They refused a return package that was taped and packaged because they didnt like the look of it, but i took it to another UPS location and they said there wasnt a legit reason for them to refuse my package & it was accepted. I was returning some items purchased online and one of the "preferred shippers" was UPS. I took the items in, the very kind lady behind the counter scanned them and handed me a shipping receipt. For those times you just want to avoid the post office chaos, come here for your shipping needs! It's located in a strip mall and very easy to find. There are plenty of parking spots near their store so it won't be an issue if you have to carry in a heavy box. I noticed many different items along the walls for sale. It is very clean and organized for an easy find of items. The ladies helping behind the counter are so friendly and helpful. I was in and out in a flash. I might be wrong on this, but I thought a UPS store takes USPS pkgs when everything is labeled. Second time in the store when someone wanted to drop off and she has said no. I could swear other UPS stores take it Also, I needed 10 forever stamps, honestly, i don't know how much postage are these days. Usually my husband does it for me. I asked her how much is postage these days she said 70 cents, I didn't question it, in my head I the thought it was a lot from what I last remembered . I told a friend the story she said it's 55 cents. That's messed up, that she charged me 15 cents more per stamp. My fault for not knowing, but seriously that's gross. It sounds like she has no idea about running a UPS store imo. read more

I wish I could give less than 1 star... I've always had issues with this store,but none worse than this. First, I walked in wearing a thick jacket tied around my face as a mask, since I had none. Instantly the UPS employee screamed at me saying I can only wear a normal mask with clips to my face and no kind of gator or face covering other than a regular mask with straps. I suggested that my jacket is way thicker than any mask. They barked, no! They said it had to be a regular mask. I asked for a mask to use and they had none to lend me, and continued to scream at me in a hostile fashion to exit the establishment immediately. I went to the next door business who gladly welcomed me in and lent me a mask to use for UPS. I walked back in to begin my transaction and the same 2 employees gave me multiple reasons why they could not serve me, even though I had my package boxed up, I was wearing a mask and doing everything they had asked of me. I was very compliant the whole time. I am also an orthodox jew and wear my yarmulka (small hat) every day. Perhaps, the ill treatment I've recieved at this store, this time and in the past could have somthing to do with that. I will never be returning to this location again. I only hope that the owner hears about this, as corporate has been informed and the employees at this store learn how to treat everyone the same; with dignity, respect and good customer service. read more

The website States they were open today until four and the last UPS truck picks up at five I called to be sure since it's a holiday weekend it states on their phone that they close at four no special hours were stated for this weekend drove all the way down here only to see that they are closed. I made the mistake of forgetting to put my mask on when I went into the store at around 11:00 on Friday... I was tersely told ..."Please step out of the store and put your mask on"! Whatever you do, don't do business with UPS. They can't ever seem to get the packages that you're waiting for to you. I ordered a few things online and they mail through UPS. Come to find out when you put your address in it's never correct, even if you do put it in correctly. If you order anything try to have it sent through regular mail. They let customers slide ahead of you even if your box is in there and you tell him you'll be right back if you can't get a signal in their store. This is a zero rating review. I was only given an option of 1 star as the lowest rating. I'm a local business owner for 25 years. I use UPS on 80% of my shipments. I occasionally come into this location because it's close to my office. The low level of customer service here is horrendous!!! The lack of customer service is utterly embarrassing! As a business owner I cringe! If the regional manager or owner of this location knew how customers were treated he would clean house! The short stocky lady that works there obviously hates her job and her life in general! She throws around my packages with no care! When told to be careful with fragile labeled items she tells me to go somewhere else if I don't like it! Who hires ppl like this? It's sad! I worked my entire life to provide my clients with exceptional service. So they do come back and do more business with me! This place is the opposite. I will drive and extra 6 miles just not to go here! Which is a damn shame! And from the reviews on here I can see I'm not the only one experiencing bad customer service here! This is the third time I have visited this UPS store. I have always received quick and friendly service. I have used them twice for a notary service and yesterday needed to drop off an Amazon return. I had preprinted the label but not attached it to the box yet. When I walked in there was one person ahead of me but the emplioyee noticed I was just dropping off a prepaid return. She stopped what she was doing to take it from me and also said she would tape the UPS label on for me. I was in and out in under 30 seconds. For shipping, mailing, fax, copies, notary they really do it all. I will definately be returning when I am in need of their services. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! This store offered to ship my WINE and since it is delicate and we know how bad UPS drivers toss around boxes, I paid for the insurance. A bottle broke so my wine got sent back to me. When I went to pick it up, I found 10 of my 12 bottles sitting in the bottom of a box. I offered to re-wrap the bottles so they would arrive safely. The store manager denied the re-shipping of my package. She said, "IT IS ILLEGAL TO SHIP WINE." hmm what is wrong with this statement? Its called BAD BUSINESS. Why did they ship it in the first place? Take my money and run huh. No reimbursement, no apology, I still have the wine and it needs to get to another location. I called corporate and was promised that my problem would be resolved within 48 hours of my complaint. It's a week later and no resolution, no phone call, and now the lady at corporate is ignoring my messages. Just give me my money back and I'll take my business elsewhere....FOREVER! There are many many more details and problems with this story, but I was trying to keep it simple. DO NOT SHIP WITH UPS!!!!! If I could give a zero star rating I would. This UPS was absolutely terrible. Horrible costumer service. Considering all the other terrible reviews i'm not surprised. I came in with my friend expecting to get her package. The worker Cathy asked for my friend's ID in order to make sure it matched the package. Cathy then proceeded to tell us that we can share the tracking number with her in order to get the package since it was other her moms name. It took us a couple of minutes to pull up the email and find the number. During those few minutes an older gentleman came in, and she was being extremely hostile towards him. She was very short with us and giving rude facial expressions. This was our first time there and we didn't know they closed at 4. I understand wanting to leave at closing, but we came in 15 minutes before, and during that time we were rushed and given no help. She told us she had plans while rudely trying to get us out. Therefore at the point we were sick of her attitude and zero help. I told her she didn't have to act like an a-hole about it as I was walking out. Then she was yelling at me to close the door because it's hot. After that she went ballistic, and said she's going to call the cops for "trespassing." I told her I'd leave the store with absolutely zero issues. Still wasn't enough, and threatened to get rid of my friends package because we were "trespassing." She also told the cops it's because we're asian in an insulting way. Cops were called and Cathy said we were going to get arrested for doing... what exactly?? We stepped outside and called the police for clarification and they also proceeded to tell us there's nothing they will be able to fix, which is understanding. Ended up leaving with no package due to miss Karen Cathy. All we needed was the tracking number, and we got it. All of that for her to cause a dramatic scene. Will not be coming back here once she decides to give us our damn package. That lady definitely has some serious issues!!! read more

The employees are kind but this location charges 1.08 for each box that needs to be taped. Other locations that I have been to have always offered to tape up amazon return boxes for no charge. This is clearly a policy specific to the location which seems like such a scam. read more

I didn't have a good experience with this UPS Store. The attendant gave me a box that was way to big for the item I wanted to ship and she wouldn't help package it either. I ended up having to go to another UPS Store to get the right sized box. They helped me package and ship it. When I returned to this UPS store to get a refund for the box I wasn't able to use, they didn't honor the return. read more

Stopped in to make copies...I was told copies are .10¢ each. So, as I went to make copies, I was asked if I know how to operate copy machine. I replied "no." So, the blonde lady came to make them for me. She couldn't remove the staples, so then, a short length, dark-haired lady stepped in and took over. She wasn't too pleasant. Very dry personality. After she rang me up, the total was TWICE the amount I was quoted. After inquiring why, she said copies are .20¢ each if we make the copies for you, if you make them, they're .10¢ each. I told her that I wanted to make the copies myself, just needed someone to guide/show me how to use their copier. I didn't ask her to make the copies. She kind of scoffed at me, and then adjusted the price accordingly. She should've told me that from the beginning and given me the option to choose. Poor service. read more
