The employees here are excellent. They're friendly, knowledgable and they are very good at dealing with long lines and crowds. This location is an Amazon return center. Just looking at the boxes of returns, you can tell, the store is overwhelmed with Amazon returns. I dont use the location to ship UPS packages since my company has a UPS Account and i can print Pre-paid labels but I do drop my packages off here now that UPS got rid of the local drop boxes. Employees have no problem scanning the packages and giving you a receipt. read more

This is the best UPS store in the area. I can't understand the negative reviews. There is hardly ever a wait. The people that work there are super friendly and helpful. They were closed one day and I went to the one on Hillsboro in Deerfield, which was a big mistake. Guy totally ripped me off. I visited this store to ship an overnight medical kit to my son, and to have an estate document notarized. The package was not delivered and court rejected the notary stamp because it was illegible. 1) the missing package I started by tracking the package, and reaching out to ups online. I was told that I must contact the original shipping center to start an investigation. I called this store and was specifically told "what you pay for is for it to leave our store, not to be delivered". I hadn't mentioned a refund! I just wanted help tracking the package. They took my information and told me someone ups call me, and I was also told to call corporate. I called corporate and was once again told to follow up at the original center. No one from the store ever called me back. After several days of waiting, I drove from my home in Fort Lauderdale back to the store, showed them the information from corporate and left my number for the owner or manager. Again it's been 4 days and no one has called me back. 2) the notary As I mentioned the notary stamp we paid for was rejected by the Palm Beach Court. I showed the clerk at the store the stamp which was so faint it was illegible, and the e-mail from the attorney stating it was rejected. He re-stamped and charged me! I'll update if I ever hear back from this store. read more

This is worse customer service ever! Please teach your employees, give them training! When you are attending a customer, don't stop and go do other stuff with other people, finish what you are doing with that customer. They are super lost and try to do multiple things at the same time, don't get anything done. 2 people just walked out on them. I'll avoid this location at all cost, will use FedEx next time, they know what they are doing there. I ship weekly about 40-60 packages, this is crazy bad service here. read more

Dropped off a box with a return label to UGG. The shoes disappeared and nobody knows where my box went. It was literally stolen. So many people complain about this location and now I know the reason. The sad thing is, they are blaming United States post office instead of taking responsibility for the item stolen in their store. Charged me $60.00 for 2 next day delivery on Thursday the 22nd at 9:20 am, my envelope didn't reach destination until Monday. The envelope contains travel sensitive documents for my cat for an overseas trip. I called the store and I was told that she never seen this late, that because covid they are running behind and I was told: LIES! I would've gone somewhere else if not guaranteed for what I paid for. Be very careful of this store. I brought a framed lithograph in on Nov 20 to be shipped to me in Arizona. I tracked the package today Nov 29 as it was not delivered. UPS claims they never received the package. I paid 147 dollars for packing and shipping and UPS says they never received it. So what happened to the lithograph. UPS is investigating. I called the store and got nothing more than UPS is investigating. What do I have for my 147 dollars? A receipt and a tracking number. What happened to my lithograph? Was it packaged? Was it ever given to UPS as promised. Only time will te UPDATE: i was never offered insurance beyond 100 dollars. The package finally arrived on November 11th, having taken 3 weeks. The store kept telling me they did not have the package and UPS kept saying they did not have the package. NO CALLS TO ME BY THIS STORE TO TELL ME THEY SHIPPED THE PACKAGE. The package contained framed art work, the glass arrived broke , shattered. While it appeared to be packed well the stickers on the box that said "handle with care" meant nothing. BOW UPS WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE. Don't ship with UPS! UPS customer service told me to contact the store regarding my damage claim. This store is yet to respond back to my calls. There were two young men working there on 4/13 at 5:11pm. The longer haired one was polite and professional. There shorter haired one was rude and insulting. He could not find my packaged and said, "No luck, dog." I told him that I do not respond to insults and I want to be addressed in professional manner. I asked him to please get my package and he begrudgingly went to back and pretended to be moving boxes to find mine. I told him that it weighs 1/2 lb so it should be small and slender. I could hear him muttering to himself. He came back and told me that it's not there. The longer haired young man was busy assisting other customers. I asked the shorter haired young man to please help me out and he shrugged his shoulders. I realize this is a minimum wage job but don't take it out on your customers. I asked once again for what the next steps are if they cannot locate my package, he then started insulting me in Spanish under his breath. I'm bilingual so I immediately called him out on it. He then became more confrontational and invaded my personal space -- like he wanted a physical altercation. I don't know if this young man is always this belligerent or he was on drugs today. I asked for the manager, he told me there's no manager. Whomever owns this store, please contact me. You have a loose cannon working for you who will eventually bring you legal problems. I refuse to ever patronize this store. He told me to "fuck off" as I left the store. I will contact UPS directly as well. This is not representative of the UPS brand. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. If at all possible, use the actual UPS distribution center overall. No disrespect to the staff but most are young and are just doing what they're told. And from my experience that isn't more than learning the POS system. If you are shipping anything breakable, worth money or furniture DO NOT buy insurance. After purchasing hundreds of dollars worth of insurance and 5 boxes later I'm informed insurance doesn't do squat if anything happens to the packed items in transit, even if they pack it. The stores don't tell you this because the staff isn't informed and they just want more money, stores that are already overpriced by 20% compared to the distribution center. Convenience, small items, I get it but not anything breakable or of value. Five boxes shipped with breakable items. Four boxes delivered with several items shattered and one box almost completely ripped open on one side. Almost a month later and several phone calls to the 'manager' I'm still waiting for her to return my call regarding my claim. The thing I've learned and want to share is pack and double pack very well. Once your items leave your hands it is now completely out of your hands if anything goes wrong. And the sad part any part of shipping, facilities or transit, is all the same...and we pay for this. I'll update if I ever get a call in regard to my claim...but not holding my breath. read more

I had to get some estate documents notarized and made an appointment for this location. I received two email confirmations. I went to the location today at 10 a.m., on time for my appointment, only to be told the person who is the notary only works from 12-630. The person working the desk said: "yes, we see the appointments come in, but no one is here now. He comes in at 12." When I tried to show her the confirmation, she said, "Yeah, we know." Why does your system allow appointments when staff isn't there? And why is your staff trained not to tell a manager to fix the appointment system? I went to the St. Andrews location and was waited on immediately with no appointment. This branch needs major customer service training. read more

Rude. Snappy. No smiles. This describes the woman with short brown hair at the front desk with zero customer service skills. Wasn't asked how I wanted my package boxed or shipped. She boxed it and told me it would be $27 to send my package, and it would take 10 days to arrive. I told her that was too much, I think I will use the Post Office. Then she tried to charge me $6 for the box I never asked for! Upset, I told her that was absurd and I wouldn't pay. I was then given a moral commentary on how I shouldn't be getting upset. This UPS store and owner are terrific! I never write reviews but in this case I want to share how professional, trustworthy and efficient this UPS store and owner are. (And I have used for business and personal many UPS stores in the past). I stopped in the store to buy supplies (boxes, bubble wrap, tape, etc.) to pack up a lot of things, including my mother's expensive fragile items - vases, porcelain, and glass framed pictures. I found out that this UPS store can come to your home and do the packing for you, bringing with them a choice of box sizes and materials. At first I was cautious about that idea (being alone in the house) but felt okay with the owner. Well he came over and he was so professional and upbeat. He helped figure out what sizes and supplies were best for the different items, and worked very quickly. (I realized it would have taken me a very long time to do it myself). On December 8, 2016 I took two cartons into the UPS Store and shipped them to a person in Scottsdale, Arizona. The two cartons were packed by me and cost $230.00 to ship them. The manager, Ryan told me that they would arrive within ten days. The larger of the two cartons was severely damaged (due to shipping) and the contents arrived broken. Calling UPS directed me to security and eventually Franchise Corporate Head quarters. When I talked to these people I complained about the service and they confirmed they would try to get me satisfaction. Ryan, the manager of the store kept giving me excuses for delaying a response on the reimbursement of the check that was to be sent. After all is said and done, the check for the damaged carton's contents was received - $100.00 but the $122.74 shipping charge they absolutely refused to refund. I think that the people working in this store are trained to make their customers feel unimportant and they make a point of doing nothing to help resolve a problem. I would not recommend using this store for shipping anything. In fact I would not recommend this UPS store for anything. They are nasty, not caring and frankly "don't give a hoot" about the customer.
