Beware of Hidden Charges!! Wish I could leave a good review but when a store is not transparent about its business practices it does not sit well with me. My wife went in to buy stamps not knowing the cost of stamps. She was charged $12.50 for a book of 20 stamps which retails for $9.80 that's a 28% up charge. I don't have a problem with a business charging more for providing a service but at the very least be honest and upfront with your customers. There was no mention of the additional charge at anytime and it was not shown on the receipt as a separate itemized item. My wife called and spoke to the Manager "Robert" he was nice but never addressed my wife's question which was "if you are going to charge more for stamps you should at the very least let the customer know that there is a convenience charge" his response "we are not going to tell our customers our profit" not hard to figure out! Bottom line he should have offered an apology and a refund for the difference for not disclosing the additional charges to an unknowing customer. read more

I had gone in there to mail a package out to my brother in law whose in the military between my mother in law and I we had 3 boxes and we just didn't know how to mail them out for them to get to him on time for his bday , then we had purchased the wrong boxes and it was a disaster, since we arrived the whole team was very helpful and nice but in particular it was Caroline she was already off her shift and left home when all of a sudden she comes back because she had a great idea on how we would be able to send our packages and sure enough it worked ! DO NOT use their Notary!!! Our escrow couldn't use their stamp because it was bleeding and we had to take it elsewhere and it held up our escrow process. Not only was the manager rude and denying it wasnt accepted he REFUSED to give our money back! Never coming back here again. $30 wasted! read more

Worst service at this location compared to all the other UPS stores I've been to. I traveled from Orange county to get a form notarized from this location and apparently the notary left early and they still had 2 hours until they closed. No customer service at all, all they said is there is nothing we can do... I had to travel farther to the UPS store location on Archibald where I received great customer service. read more

I'd like to start off by noting that while I read Yelp reviews before doing business or hiring people and/or companies I must admit that I have only left a handful of Yelp reviews in my life. They were either really negative and mostly a warning to the public OR because I was so impressed that I had to say something and this review is exactly the latter!! The manager, Silvia, rocks! Period! She upsold me and then when I tried being a cheap skate and inquired about less costly shipping methods for my items I realized Silvia had knowledge I was not considering. As it turns out, she wasn't upwelling me at all. In fact, she was only suggesting the best most cost effective methods that she must have picked after paying close attention to when I was talking to her about what and when I needed the items to arrive by. Either that or she's a clairvoyant! Either way I use this store often and not once have I had an unpleasant experience. Keep up the great work everyone! read more

Visited this UPS location on 04/07 to send a package out. The transaction was great and I was helped by Eli. Eli provided me with receipt information and a tracking number! Two days later the package that was meant to be sent to a different city showed up at my door step. I was surprised to have this familiar package in my hands again. I went to the local UPS store and when I explained my situation the cashier turned to his manager. The manager explained that because I signed that it was my fault that the package got sent back to my house. I asked if there was anything she can do for the inconvenience because obviously I did not want to send the package to myself she replied, "you can pay for shipping again and I can ship it for you." SYLVIA the manager needs to take a class in customer service. I explained to SYLVIA instead I would like to call into customer service through corporate and go that route if she is not willing to help me. SYLVIA replied okay sounds good. I spoke to a customer service representative that said to go back into the store and they will re ship it for free. When I went back to the local store for the 3RD TIME for the same package SYLVIA explained they are franchise ran and they do not answer to UPS corporate. I asked her why she couldn't have just told me from the beginning? That would of been some great information to know and saved me a lot of time. After reading others reviews I should have known better than to use this ups store. Dropped a package off last month that never got scanned past this location. When I called they blamed me for not taping it well, I've sent numerous packages and had no issue. I tried again and now a second package hasn't made it through the scan at this location. I would seriously consider using a different location if you need your package to arrive. read more

At first I would drop off my packages at this location and nothing would ever go wrong until Christmas time of 2017. I don't know if they hired a thief or someone who doesn't know how to keep packages safe but I have lost 4 packages from December of 2017 to March of 2018. I do not recommend dropping your packages here, they will be stolen. The do not even reach the ups truck. read more

Great customer service and very personable! It is worth it to me to drive from my home in Glendora to Robert's store.
