I would love to give this store for 3.5 stars, but since the Yelp don't allow give 0.5 star. So 3 stars should be fair too. Just went to get my paper work print out and found out their copy machine don't take USB even though there's USB port on the machine....., and turn out I need to use computer to print out my work, of course there have small amount of Charge $5 for 15mins..., it seems fair but spend $5 for 5 mins use of computer kinda wasting of money in my opinion. If you need the staff print out your paper work, you HAVE TO Send your work to them by Email first, then they will print out for you....wow! I really speechless... So be honors for you who just want to print out the paper works from your USB I would recommend to go to "Kinkos FedEx" Store, it's easy and fast, computer, Yes they do have too, and more privacy on each one! Staff can also print out for you as well "Without sending to them first" So I guess the business owner have to come out some good idea regarding for the printing option read more

Trying to return an Amazon order. The only option was to take the return to the amazon store. The return was about the size of a CD and in a sealed envelope. The clerk at UPS said he'd print out the return label for me for $1 and said I needed to buy one of their envelopes for another $1. The return itself was like $5. Just crazy, nickel an diming. I'm annoyed this was even a return option for Amazon. read more

I never post reviews but felt this was needed: Robert just provided the BEST customer service I have ever experienced at any shipping facility! He took the time to help me find the exact sizing I needed for a large shipment, carefully packaged my uniquely sized items to help ensure they arrive to their destination safely, and did it all with a smile. The store was busy and he still took the time to greet every person who came through the door while helping me as well. Damn I came to ship some yeezys. All I needed was a box and to print the label. To print the label that was paid already with them was 1$ and a box not to big was 12$!! Are you serious? So 12$ for a box. Plus shipping cost another 10$ That's 22$ to ship shoes that weight maybe couple pounds total. I don't recommend buying a box here. Just come with it packed up already! My mistake! Low stars cause it's a rip UPDATE: The workers here are super chill The girl that always helps me is cool. Only reason I left a bad review before was cause the cost for a empty box was way to high. I used to go to this store all the time. No problems. I had an issue with shipping a package to my daughter internationally. This store did not help at all or give me suggestions on who to talk to in the destination country. It seems like once the package leaves the store, there's no help after that if something goes wrong. Very unhappy. Will not be using this place for my shipping needs anymore. read more

Dropped of 4 different package types at different times with days/weeks in between; they've scanned the packages but never reached the UPS trucks. They are all now lost. Will not be dropping off here any longer and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone else. Had to go through the process of 'waiting a couple days' (as advised by UPS) to see if the tracking updates, filing a lost package claim (wait time could be 7-10 business days), finalizing claim, and finally getting the approved claim issued. Bad for business and sending packages to family. All took about 14 business days for each package to be issued a claim, all while my customer/receivers are checking up on it daily as well. This has not happened any other UPS store.. I will be using another UPS store from now on... read more

most of the time it great. the staff let me roll the dolly full with my boxes to the back. this one older man alway stop me and call out "no no no" then grab the dolly then pull it much faster then I moving it. he the only one does this when ever he here. it seen there was no problem when I open the door with one hand and angle the dolly one with the other hand inside, which is a lot harder then rolling it to the back. does he do this to other people too? the reason it not lower stars is because other staff is very nice. read more

***DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGES HERE THEY STEAL THEM** I dropped of 4 pairs of shoes and only 2 made It to the destination point. The other 2 were never picked up by the UPS driver from the facility which is what UPS CUSTOMER CARE said. The employees stated that there's an internal thief for high valued shoes no reaching the destination.. funny thing is that I never said they were shoes all I said was packages. So packages are being dropped off, scanned but some how not gettin picked up by the UPS driver when they collect It from the UPS store. read more

I always have lots of packages to send out because of my job. The owner of the store is super nice and friendly. When they have two people working, one of them would offer to go outside and help me carry in the packages. I have never had this kind of service offered to me at the UPS store in Chino Hills near Costco. In fact, they would not accept all of my packages. I had to go to another UPS store to drop it off. Because of this reason, I found this UPS store in Chino and absolutely love the services there. I would highly recommend this UPS store to anyone who wants good service. Needed to get my fingerprints scanned and the machine was not taking any. Tried all the techniques shown in the demonstration video and nothing worked. The workers didn't provide any assistance other than asking the most obvious questions. "Oh it's not taking your fingerprints", as I'd been standing there for about 45 min trying and trying. Then the head of store decided to give me a wet wipe to dry my hands with? Left frustrated and without my fingerprints scanned. read more
