the burger. The sides are high as well. The service is great and friendly so no complaints there. I would go more often if the price was not so high. Delicious! Only thing you should know is do not order through grubhub. It's best if you can drive there and order directly. I ordered through grubhub (currently 9 months pregnant and very uncomfortable) and looked at their menu online the next day because I was telling a coworker about it...and I see I paid almost 20 dollars difference (on top of *other fees, tax and tip). But the food was delicious. The cheesy fried pickles were so yummy and the berry hill salad was amazing! I added chicken to it and it was cooked perfectly! Not too tough or chewy, not undercooked. I would give 5 stars but two are gone because the person who took our order WAS SO rude... she had really curly hair but didn't catch her name. My mom asked for a glass of wine and my mom said thank you and she just said "yeah" She was very short never said thank you and when my mom set her wine glass down to give back to her she grabbed it so aggressively. Third Degree has great burgers and sandwiches, and even offers the option of a gluten free bun! Love the ambiance of the outdoor eating area, and all the interesting beverage choices. They also give you a little buzzer dealio so you can shop at the other vendors or relax at a table while waiting for your food, then get notified when it's ready. read more

This place is really good. My son is super picky and they delivered. His burger was amazing, (meat, bacon and ketchup). Even I really liked it. I got the ABC burger. Good ratio of meat and bun. I stumbled across this restaurant while wandering around the shops nearby. We used to come to Berry Hill a long time ago when it was located around the Park downtown and loved it, so we were excited to see The Third Degree still lived up to our memory of delicious food. I ordered a salmon sandwich on a brioche bun. It came with a caper aioli, which I was nervous I might not like, so they kindly gave it to me on the side. The brioche bun was bakery-fresh and buttery. The salmon was cooked perfectly, not overdone or undercooked, and the bacon surprisingly complimented the fish well. I even ended up putting the caper aioli on because it went so well with the fish and was not too heavy. Would definitely recommend this sandwich if you are a fan of salmon! I'm so happy to have found The Third Degree and would definitely recommend it to someone who wants a quick but delicious lunch! read more

Well I would have given 4-5 stars for this place but unfortunately the unwelcoming vibe at the counter when ordering just about sent me to eat somewhere else. If looks could kill I wouldn't have been able to enjoy my meal. Not a very pleasant young lady working today when I went this late afternoon. Did not greet me, when i said hi, i just got a blank stare like just order. Tried to make conversation by saying oh geez was gonna get a simple burger but now I want something more. Again blank stare. Took my order and that was that. Then my order was done and got put up, she walked looked at it then was about to sit and looked at me as I'm looking to see what she's gonna do and got a slight eye roll and she went ahead to get it together. Placed it on the counter and that was that. I'm sorry but I'm one that looks for places that have good, friendly, and welcoming employees then of course great food. But unfortunately she kinda ruined this first experience here. It was not busy AT ALL, I was the only person waiting. So if you don't mind dealing with that type of individual then enjoy the food it is delicious. Hopefully she's not the only front worker. So maybe I'll wait to see if I can get a different person. We ordered a burger and the Pastrami Ruben sandwich, but substituted turkey, which they honored with no issue at all. We knew everything is a la carte so we knew our orders did not come with fries, etc. Which was good as I was too stuffed to eat fries! My sandwich was amazing! Lots of thinly sliced house roasted turkey, sauerkraut, thousand dressing and perfect grilled rye. It literally was in my top 5 sandwiches of all times. Came here for lunch today and ordered the chicken orzo salad. The ingredients that were included were high quality and tasty, but they left out the tomatoes, which is sort of a highlight of a salad in my opinion, especially during peak tomato season. It wasn't very busy (nobody in line in front or behind us), so I don't really see there being a good excuse to omit a key ingredient of a salad. We split a generous Reuben sandwich which was loaded with meat served on a beautiful swirled rye with all of the umami that comes with pastrami. The sandwich was tasty. Note the dates on the 2-star reviews - clearly they had some teething problems at startup in late '20 and early '21, which appear to have been rectified by late '22. If you are going to pay $15 for a designer burger, it should be special. And Third Degree delivers. Excellent doneness to the patties - a good grind of a good selection of beef, with just the right amount of pink on the patty. I got the bacon burger, which came with only two strips, but they were the thick kind, so that's fair. Bun is buttery and toothsome, lettuce is crisp Romaine, and tomato was flavorful, not a tasteless waterbomb. The DW was pleased by the cream-cheese-jalapeno-stuffed burger, which brings just the right amount of heat to be flavorful. Fries stayed crisp in the box for the five-minute walk home - which is saying something as most fries instantly turn into a steamy, soggy mess as soon as you put them in a closed container. Also, our VRBO had no condiments in the pantry, so when I asked for extras from the cashier, she loaded us up with enough to take care of us for days! Great customer service. The only downside, which can't really be helped in a place that is essentially a one-chef galley kitchen, is if you arrive when there is a surge of customers, you could be waiting a while for your meal. So take your pager, walk 30 paces to the right, and order a glass of GSM from the excellent wine bar. read more

Inside Paso Market which is a cool place we had never been to before. The hot chicken honey jalapeño sandwich and fries were quite good. The meal was on the pricey side; $15 for a medium sized sandwich, fries were hot and crispy for $5 extra and were a fair portion but for a $15 sandwich we feel fries should have been included.
