Based on my previous few experiences at this location, the quality of your visit will vary greatly depending on the mood of the ladies behind the counter (it's almost always the same two of them). The first time I had a package to mail, they were very friendly and nice. However, the second time, I sent my bf to return an item that UPS had delivered to me which had been damaged in transit (hence the need to return it). They scammed him out of approximately $43 for "packaging" because they deemed the box THAT UPS DELIVERED TO US IN THAT CONDITION unacceptable & decided that they needed to repackage it at his expense. I was angry when I heard about that, but stupidly decided to let it go since I hadn't actually been there with him & they were nice to me the first time. Well, when I went back, I had an item that I was returning to Amazon. The directions on Amazon's website specifically instructed that it be returned without the packaging, so that's how I brought it in. The ladies behind the counter immediately became super irritated & again tried to scam me into paying money for packing supplies because "I don't know why Amazon said to bring it here like this, it won't fit into the bag that they've given us to return stuff." (I mean, okay....I can definitely see how that would be frustrating if true, but maybe, possibly, don't take it out on the customer when it's not their fault?) When I refused to pay the upcharge, they actually tried telling me that I wouldn't get my refund from Amazon if I didn't hand over the money because "We're going to have to try to shove it in the shipping bag and it will probably rip open during transit." Surprise, surprise, I still refused, and *somehow* they managed to figure out how to get the item back to Amazon after all. tl;dr Technically, if you come to this location, your items will (probably) get shipped, but it's likely to be a bigger hassle than it's worth. read more

Ok I was quite annoyed when I first started this and was going to give a 1 star. But thought I would give at least 3 because of past experiences. I showed up at 5:58. Even took a video at 5:59. They close at 6pm. The door was already locked. I know I'm not the only one that runs in at the end because of last minute orders. Not even mad that they closed early. What did annoy me and why I decided to write this post was someone was in there and clearly saw me. With a package in hand and labels already created. Didn't even need to pay anything. She could have at least opened the door and ask and say sorry she closed it early. I could have gone to a different location, but chose this one since it was closer to my home because I knew I would get there before 6pm, which I did. If you are going to close early, maybe stay out of the sight of people until it's clearly after 6pm. read more

I went to drop off USPS priority box at UPS. All other UPS were able to take it but not this store. Unsure if it is store policy or the person I talked to just don't want to take it. I went to this location to drop off an Amazon return, I reboxed and taped the item closed, according to the return instructions and the worker said I needed to used the original amazon box and wouldn't take the return. This store always claims to not be able to amazon returns due to the system being down, but this is probably the 7th time they have told me all UPS stores are having the same issue just for me to drive to a toner down the street and get it done with zero issue. I've even called another store while here to ask if they're system was down and they said no so I asked if they could at least try because other stores are working and they said "good for them" and sent me on my way again. This lack of customer service and professionalism is very uncalled for and I do not understand how they allow them to be so rude to customers. read more

The ladies at this UPS location are absolutely wonderful. We've been coming here on a regular basis for over 8 years, they greet you by name when possible because they're always busy (which is great). Kelly, Cathy and Carla are simply great people. Reviews are reviews and in my opinion it's not the the business owners or employees that are being rude the problem is the customer that is most likely having a bad day and simply found an organization and a person to take it out on. If they charge for a piece of tape then pay for it because guess what they had it and you needed it that's a supply and demand and they had to buy it so why should they give it away! remember we go there for a service that WE are willing to pay for and if they charge for something you feel should be free then maybe you should be prepared with your own tape. The location is convenient, they offer a lot of products and they provide excellent service and they are absolutely an amazing team. I don't know why they have so many bad reviews. If you read most of the reviews you'll realize they are all about mask mandate complications. If you didn't wear a mask inside businesses when it was required, they have a right to turn you away for not complying! Anyways, onto the review... Lady with the dark hair employee # 173458 had a complete attitude when trying to return an amazon item. We were unaware of having to package the item as we have never had to in the past and had to tape the box. I asked her the price of a a roll of tape, because we had more than one box to return. And she proceeded to tell me "if u go look on the tape the price is written right there" and then when paying I handed her $5 and went to hand her the .17 cents in change and I saw her getting out change and told her I had the exact change to which she said "it's to late". read more

Remember to read your return label/QR Code ... Because if you don't have a free return where the UPS store packages it up... You've got to buy the packaging goods... Some vendors at Amazon don't allow the UPS store to ship returns in bulk and it's on you to provide the packaging... but the good news is... If you need to... They have plenty of supplies and will sell you only what you need... This is a vendor/Amazon policy... Not the people at the UPS store!... We have never had a return go south here... Have to go to this location due to the fact that my usual location that we prefer had no parking was very busy in the area here and much to my chagrin. What's the worst experience I probably ever had at this retail store the young lady that helped us with our Amazon. Reserve returns was rude, aggressive condescending, sarcastic, nothing good that represent this business and then another lady older stepped in to help out I thought, instead she was just as rude and aggressive. Shameful. Sad for Amazon to do business with this UPS store and shameful more for UPS is a hoe to have these people representing their business. I really only visit UPS for my returns to retailers but every time I do it's a quick and pleasant experience. The women always greet me and tell me they will be with me shortly if I'm not first in line. They offer me a tracking receipt and send me on my way quickly. Usually one of the quickest and easiest errands of my day. read more

Time & time again, the ladies at this specific location refuse to take your Amazon returns with out up charging you. Today, they refused to take back a package in original Amazon packing & required I purchase one of their boxes with their packing fee. (I'm sure the tape up the box fee was in there too as i have been charged that before.) I was able to get my 10.88 back from Amazon for my 20.00 Total value return after 20 min phone call clearly because (Amazon cares about their customers) I never have up charging problems at Any other UPS store. I was able to get refunded for the missing package because I had record of it being sent. TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAM. Don't go here. I sent someone to mail a package for me. Having little experience with shipping items, she paid the exhorbitant fee of $35 dollars for my very light package without question. There's no rhyme or reason to what they quote and why they charge what they do. On the UPS website the quote was 50% less for the same sized item sent from the same area. I'd be very careful going here. I guess they just assume you won't know better. I contacted UPS directly to alert them to the store and also plan to leave a review through Better Business Bureau. I began going here as a new customer just about two months ago and thought it was nice and the location was good for me. After the third or fourth time I walked in just before closing, no one was inside but the two women who work there who were not doing anything. I'm not sure if they own it or manage it. But, the box I had was huge, very heavy and much too large for just one person to carry alone! Both women saw me struggling to get it through the front door but neither one asked if I needed any help even though the one woman was behind the counter and one in front of it not far from where I was. Finally I made it through the door and laid the box on the floor then pushed it with my feet across the room to the counter. Then, the one women behind the counter said "You have to put that box up here on top of the counter so I can weigh it" I replied, " I've been trying to get it through the doors by myself but neither of you offered me any help, Has it occurred to either of you to offer me any ....EVEN BEFORE I could finish my sentence...the woman SHOUTED "YOU CAN JUST GET OUT OF THIS STORE YOU'RE NOT WELCOME HERE WITH THAT ATTITUDE!!!! As i was walking out, the clerk sarcastically yelled to me to "have a nice day" when I didnt respond she yelled AGIAN, louder.  i finally responded, No, YOU have a nice day. Overall this is horrible that not only the absurdity of charging for tape but then to have the staff be sarcastic!!! A policy like this is a huge red flag and tells me they probably overcharge for everything else. I went to this UPS location on Friday March 26th 2021 around 5 p.m. I had 2 children with me and I needed a notary to be done. There was nobody in the store but the employee by the name Kelly. I said that I needed the notary. Her answer was that today she is fully booked and has no free spots but she could put me down for Monday at 1:30 p.m. I turned around and said: "Excuse me but there is nobody in the store why can't you do the notary now?" Her answer was simple: " Well it is because of everything that is happening right now with the COVID and I need to keep customers spread out"... Kelly sounded very irritated. The funny part is that THERE WAS NOBODY in the store but us! Of course I do not want her Monday 1:30 p.m appointment, I won't let her still my time! I went to a different location and had my notary done in no time. I also have to mention that Kelly was very rude to a 4 years old little boy. He was fascinated by the scale that was standing on the table and was touching the table, but Kelly took it to another level and tried to grab him by his hand so he won't touch the table. I asked for a quote on sending a cell phone in original box. The lady took it into the back, then she came out and had my phone already reboxed. She wanted $31 to mail it, I said that's way too much. I said I'll go elsewhere, She then said okay I'll just charge you for the box and peanuts. I said I don't want any of that, she said there is nothing she could do and it was $7.04, she was rude and rushed me. I wanted to argue but in the end just went on my way. During the holiday season, I have elected to pick up our packages rather than get it delivered to our doorstep. So far, I am liking it better this way. Residential deliveries are in the afternoon and sometimes late night. If you opt to have it picked up at authorized UPS location, the packages are dropped off here earlier, which means you can pick up earlier and not wait all day for the UPS truck. Just log on to UPS website or app and get an account, and figure out from there. There's a link to have your package redirected other than your home address. This location there's ample parking since it's in the large strip mall vacated by Fresh n Easy. The employees that work here are great, acknowledge and greet everyone that walks in. They know their regular customers. They are staffed accordingly. There's no long wait lines. That's good for me! read more

This store deserves no stars. The store manager Kathy of this store is very rude. The way she talk and handle customers should not be accepted . I'm not sure how this store is even still running. I should have known that my visit to this store would be horrible from when I walked in and greeted Kathy with a hello and a smile and I didn't even get an hello back. All she did was give me attitude from the beginning. Then want to accuse me of having an attitude after she scanned my UPS code and said this is not for UPS I showed her the code and said it says UPS right here then again accused me of changing the code and saying that's not the one you just should me.
