I asked for her help with printing out a return label because the 1 computer they had was being used. She looked at me and said "no" she cant help me with that. I would've paid for the printing fee. Horrible. These people work here need some extra training how to do their jobs. Came here with three Amazon return items with a QR code Amazon provided (which includes three items), the worker scanned the barcode, and told me I needed separate QR codes for other two items! She then started scolding me for having three times for one QR code and telling me to cancel my return and create QR code for each item. I'm sorry you can't work efficiently. But you don't get to tell your customer to waste their time just to accommodate your stupidity. read more

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS STORE AS YOUR PACKAGE PICKUP LOCATION. I WILL GIVE ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLE, HOWEVER ONE STAR IS THE LOWEST. Here are the reasons. These following things are actually happened to me. I suppose to get a package on Wednesday 12/06/2023. I was at home all day, the delivery man left a note and did not knocked at my door. Then I just checked and changed my package to a pickup at this location. On Thursday 12/07/2023, in the morning, I have received a message said my package cannot be picked up by my self. As tried to talk with some agents via live chat on UPS website, I have founded that my package is going to return to the sender in Florida. Live chat agents did not helping at all. Finally, a supervisor got involved and tried to solve the problem. The supervisor tried and told me that he just confirmed my package is somewhere in a trailer at UPS warehouse in Irvine, and someone at warehouse will find the package and call me back ASAP. By the way, the reason that package is at the trailer because it is going back to the sender, this UPS pickup access point said their inventory is full and no space to receive my package. As a result, my package is returning to the sender. This is ridiculous! I tried to call this UPS store and the representative at front-desk here were lied to me, said that they didn't saw any my packages arrived here. Not surprisingly, my package is on the way returning to Florida. All these are due to UPS workers in this store, what a bunch of idiots! You guys really did a good job! Please keep doing these as your services. read more

WOW I cannot believe the poor service I received at this UPS location do not trust them with your package. I walked into this location to ship a package and could not believe how incompetent the workers were. First off, the entire joint reeks of the devil's lettuce (good Christian man here). Secondly, they ended up shipping my package right back to my house when it was supposed to go to my wife in Arkansas. That's right, I PAID THEM TO SHIP MY PACKAGE BACK TO MY HOUSE 1.5 MILES AWAY AND IT ARRIVED BROKEN. The heavyset worker at the front desk couldn't put down his Diet Coke and fat burger for 2 seconds to listen to my instructions. And finally, the icing on the cake. I spoke with the manager who was a very unpleasant non-English speaking woman who told me I was wrong and that I broke the package myself. She told me I didn't even have a wife and it was my fault for not using bubble wrap. Needles to say FedEx shipped this one for me. read more

I bet you are the one who wrote the review. You are a crazed employee. And unprofessional! As I was waiting; and sitting on the floor. in which my return was 300.00. You kept saying you can not give me a receipt. I always go to UPS stores and leave quickly with a receipt! The girl that you were helping had about 50 returns. And you were patient with her. She was there before me and after me. Meaning she had a lot. If we showed up after you were closed.... If you were mad with that....that's your fault. You should have locked the door. But you locked us all in after. We were in the area so we went to this stupid store. We LOVE the store in CM at the Court Yards near Grocery Outlet on Newport Blvd. No wait, no attitudes. Such an unhelpful, incompetent staff at this UPS location. They charged us in error for shipping supplies for an Amazon return despite the item being a "no box, no label" required return. I disputed the charge and after a week of non response received a very professional email that stated, "sure, we can give you store credit thanks" in regard to my refund request. Unsatisfied as I do not shop at UPS and have no need for a credit, I called in and spoke with the store manager, Sue, who said "we're the UPS store, not UPS" which apparently also means "we don't do refunds". She was exceptionally rude, continued to talk over me, and flat out refused to let me escalate this concern with her manager saying she "didn't have one". She wouldn't tell me the name of the person she reports to or the name of the store owner. Apparently Sue owns all of UPS.. who knew! Anyway, I would literally drive to any other store in the area to avoid working with them. I filed a card dispute for the amount charged since she flat out refused another refund option and refused to provide alternative compensation and/or a way to escalate this concern. read more

Went in for a padded envelope to mail a pre labeled time sensitive package. Simple right ?! Looking past the ridiculous price of $3.99 for what I usually get for a dollar cheaper elsewhere, I pulled out $5 and headed to the register. Cashier had the gall to ask me "Can I keep it all?" I asked her to state that again and she clarified that with taxes it's over $4, so yeah. I said no. She then says oh, well we don't have any change ... wait what? There is your cash register and I don't see a sign that says you are cashless. With my already taped up envelope I was HELD HOSTAGE BY EXTORTION. Never... Never ... Never again! Criminals. read more

I like using the ups store instead of the postal services since the lines are usually shorter and the locations are more convenient. I had just been to this store to mail some letters two days ago priced at $1 without tracking or $7 with tracking. Today I came back to mail another letter and was serviced by izabule (sp?). Right out of the gate she quoted that this is a ups store not post office and the cheapest shipping method was $12 through the UPS. I went ahead and mentioned that I was just here two days ago and was offered cheaper alternatives she quickly changed her tune. I mean come on it's not even that much money. I agree that I'd be paying a premium for the convenience but let's not be shady about it. read more

I am not surprise that this place has only a 2 star rating! I went to this place 3 times in 3 different days! Just to drop off my packages which they are already labeled and I don't even asked for the receipt. I'm not sure who's the lady that works there in the morning but all 3 days I walked in say "Good morning : No response. Where would U like me to put my packages : On the scale. Thank you have a nice day : No response Why don't U guys just hire a robot and put it there if you already have someone with no attitude and personality?? The least that a customer expect is a good attitude from your staff so they feel that they want to come back again! I don't know who needs to hear with this, but Amazon needs to stop taking returns through UPS Stores. Not only are the rules totally inconsistent for no apparent reason (e.g. whether you need a label and packaging or not), but I've had bad experiences at every UPS Store at which I've tried to return Amazon items. For example, charging $5 to tape the label on, ridiculously long waits, etc. This location was no different. This store charged me $5 plus tax for an envelope to put my return in, which was already boxed. This is the exact same type of envelope you can get for free at any UPS dropbox. Didn't give me my change back, but a few cents was not worth waiting on them. We should not have to pay to return items to Amazon. Whole Foods and Kohl's returns are 1000 times easier. read more
