This is my favorite go to UPS Store. There is ample parking - both street parking as well as a small free lot in the back. There are multiple people working at all times so service is good and the wait is not very long, and not to mention the people are always so nice and helpful! Wow, to be in a real professional kind efficient BOX place that can also handle shipping is a dream! (not to mention notarizing, packaging, laminating, printing...) Previously I was at Mail Boxes Etc at 827 Hollywood way in Burbank (see my review) for 32 years. Mark was great! But the new owner Dee can be insane and abusive. She seems to be bi-polar as some reviewers said she was great and others had my experience. (see the video in my review). It was a blessing in disguise to come to this place with sane competent people who never lose stuff! A package comes in, I get a text, when i show up there is a slip in my box and they are polite and my mail is always easily found. Its fabulous!! I think I had a bit of PTSD from the previous place. I've now had multiple return and outgoing packages vanish after dropping them off here, despite always getting a receipt and tracking number. Each time I follow up, the staff acts annoyed, blames "the system," and refuses to take responsibility or even file a proper claim. I've lost important shipments and spent hours on hold trying to get answers--only to be met with eye‑rolls and zero solutions in person. Do yourself a favor and never go to this location! read more

I will not be returning to this location. A staff member named Sako made me extremely uncomfortable constantly flirting and making inappropriate comments while "helping" me. This location isn't really helpful with the problem I came across. The sales associate was very helpful but when it came to the Manager, it was like talking to a wall and I still needed to talk to Billing instead to dispute. My packages were to arrive Friday for a Sat event and the UPS store out in San Jose didn't make full attempt nor communicate to deliver it on time. They took it upon themselves to deliver it on Mon since their delivery warehouse was closed on weekends. The packages were meant for Sat! Now they want to tell me I can't get a refund when this was out of my hands and their wrong doing. Now I have to call billing to dispute. This location wasn't helpful at all. read more

I had to return a purchase I did on line and I had to ship it via UPS. So I went to this place - it seemed close to where I live. Parking is pretty difficult, it has a tiny lot behind. You can get a spot if you're lucky. I guess I was. Otherwise, metered street parking, Toluca Lake is kinda tough in terms of street parking. Make sure you don't step inside the USPS next door by mistake (like I did). The UPS store is tiny, crammed, customer service is just OK. Bit of a hassle, but no major issues. read more

It was kinda busy and Jesus jumped over to me and got to me within me being in the store for less than 40 seconds. Jesus was super friendly, super professional and understood that my package required extra pampering so that it arrived in perfect condition to its destination. Got there early today and was outside waiting for them to open (was also first one in line). The silly customer service girl inside just waves all the way from the inside for people to come in. Couldn't be bothered to walk up to the door and just tell us to come in. I say this because it was difficult to look inside with the sun hitting the windows and having a mirror effect. Really? UPS! UPS! UPS! I really don't expect a lot when I enter these establishments ... just be clean and courteous and I am A-OK! The office was small and extremely cluttered, luckily it was empty, or that could have been an uncomfortable wait. The Reps were nice and polite. Parking was extremely brutal, There is meter parking in the front and a few spots in the back of the store. I got lucky to get a spot as someone was leaving, but there were several cars circling for spots. Would come back if in a rush and in the area, but not making the effort. read more

They are so really rude employees working there who just because they are lazy or their shift is almost over tell people they don't want to take care of them. Hey! It's ok! Last Tuesday was my 7th visit to this branch which I have used primarily for sending legal documents and other important papers !! As always service was quick, cheerful and efficient. I have always loved this store and the customer service. I've only been there once since the COVID-19 and won't go back until there's a vaccine. I don't see the point of everyone in line wearing a mask and everyone behind the counter wearing a mask when one individual running all over the place behind the counter is not wearing a mask. He may be the one carrying the virus and not know it. I thanked the person waiting on me for wearing a mask. The individual not wearing the mask was standing right next to him and had that usual smirk on his face like many who don't wear masks do who think they're above all of this and don't care about you, only themselves.
