This is ridiculous!! Additionally, she argues with the patron that they don't have beef when the menu clearly says they do. Great customer service is ensuring the patron received what they pay for and have a great experience. This service was PURE D Trash!! On the flip side these beignets taste like old grease.

The tuna may have been grilled as advertised, but there was no evidence of it, and there was absolutely no taste to it. I would have expected there to be some seasoning, but again, no evidence. The green beans were so crunchy they might as well have been fresh-picked and the sauce over the snow peas was so tasteless, Ranch dressing would have been a huge improvement. I could only eat one, and I really like snow peas. Until they get a better chef, I will not be returning.

Wonderful for Groups & Exceptional Service! Our ladies ministry group from FaithWalk Church recently visited The Union Kitchen for one of our fellowship gatherings, and overall, we had such a wonderful experience! When I arrived, the restaurant itself was BUSY and buzzing, but our group had reserved a private room, which ended up being absolutely perfect for what we needed. We had approximately 25 ladies, and the room gave us plenty of space to enjoy our meal while also having our ministry fellowship and even doing a few icebreaker activities. We were tucked away enough to have privacy without feeling disconnected from the restaurant. One thing I really appreciated was that the music inside the private room could be adjusted separately from the rest of the restaurant. Because we were having a program and needed to hear one another, we asked if they could turn it down, and the staff immediately took care of it. That level of accommodation made a big difference for our event. Now, let me give a HUGE shout-out to our waitress! She was AMAZING. She handled almost our entire group of approximately 25 ladies herself! A manager and a couple of other team members stepped in briefly to assist, but she truly managed our table beautifully. She was attentive, pleasant, organized, and never made us feel rushed. Taking care of a group that large is no small task, and she did an excellent job. As for the food, everyone around me seemed to really enjoy their meals. I ordered the crab cakes, and this is probably the one thing I personally would not order again. They were very different from the traditional crab cakes I was expecting. The base was much more bread-forward, almost reminding me of a cornbread or dressing-style texture, with the crab inside being much more subtle than I anticipated. The cakes were also topped with a creamy/buttery-style sauce, visible crab meat, and capers, so they were more of a smothered or deconstructed take on crab cakes rather than the traditional version I had pictured. That may be exactly what someone else loves, so I wouldn't necessarily call them bad, they just weren't for me. I do think having a really detailed description on the menu would be helpful because if you're expecting a traditional crab cake, this is definitely something different. NOW...those onion rings?! SUPERB! I ordered them as a side, and I would absolutely order those again. They were delicious! But honestly, what stood out most about our visit was how well The Union Kitchen accommodated our group. We were able to fellowship, laugh, play games, enjoy our meal, take our time, and never once feel like the staff was trying to rush us out. They even helped take a group picture of us at the end, which was such a nice touch. For anyone planning a women's gathering, ministry fellowship, birthday celebration, meeting, or other group event, I would definitely recommend considering their private room. It worked wonderfully for our group of about 25. Great atmosphere, excellent accommodations, and truly wonderful service. Our ladies had a beautiful afternoon together, and The Union Kitchen provided the perfect space for it. I'll definitely return... We were at a professional dinner meeting and training at this lovely restaurant. Brett, our waiter, was incredible. He was friendly, accurate, helpful when I needed to order non-sllergic ingredients. He went above and beyond by volunteering to take pictures of the group. The food was delicious. The room we met and ate in was comfortable and pretty. The entire restaurant was attractive and comfortable. Since we arrived early, we sat at the var for some wine. The server there was also friendly, helpful with drink selection, and nice to talk to. I ordered the Snapper Hemingway, which was delicious, light, and perfectly cooked. The Bang Bang Shrimp had the perfect amount of heat, and the Lobster Bisque was rich and comforting. Our friends enjoyed their dishes as well--the Hummus Appetizer was fresh and flavorful, the Blackened Redfish Orleans had amazing seasoning and great spice, and the Greek Wrap was a hit with its bright, clean flavors. Fantastic!! We met for my mom's birthday and dispute our larger party, the service was OUTSTANDING! We had the Lobster Potstickers and Crispy Kraken as appetizers. Both were DELISH! Mom ordered a Cosmopolitan which was top notch (and she's particularly ). Our babes spilt the pizza and fettuccine and the kitchen was awesome enough the split their plates in the kitchen! As soon as we received our drinks a manager approached our table and let us sample a order of beignets. Needless to say they were delicious and we ordered a second order for the table. However it was only me and two other customers present so the lack of customer service was disappointing given it was a Tuesday special advertised by the restaurant. I will also note while the Steak was great the sides were unseasoned and lacked flavor. It came with 2 crispy honey covered bacon. Yum! For mains, we ordered the NY strip (upgrade), slice filet mignon with mushrooms (upgrade) and salmon. The NY strip was really good... probable the best steak I've had during this year's HRW. Definitely worth the upgrade. It was cooked perfectly for mei rare. The filet mignon and salmon were also delicious but didn't get to try them. They brought creamed spinach and mashed potatoes for the table. Pretty filling. We had some leftovers. For dessert, we each ordered different things like cheesecake, expresso chocolate cake and crème brûlée. The flourless chocolate cake is for chocolate lovers. Can't go wrong! The cheesecake and crème brûlée was yummy as well so can't go wrong whatever you choose. Ambiance is dark and is a fine dining restaurant so need to dress up a bit. Staff was great and often coming by to check on us including the manager. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to go for HRW.

The food is fake, you can tell the egg whites are a tinge, yellow, iit's a sign that the eggs are not real, the inside were only teeny slices of zucchini and teeny slices of carrot. They were damp and watery and not consistent with the omelette I had six months ago, and years prior. . However, I said, let me give it a chance again , maybe they ran out of whatever veggies were always in the omelette and substituted for those instead. But, no, they just changed their menu. They change the way they cook. It's all gone downhill. Well across from me sat other people that were also complaining about their food , three tables behind me to my left a couple was also complaining about their food. No Joke! That says a lot. Lumberjack breakfast and chicken and waffles, the waffle was pretty average and the chicken had some good crunch but pretty average. I got a side of potatoes because they are always good, without them it would have been an average breakfast. I'll come back and try the biscuits and gravy.

Pretty tasty dish as you get chicken breast three ways (marsala, tuscan, and some other one I can't remember). The penne is basic penne w/ tomato sauce that tasted like it was store-bought but the star of course is the chicken which is solid. My girlfriend got the eggplant parmesan (her go-to) while her mother decided on the salmon instead of the pork chop due to a dental issue. The salmon was tender and she enjoyed it. Chain restaurants are hit or miss; depends on the location and who's managing it. Looks like this one is managed well as we enjoyed our dining experience here and I'm proud I popped my Carrabba's cherry at this location.
