Went to the UPS store to mail a return to Amazon which was super convenient. There were 2 guys working there tonight (Friday) and they were about to close. I was with my 2 kids who found a PO box with the number 9 3/4 on it and went crazy. The 2 UPS workers were SUPER COOL and could not have been nicer to my kids. Apparently they only service certain people here if I could I'd give them negative stars. I just purchased boxes to move from the ups literally five miles away, on my way to work today I brought them to this location five from my house. What was insulting was he was judgy and asked where i purchased them. Then when i popped the receipt out I was convenietly told that even though I had a receipt and also my debit card I could not return the boxes because it was purchased with debit card. No where did it say that this isn't possible nor did he say any reason to why I couldn't return these. I Will be writing corporate about my treatment. read more

This UPS store is very small but it still offers all the services you would need. There was only one person in the store. He was able to cater to everyone in the store including me all at once. I was in and out in less then 20 minutes! Another major plus it is open for a few hours on Sundays! If I am in the area and in dire need of a printer I will be back! read more

The UPS Store in Toluca Lake has been our small business address since 1998. Ron and crew have consistently provided A+ customer service from day one. As most busy people, we are never home during the day so we use The UPS Store to receive and sign for all our deliveries. And not just boxes. From Amazon to Walmart, they have received and signed for bulky and usual items including: hot tub covers, pool equipment, giant telescopes, pet crates, sporting and camping equipment, etc. Very responsive and quick to remedy any issues, which have been few and far between. And, they're great if you call inquiring about an important package or letter, and if it's arrived, saving time and energy. They're experts at packing too, saving the hassle of getting bubble wrap and those foam packaging "peanuts" when you want to send "stuff". Even if you don't have a small business, but still have a busy schedule, it's the best way to thwart those dreadful porch pirates by having all your online purchases shipped to The UPS Store where they'll be safe and sound. They also have office supplies, stamps, etc so you can avoid the dreaded lines at the post office. read more

You know service is really bad when you have to create a yelp account... We paid a large sum of money for overnight shipping to Canada of a charger for a medical device. The workers at this UPS location put an arbitrary and expensive dollar value on it, which caused a tax to be added to the package and getting it stuck with customs. This kept it from being delivered until days after what we paid for. I had to assist a coworker in dealing with this package because of how large a mess up it was. After hours on the phone with different UPS stores and corporate offices, I can say without a doubt that the people who work here are rude and careless. Every OTHER UPS store and employee handled themselves with the utmost professionalism. After an hour figuring out the issue with corporate, I called this location. They were extremely harsh and unhelpful. For example: They immediately blamed my coworker and pushed me off the phone saying they would handle it. When my coworker (who actually mailed the package) went in person to try and resolve the situation, he was also made to feel uncomfortable as they whispered to each other about us in front of him. They didn't resolve the issue after the first day of trying, so I called back the next day. Once again, they were immediately hostel. When I insisted they deal with this urgent matter, they mocked me and eventually implied that I was a bitch. I then asked for their full name and to speak to a manager, the phone went dead... I've never dealt with worse customer service in my life. We can all get heated, but a company that you're paying should ever speak to you this way, especially when they mess up. After this, I spent an hour on the phone with UPS corporate and they finally resolved everything while being kind and honest. We will never be using this location again. read more

I had them ship my grandmother's dishes to different sets of cousins in separate shipments and they did an incredible job. I had an awesome experience at this place! The staff was very helpful, they provided me with a tape gun, gave me advice on how to save money and helped me pack. I also had to print labels and they made it easy by having me email the labels to them and printing it. I am from San Francisco and had to do the exact thing there the month before. Ripoff warning. One black and white photo copy is $2. And they don't even have that posted on machine or tell u before. Just 'oh well that's the minimum' after they tell u 'just use machine over there and use ur card' jerks for sure. Kinkos Office Depot staples u do the exact same thing on card and it's 15 cents. But these guys love rippin off the elderly folks in that area I guess. If U want to pay 10x higher prices on shipping supplies and even more for office supplies or copies then go to this place. They take advantage of people since it is right next to the post office, sad shame. I do to mind paying for convenience etc but don't swindle and then play the dumb card after like "oh yeah sorry" and don't even offer to change it or refund. And it's not high school kids workin there that are just careless. It's supposed professionals and mature knowledgeable staff. I am only giving this store a two star because they have good quality built boxes for sale. Be warned when you ship using the UPS Store brand boxes, the dimensions of the box is printed on the bottom of the box and this store will charge you more than the demensions printed because they say the printing on the box is the interior demensions not the exterior dimensions this store will charge you one inch more which in my case was a lot more money. I called FedEx and asked them what demensions I should put on their packing slips and they told me to put either the printed dimensions that are on the box or I could measure the box myself. I can never ship by UPS again unless one of my clients has their own account with UPS. The price difference on my package for two day air was quoted at $83.00 and with FedEx same package same weight was $53.00. FedEx has better prices for shipping and uses common sense. read more

Lost a very expensive package that I paid for and placed in the hands of an employee who told me I was all set, and when I called to inquire where said package might be after tracking wasn't coming up online, I received a ridiculous amount of attitude and rudeness from whatever employee took seven rings to answer the phone, basically blaming me for the loss of my package. I will NEVER NEVER set foot in this location again. read more

They don't seem to know what they're doing there. Their tracking system is a mess. To look for an order they sifted through piles of papers for 15 minutes, searching for the right one. They didn't listen to me say I wanted it shipped overnight, and it got there 5 days late. Their computers were down and they expected me to go get cash to pay for it. Go to a professional place where they know what they're doing instead. read more

Love this place...I've used them for notary services several times (wonderful, fast service and only $10 per signature) and I have shipped with them also..sometimes they are a little under staffed and you have to wait (usually waiting behind customers who do not pre plan for shipping before they get there), but the service and staff are excellent. read more
